Very nice stay

Our stay with Christopher was amazing! The house was so beautiful inside and was everything our group needed. The hot tub and backyard space was beautiful as well. One thing to note is that there was no washer/dryer to wash the towels in between hot tub & shower use, so bring extra!

Great host and place all around! Kim was very responsive before, during, and after the trip. The amenities were great and location was close by Plattekill. She recommended ahead of time to bring an AWD vehicle as her driveway is on an incline. I’d recommend this stay.

Beth and Tom’s place was a wonderful place to stay after a long day of fishing. Very comfortable and right on the river. It really was nice for my family to have a place to stay and relax like this .

The home was very attractive and comfortable. There is a great flow between the entry, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We loved the decor and plants and special touches. And the access to outdoors was amazing. Such beautiful and fabulous views.

Kenroy was an exceptional host! He was responsive, flexible, helpful and the house was everything we could’ve wanted for the weekend. We would highly recommend to anyone looking in that area to reach out to Kenroy. We also brought our dog so it was great that the house was dog friendly! Kenroy was accommodating as stayed during the winter months. This was our first time visiting Livingston Manor, and Kenroy was excellent in providing recommendations for the area. We can’t wait to go back!

Nice place for a quick weekend getaway!

Beautiful home, aesthetically pleasing and super functional. We very much enjoyed our stay. Just 7 minutes away from a small town with great breakfast and coffee shops, a must visit brewery and some very good restaurants in the vicinity (blue fox, la cigogne and more). There are some sweet must do trails along the Delaware river. The house gets an A+. Felt very welcoming and easy to settle in, I particularly loved the floor and the quality build of the property. It was nice to cap off the night by the fire pit.

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

We enjoyed our quiet stay. We did a hike that was recommended in the guidebook and visited the used book store that was also recommended, but otherwise stayed in. Couches and beds were comfortable and we found everything that we needed in the kitchen.

Our second time staying at John's place with our two dogs. The apartment was spotless and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. Within easy walking distance to town in one direction and a quiet streets to walk the dogs in the other direction. We look forward to returning for another visit in the fall.

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

Kim was a wonderful host!! She was active in terms of replying and very much helpful when needed. The Airbnb was amazing and matched the pictures perfectly. I had a very relaxing stay, away from the city. Very much recommended to anyone who would like a private and quiet place to unwind. I would love to visit soon🥰

Highly recommend! Our stay was absolutely perfect and just what we needed to unwind and decompress. The peacefulness of nature and the seclusion of the property created a serene retreat from the constant hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. With perfect weather, we spent our days enjoying the firepit, making s'mores, and sipping on libations – a wonderful tradition that became a highlight of our weekend. We were conveniently close to the Shohola Falls, which was a great spot to visit, but the Bushkill Falls – Pennsylvania’s very own Niagara Falls – truly stole the show. Glenn made the whole experience easy, from booking the cabin to answering all our questions before we arrived. This trip was a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, enjoyed by myself, my wife, our two teenage children, and our pups. It’s a long weekend we will remember fondly for years to come. The cabin was absolutely adorable and exceeded our expectations! We stayed for my birthday weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The cozy interior, charming details, and peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true escape. We brought our two pups, who loved exploring the spacious yard, while we enjoyed cooking over the fire each day. It was the ideal mix of comfort and rustic charm. Emily was incredibly responsive—she answered all my pre-trip questions quickly and kindly. After the trip, I realized I left my favorite hat behind, and she was more than willing to help track it down, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a host that thoughtful and a space that feels both special and homey. Thank you, Emily, for helping make this birthday one I’ll never forget! Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a touch of magic.

Amazing little cabin! We will be coming back!

Loved this home! Specifically the architecture and cabin style decor. Located near the running river and surrounded by trees this place is perfect for settling in and relaxing. Enjoyed all the amenities and also explored Callicoon and other towns nearby. Would recommend to anyone and would love to return!

This was a really nice cabin in a great spot —super peaceful and the creek was amazing! Walking down to the waterfalls every morning was sublime. The property was beautiful, and we loved sitting by the fire and relaxing hot tub (this hot tub was born to massage btw, for anyone suffering from chronic pain). Everything was clean and well kept. The lighting inside was a bit dim for me, so it was a bit hard to get going on the cloudier days but still, this cabin was exactly what I needed! Oh, also, we had one clear night and... wow, i have never seen so many stars in a night sky, just astounding.

My better half, 2 dogs and I enjoyed the stay! Jim was very accommodating, flawless communication, and the place was everything we expected. We’ll be a repeat customer for sure. 😀
