Best caravan in the park. Really modern, clean, just beautiful. Highly recommend stay there.

Everything was perfect, I think google maps coordinates should be put into the description as well as It took us sometime to find the entrance place where you could access caravan. This was my first experience and I am very happy with whole experience.

Positives The caravan was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen utensils, which made cooking easy. Clean bed linen and towels were provided, and there were even items available for my cat, which was a thoughtful touch. The host was excellent—she communicated quickly, was very helpful, and willing to resolve any issues. The location is great, close to the beach, with nearby towns offering attractions that are easy to visit. Negatives The double bedroom was quite cold at night, and I didn’t feel comfortable using the en-suite bathroom because of this. That said, the rest of the caravan was at a good, comfortable temperature. A note for future guests (not the host's fault) We stayed during the New Year period, and most of the facilities at Robin Hood Park were closed, as were many family-friendly activities in Rhyl. It’s worth keeping this in mind if you’re visiting at the same time of year. Overall, a good stay with a lovely host!

We booked Marks place last minute as we had booked a campsite in Barmouth, but the weather was horrendous and our tent was leaking before we had even managed to get it up. We raced to find accommodation, which was difficult during the start of the school holidays, but thankfully we found Marks place and although it was an hour and half away from Barmouth we didnt want to dissapoint the children. Mark was responsive to our urgent plee for help and let us stay. He visited the lodge and ensured it was pristine before our arrival and access was easy with a key box. Its a private section on the winkups site and was very clean with a lovely large deck around the lodge and a nice garden with ample seating. Inside the lodge was immaculate with high spec appliances and comfortable furnishings. Nothing like I had expected, this was 5* and huge. We used the onsite swimming pool and the children enjoyed the theme park, and arcade. The beach is a stones throw away. A great place to stay. Thankyou.

We had a great Christmas stay, homely feel which is what we were looking for. Also it has a great fully stocked kitchen so i managed to cook xmas dinner without bringing extra pans or utensils. A great caravan.

We couldn't have chosen a better base for our walking weekend starting out on Offa's Dyke Path. We were 4 couples and Freckles the dog, each able to have an ensuite room with double bed. The kitchen accommodated us comfortably with a large table and most appliances doubled up making it easy to feed 8 hungry people. The lounge too was spacious and great for relaxing in after a hard day's walking. The house was lovely and warm which was just what we needed after a day of sun, wind, rain and hail! We treated ourselves to a meal out on the Saturday evening at The Piccadilly Inn which was one of several recommendations from Russ and the food we had was fantastic, as was the service. Russ is an excellent host, very communicative, very responsive, giving lots of detail and very helpful suggestions of places to visit. One of the best hosts I have encountered in fact! If we are in the area again we will definitely check to see if his place is free before looking at any other accommodation!

We were family of three adults stayed for three nights at Awen’s place. It was a lovely two bed room house well suited for our needs. The house located in a quiet street , supermarkets , pub, high street only 5 mins by drive. We had a lovely time exploring North Wales from Awen’s place and we felt like being at our own place. Ruthin a lovely town. I will definitely stay at Awen’s place again.

We had a wonderful time in Richard’s place. The house had plenty of amenities and was close to the town and plenty of local attractions. A great place to stay if you are visiting Llangollen.

Lovely property which was an ideal base for a visit to Denbighshire. Short drive into St Asaph and 10 min drive to Denbigh, a fascinating town with loads of history. Parking and access was easy. Beautifully furnished and plenty of space to relax. Will definitely visit again if in the area. Ideal for anyone visiting the Business Park or working in the area.

Stayed at the studio whilst working in the area. Margaret was very helpful and communicative. Place was lovely and clean and just as in the description. Will happily stay again if in the area.

A gem of a place nestled into the hillside. The photos don’t really give you an idea of the space in the cottage it’s much bigger than it looks. The outdoor cooking area and hot tub are great and the views spectacular. Mike is a really great host, responds quickly to questions, is very friendly and has lots of useful local knowledge. We had a fantastic stay at Buttercup Cottage!

Absolutely amazing!! Couldn’t be closer to the beach, fair & bars with great entertainment. Caravan lovely & clean Beds very comfortable Noise from the fair & bars stop at a reasonable time, then very surprised how quiet it was . Other sites we have stayed on further away usually woken by people on the way back from a night out but not here it was so peaceful (we stayed 5 nights over the bank holiday) . We will definitely return next year… Thank you

A fantastic stay - a beautiful, remote location. Great to go off grid for a few days and re-connect with nature. Toby was very helpful and responsive to our every need. Was a great base to explore the area and really enjoyed the sauna too

The nicest Air BnB we’ve ever stayed in! We could not fault our stay at Matt and Claire’s place! My wife has been unwell for some time and we needed a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The Oaks absolutely hit the spot. Very easy check in where we actually met Matt, Claire, their lovely daughter and 2 gorgeous dogs! When we got inside it totally exceeded our expectations, the photos do not do it justice! Being a clean freak myself the oaks was cleaned to perfection and everything looks pristine, in order and ready for use. There were booklets with multiples recommendations of which we sought out (we would recommend the gorge little book shops). It was just so welcoming and relaxing, we loved the privacy of the hot tub which was immaculate, and checked daily to ensure safety. Matt and Claire were amazing hosts and we can’t wait to stay again, only for longer next time! Looking to head back over in summer! Total perfection and worth every penny!! Thanks again both of you xx

what can I say, my favourite Air BnB stay of all so far. Christopher is a fantastic warm and friendly host. from the moment of arrival he made us feel welcomed and relaxed, we were then greeted by a beautiful welcome package in the kitchen which is a lovely thoughtful touch. the property itself was spotless, has everything you need and instantly makes you feel at home. the jacuzzi is fab and the grounds are lovely. The dog absolutely loved it. I just don't know what else to say other than how fantastic this place is. Cannot recommend enough. I will definitely return. Massive thanks to Christopher and Paul....we loved it. ❤️

Vivienne is a wonderful host, very helpful and we spent a lovely time as a family. She showed us a horses and children had fun. Apartment was clean and with a full privacy. Thank you x

We both wanted a place to relax and unwind for the weekend, which is exactly what you get at Pheasants Retreat. The hosts had thought of everything to ensure a peaceful stay, with the accommodation being very warm & homely. This was our 2nd visit and I am sure we will be back again when we need to escape the rat race for a weekend.

Very clean and tidy and everthing on hand,did'nt need to bring anything as towels and bedding were available .Loved the back garden and we used the bbq and had a lovely time with the family.Home from home .We would come again and will certainly recommend the property to our friends and family.

Honestly the best air bnb I have stayed in so far. Didn’t need to ask the host about anything during the week as it was already provided at the start of the week. The house was stunning, very close to the beach and beautiful views. Would definitely recommend

We cannot recommend Tan Y Garth enough. Staying there was an adventure in itself: atmospheric, clean and set in spectacular surroundings. The best thing about Tan Y Garth were our hosts. There was a fierce storm during our stay resulting in a power outage covering the whole of Wales. Janet and Derek worked tirelessly to make sure we were warm, able to cook, able to see! We ate supper by candlelight and some electric light, round a roaring fire, took hot baths by candlelight and Derek even restored Wi-Fi and made sure we could listen to music! It was a truly memorable weekend and we will definitely be back to enjoy Tan y Garth in more clement conditions!
