After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Whilst this is a walk from town the location is lovely with amazing views of the sea. We loved our stay and will be back

Una casa muy linda y acogedora, con gran vista. El anfitrión fue demasiado amable con nosotros, estuvo pendiente de todo lo que necesitábamos.

Turget was an absolutely amazing host. He arranged our transfer from Dalaman to the apartment. His place had everything you need, kitchen had all the utensils pot’s microwave washing machine toaster kettle. Well equipped. Turget has a travel company Seaside Travel, he arranged our excursion for 4 days and allowed me to pay in £. He even changed money for me at a great rate. Went so far as dropping us off to the centre of Fethiye the following day. He was always responsive via what’s app. Helped me to arrange my transfer to Antalya. I really cannot fault Turget or his place. It’s so conveniently located. CALIS beach is about 15 minute walk. Carrerfour, migros and SOK supermarkets are a short walk away. Great local butcher with marinated meat which they BBQ for you for 45TL per kg. I would 100% recommend this place and would defo stay again. Pool was really clean and well maintained. All round it was a fantastic 6 day stay.

Очень все понравилось , квартира прям очень продуманная , очень красивая и аккуратная. Прям в центре города , много магазинов рядом . Очень классно. Единственное вид из окна был на соседскую стену , но вид никто и не обещал. Не смотря на это в квартире очень светло )рекомендую )

Ev tertemizdi, mutfakta ihtiyaç duyulabilecek tüm eşyalar mevcuttu, detaylar incelikle düşünülmüş ve mükemmel bir dekorasyona sahipti. Biz kendimize ait araçla geldik, otopark konusunda bir sorun yaşamadık çarşıya ve denize inmek araçla bir kaç dakika sürüyor, araçsız olanlar için yürüyerek kısa yoldan ulaşım da varmış. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, mutlaka tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir ev ve herkese de içtenlikle tavsiye ederim.

Bu evde ikinci defa kalıyorum. Konaklama açısından oldukça konforlu. Evin iç tasarımı ve eşyalar oldukça lüks bir görünüm sağlıyor. En büyük avantaj ise evin merkezde yer alması. Konaklayacak olan kişiler için mutlaka tavsiye ederim.

Сняли дом на неделю. Находится в горах. Очень чистый воздух. Дом огорожен забором, ни кто тебя не видит. На территории мягкая зелёная трава, чистый бассейн, мангальная зона, лежаки и качель. Дом чистый и стильный, много посуды, есть посудомойка и духовой шкаф. В каждом помещении кондиционер. Все было замечательно, чисто. Спасибо за гостеприимство, отзывчивый хозяин и его отец. Обязательно вернёмся ещё. Вокруг дома красивый пейзаж. Комфортный отдых . ❤️

Benim ailem ile birlikte ilk Airbnb aracılığı ile yaptığım tatil organizasyonuydu. Son derece memnun kaldık. Konumu mükemmeldi. Denize 5 dakikalık bir yürüyüş ile ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Evin konumu doğal, saklı bir bahçe. Üstelik pırıl pırıl bir havuz, sanki tamamen size ayrılmış. Ev gayet temiz fakat banyonun biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Onun dışında birde eve ulaşmadan önce ev sahibi ile mutlaka iletişime geçip konum istemek lazım. Sistemdeki konum sizi biraz farklı bir yere götürebiliyor. Bunun dışında biz bundan sonra tatillerimizi bu tarz bir organizasyon ile yapacağız. Son derece ekonomik ve en güzel tarafı UHD tatil yerleri ile aynı denizi kullanıyorsunuz... :)

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

Doğanın ve yeşilliklerin arasında huzurla vakit geçirebileceğiniz, harika deniz dağ ve vadi manzarasına sahip bu evde konaklamak bizi gayet mutlu etti. Evin temizliği özenle yapılmıştı belliydi. Aracınız için Evin hemen altında kendine ait özel otoparkı bulunuyor. Ayrıca evin hemen yanında bulunan fullmoon kampın bütün olanaklarından faydalanabiliyorsunuz. If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Alparslan’s place. It was a spacious apartment with everything we needed and fully matching the description. We felt at home. The sea was like 5 minutes of walking with a few decent options for eating out along the way. Alparslan provided us a list of local recommendations which turned out to be helpful. He was always very responsive, kind and helpful. I’m glad we ended up choosing that place for our family vacation and I can easily recommend it to my friends.

Wir durften eine schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbringen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Süleyman hat uns persönlich empfangen, obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen und war sehr herzlich. Auch die Tiere im Garten (Katzen, Hühner und eine Ente) haben sich gleich unserer Familie angeschlossen. Kommen wir wieder in die Gegend, würden wir wieder hier buchen.

Ev yepyeni fotoğraflar da göründüğü gibiydi. Son derece modern döşenmiş ve ihtiyacımız olabilecek herşey düşünülmüştü. Güzel konaklama oldu bizim için. Oğuz beyin ilgisi için teşekkür ediyoruz.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Communicative host, easy self check in with good instructions. Comfortable, spacious and clean apartment. Everything we needed (3 adults) including washing machine, dishwasher and all facilities for cooking. Fabulous location and amazing view - layout of the apartment suits best use of the balcony/view and equally quiet and dark bedrooms. Easy walk downhill into town (haha till the walk back up) but all was great. Easy parking at the top of the street. All in all a fabulous stay, big thanks to Hatice

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

Excellent place to choose if you are on holiday.

Konaklama yerine vardığımızda Yakup bey bizi karşıladı. Gayet samimi, nazik ve cana yakın bir karşılama oldu. Teşekkürler. Konaklama yeri temiz, site gayet güzel, havuz kullanışlı ve büyüktü. Havuzun temizliği, eylül ayında olmamıza rağmen çoğu 5 yıldızlı otelin havuzundan temizdi. Airbnb'den konaklama ihtiyacımı ilk defa karşıladım. İlk deneyim çok iyi oldu.

A very calm and cozy place with an amazing view. Onur is a very helpful and friendly host. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.
