A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Cape Charles for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for having a small holiday meal; a wonderfully stocked kitchen with good knives can be hard to find! It was a comfortable home in a great location. It was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. There is also great playground that the kids really enjoyed. The host was responsive to all of our questions and provided lots of recommendations for activities in the area. We look forward to booking this home again.

Colonial Retreat was a fantastic stay, very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. The main floor was very spacious and comfortable and there were clear labels and instructions on everything which was appreciated! The house was well-lit and the half-circle driveway made unpacking and packing easy. There is an attached unit (the Nook) but it's parking spot is very clearly labelled and both entrances are private - it really was no bother at all. We especially appreciated Emily's detailed directions and instructions before our stay, she was super helpful! Would highly recommend for any trip to the Historic Triangle and will stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Oyster House. The home was beautifully decorated & in a very peaceful location. Had everything we needed and more. Our pups loved the big yard! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Great getaway for a long weekend. Lovely nautical farmhouse decor, clean. Porch is wonderful. Fully fenced back yard made it great for travel with the dogs. The Local (coffee shop) and Social 77 in Irvington were great, so we did not take full advantage of the well appointed kitchen. Loved the large island. Relaxing, lovely stay. Easy to get in and out. We absolutely loved staying here. It was perfect for our boys (ages 13 and 5). The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. We also enjoyed all of the thoughtful details like nice towels, soap/shampoo (my 13 year old would not stop talking about how good it smelled), laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, paper towels and even a tray with everything you need to make s’mores. The yard and fire pit area is great. The outside lights are solar which was also cool. We loved snuggling on the couch to watch a movie at the end of a long day at Busch Gardens. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioner worked well and no one ran out of hot water after everyone showered. We really didn’t have any issues and the host is super responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Incredibly peaceful and comfortable. looking forward to returning in warmer weather and for a longer stay. We were seeking a quiet place for renewal and relaxation and the little yellow cottage met all our needs. We stocked up on local seafood from nearby Warsaw to cook, woke up with the birds for breathtaking sunrises and soaked in the amazing hot tub with an incredible view. As a bird geek in training, I had an amazing assortment to watch and enjoyed the views from the dock and the deck each day. We experienced a heavy downpour for a great deal of our stay,but a trip to town and hunkering down with our books, puzzle and more hot tub were the perfect antidote. We might share the space with friends or family next time, as there was plenty of space. However, our trio of 2 humans and our puppy pal might just escape alone again! Thanks for sharing this letter slice of heaven on the "Rivah." We'll be back!

This house was perfect for our family that needed multiple rooms! We relaxed on the front porch with the fan and plenty of seating. Close to all the shops, restaurants, beach, mini golf, and little supermarket. Robin was super helpful every step of the way from reservations to golf cart rentals to check out! We even got flexible check in and check out times! Our family will be back!

My wife and I have stayed at The Fish House several times. It is a wonderful respite from our urban home life. A great place to relax and appreciate the Northern Neck lifestyle. We love it here!

We’ve stayed at Governor’s Green multiple times, and Brad and Sarah’s place at least twice. It’s always really clean, comfortable, scenic, and, for us, perfectly located. It’s also cheaper than some hotels, and you get a lot more space and amenities for your money. It has become our go-to place to stay in Williamsburg. I highly recommend Brad and Sarah’s place.

This was our third stay at Clifton, so we and our 2 dogs obviously like staying there. The location is perfect for getting around Matthews as we continue to explore that part of the region. Very nice stay and we look forward to coming back. Bart and Sharon Cameron November 2024

Elizabeth was awesome! She also came through quickly and at the last minute for us to have a place to stay. We were not disappointed, her place was clean and everyone at the resort was pleasant and treated us well. I would definitely be happy to stay again the next time we r in town! The place was so clean and the location was very private. Being able to use the kayaks was amazing. The only thing was the table was still wet with paint and one of the kayak carts had a flat tire. Other than those small things we had a great experience here.

For a single or couple, with a dog in tow, Thomas's apartment is perfect in every way- matched description so no surprises, very easy to get to and access restaurants or walking trails, clean, cozy and many necessities provided. We try to take our sweet Ralph (who is deaf) with us a few weekends a year, and this was an ideal dog-friendly option. The yard was fenced in and easily accessible from the unit. Thomas offered lots of options in the area and was very responsive. We felt right at home and will definitely return!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

Very nice place. The unit has everything you need. Is close to the city. Robert was very helpful. We don’t used the facilities and did not go to the activities for being short time but they have a lot. Great place.

a perfect stay to experience Christmas in Williamsburg

This was a great place for a weekend In Williamsburg. Lots of comfy beds, functional kitchen, plenty of places to sit and chat.

I have stayed with this host several times, she is always so kind and accommodating! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our short trip to participate in a local running event in Colonial Williamsburg. The condo was spotless and had plenty of amenities! Our host was flexible with our check in and out to accommodate our race plans!

This was my family's first stay in Williamsburg and the unit met our needs and expectations. I will definitely use Suite Spaces again.
