Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

Dillan invited myself and my friends into his home and helped us make the most of our trip. Everything is exactly what it is described as and more. The home is beautiful and Dillan is ready to help should anything happen. We locked ourselves out one of the rooms and Dillan provided us with a solution within twenty mins of me reaching out to him. We got into a car accident and he was more than happy to help us in working out a check out time that allowed us time to get a rental. The next time I plan on going to Davenport I will be staying in at Dillan’s home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rental was a peaceful retreat accommodating family with 4 spacious bedrooms -2 rooms with bunks! Three comfy sofas for lounging and additional sleeping options. Three bathrooms more than adequately supported the guests staying. An efficiency kitchen downstairs, full kitchen upstairs (including all pans, utensils and dishes needed), and grill outside covered all meal preparation needs wonderfully! The house was fresh, clean and beautifully renovated! Outside area also was incredible with boat dock, outdoor TV, Adirondack chairs, wood swings and fire pit all encompassed in nicely landscaped fully fenced yard! The river is home to some amazing wildlife too! Lastly the host was so nice, helpful and responsive! Highly recommend!!

I was in town for the week while family underwent medical treatment. I needed a quiet, relaxing place where I could work during the day & entertain two kiddos in the evening. Terrie’s space was perfect. As other reviews have pointed out, the house is as clean as it gets. Spotless. It has those things that you really appreciate when traveling. Spices for cooking, board games, coffee and even a few snacks which the kids loved. The beds are incredibly comfortable to top it off. This home is simply wonderful and Terrie was a fantastic host. Can’t wait to come back!

The Ruby Gem on Yaricel listing was great l. I really enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed it so much I decided to extend my stay for a couple more days. Yaricel was a great host. She made everything about my stay comfortable, from accommodating my early checkin, to her helpful attentiveness, quick response time and her willingness to assist in helping me properly extend my stay when I was unsure of the process. Overall I had a 5 star stay and I highly recommend Yaricel's listing when looking for a quality place to stay while visiting Lakeland. I look forward to staying again.

Fünf Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig. Super schöne saubere Gegend, sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft war sehr sauber und elegant eingerichtet. Kenn hat extra für uns ein Feuer gemacht und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das beste Airbnb Erlebnis bisher auf unserer Reise. Vielen Dank dafür.

I enjoyed another wonderful stay at Joyce's place (my third stay). As always, great communication and very clean and welcoming space. The neighborhood is top notch for an easy walk to historic downtown, while residing in a tranquil tree layered oasis.

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

My husband and I stayed for a little get away to be close to the coast for some salt water fishing and this was a perfect spot! The Space was very clean, had everything we needed, and actually looked like the pictures that were online. You’ll see from other reviews that the bathroom is small - and yes, it is small, but we managed just fine. It’s perfect for two guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Our first time in Melbourne, and it was a welcome surprise. We originally selected Patty's Upstairs Apartment (South) in Historic Home because my wife was really intrigued by the look of it. And what a comfortable space it is! I appreciated that it wasn't too far from my favorite beaches further south. We stayed for two full weeks. During our time, we made good use of the kitchen and the back patio. And the excellent assortment of books! I found Melbourne to be surprisingly quiet, especially when compared to some other neighboring cities. This property is only a few minutes walk from the historic downtown. And me, not usually the outdoorsy type, even found a wetlands hike that I and my wife both enjoyed. We discovered it was easy to get around town, there was plenty to keep us busy, parking was easy, and the weather was great. Even more, our hosts were attentive and very kind. If we do return to Melbourne some day, this would be our first choice.

My stay at Sharon's condo was truly exceptional. Having visited NSB for 12 years, I've had numerous opportunities for comparison. If you're currently viewing this property, I recommend booking it promptly. The condo's cleanliness and comfort were remarkable. Sharon's meticulous attention to detail is evident, providing everything from cooking essentials and storage containers to complimentary toiletries, beach equipment, and kids' toys. The condo also features helpful notes throughout and an extremely comfortable bed. I'm eagerly awaiting my next visit.

Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Wonderful location with easy parking. Nice and quiet space, close enough to bars/restaurants/outdoor activities but not right in the action. House was the perfect amount of space for the 3 of us! We will definitely stay again.
