This house is in the perfect location! So close to everything with incredible views. House was clean and perfect for a bigger group. Tons of parking, big house, and great kitchen. Would love to book again when the pool is open.

Amazing place nestled at the heart of wine country! Candace was super helpful giving me instructions for check in. The place was a dream, with picturesque views of the vineyards surrounding the property. The place is smartly renovated. I would come back again!

Clean and great location

I didn’t realize this place was nestled right among an orchard! So cool watching the moon rise above the orchard and Grand Mesa while relaxing in the hot tub. The kitchen had everything. Comfy, cozy, and unique.

Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings. The pool, sauna and hot tub were amazing and everything worked great. We had lots of space to spread out but plenty of communal areas for family time. We loved the movie theater and pool table. All in all a wonderful experience.

Homely and secluded slice of farm house tucked away in a beautiful part of CO. Any easy way to switch off the routine and life pace and bring your right into the present moment!

We spent our spring break trip here and it was wonderful! We are a family of 4 and my oldest (7years old) skied with one of us while my 4 year stayed back to make brownies and play in the snow. There was even a box of kid toys that was a surprise and a very much welcomed addition to our time there. Pattie’s place is so welcoming and comfortable. It was a joy spending time there!

This condo had everything we needed to make our stay in grand junction comfortable. The mural on the wall was a classic stamp to this prestige condo and made us take a couple of silly pictures together.

What a cute bungalow! Location is excellent with only a couple of blocks walk into downtown. Backyard was perfect for our doggo to play in and hang out. The neighborhood is super quiet. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. It’s definitely on our list if we come back to GJ!

Our stay was great. Easy to find. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. We couldn't believe we had 4 bathrooms, what a bonus! Fit my family perfectly and the basement apartment was really helpful, what a great use of space. This was a very "easy" airbnb experience and we felt very comfortable in the house. Thank you for offering such a nice, clean, comfortable property for our family to enjoy.

So grateful for this option while we build our small spot in paonia. Would be difficult to do without folks like Sandy! 🙏 and she lets us come with our enormous dogs! 🐶

Cat promptly responded to all communications. The first morning of our stay was very cold so we contacted Cat to turn up the heat and she did it instantaneously. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had the entire unit to ourselves. I also appreciated how she attended to the cleanliness of her home. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you for providing a safe, comfortable, clean refuge so we didn't have to stay in one of the local hotels.

Joshua's place was a great stay for the week. It was just what we were looking for, a home away from home. It was convenient to our work downtown and we were able to sit back and relax after putting in a long day. He checked in to make sure everything was as expected and was a great host. Thank you! Looking forward to staying again next year!

We had an amazing girls' weekend at this beautiful home in Palisade! The location was perfect, near the wineries and perched on top of a lovely bluff with stunning views of the surrounding mesas. It has a relatively steep gravel road to the top but nothing a truck or SUV can't handle and well worth it for its seclusion! The directions provided were very easy to follow. The house itself was spacious, pristine, beautifully decorated, and had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed for a relaxing getaway. When I say everything, I mean everything - coffee, filters, tea, hot chocolate, spices, napkins, snacks, shampoo and conditioner, iron/board, fans, and more...I was blown away by how well-stocked it was. It was so nice not having to run to the grocery store after arriving late! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in wine country.

This was our second time staying here and it never disappoints! Amazing house, awesome host and so cool to see the time, efforts, upgrades they have put into this place! We will be back for sure! Thank you so much!!

This stay was great. So convenient for downtown and for the fairgrounds. The property was clean and comfortable and as described. I’ll be coming to this area several times next year and hope to repeat.

Beautiful home, great views, can’t wait to come back next year

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

Very clean!!! Dogs loved the big fenced back yard. Nice carport for my truck. Quiet. All appliances worked great. Heater is a bit noisy but it kept us warm.
