Just lovely. Great WiFi, very modern and everything we needed. It was very clean and well set up with an awesome little guide about the house and surroundings! The host left out dog water bowl and food bowl and put out a dog blanket for us, which was very thoughtful. Will definitely be back.

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

This Airbnb was in a great location, less than 10 minutes from the main area where the shops and restaurants are located. The West Falmouth Market next door was great for grabbing snacks, a quick bite to eat, or anything you may have forgotten. The Village Cafe across the street was perfect to start our day with a delicious breakfast, then end our day at the ice cream shop attached to it. The accommodations were extremely clean and had everything we needed. Our teenage daughter especially loved the spiral staircase to the bedroom loft with her own bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

One of our best experiences with Airbnb. Jessica is a fantastic host, with recommendations for restaurants well in advance our stay to meeting her in the bookstore. A very unique experience, which was exactly what I was liking for. The Book Nook is full of light and spacious for a couple looking for a getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you may need to dine in. We did take advantage of the kitchen our first night. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Not something I can say for most of our Airbnb stays. There is an abundance of books throughout and being a book junkie I found this quite nice. A longer stay may have us sitting outside reading a book or two. We really appreciated being able to stay at the Book Nook and look forward to returning.

We came out for a few days exploring the Cape Cod area, our stay was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, and a short walk to the beach. We had a lot of great recommendations from Arthur of where to eat, markets nearby, and things to do. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

Everything was great! Meaghan was very nice and helpful! The place was impeccable well equipped with all the necessary items! Highly recommended.

We had a very comfortable 5 night stay there in mid-August 2024. The place was as advertised with off-street parking. It is walking distance to downtown Falmouth and is conveniently located. The apartment was clean and attractive. The beds were comfortable. They were very responsive hosts!

It was my first time in Cape Cod and Anne’s place made it that much better! It was right in the heart of everything!! Next door to Hole in One cafe, restaurants, we drove a short distance to shops, you could even walk to some shops, 4 minute drive to the beach! We absolutely loved every minute of it. The place was extremely clean and cozy. We loved it so much and hope to be back!

Stephanie was very responsive and accommodating. Her place was perfect for us, and we loved walking to the beach and biking the rail trail very nearby. Restaurants were plentiful and varied and the neighborhood was charming and very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Stephanie!!

Beautiful apt for a couple! You can see and fall asleep by the ocean. My husband and I stayed for a wedding, but we'll definetely be back in the summer to take advantage of the pool to teach our baby how to swim!

We enjoyed our stay. It is a very modern suite. The living room has a large TV and built-in glass fireplace. The kitchen is HGTV with a gas stove and large modern sink. The bathroom is Euro-styled behind the sliding wooden door, great water pressure. The bedroom has a great sleeping bed which always makes my stay. The place has a demure outside but once inside, you will say “Wow!”. Maria is a great, congenial host putting us on some great restaurants and places to visit. We would definitely rent again.

The condo was in a good location. The upstairs BR was a good size. Downstairs was a little small. Really good for 2 people. TV in BR was very small. Over all we had a good time. Roberta supplied all toiletries, shampoo, cream rinse, body was which was a plus. Also all bedding was supplied.

The condo location is ideal for a quiet beach getaway or a sightseeing excursion. It is located at the outermost point of Cape Cod right on a private beach next to the Atlantic Ocean inlet. Beautiful yet comfortable condo+beautiful views=magnificent vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Highlights were walking to the White Cedar Swamp Trail, watching surfers at Lecount Hollow beach, and grabbing dinner in Provincetown.

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

Jenny and Ania were wonderful hosts. We appreciated the proactive communication and check ins making sure all was well. They were very sweet and thoughtful, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. The place was spotless. My husband and I had a short stay but it was such a nice getaway in a beautiful location of the Cape. Even though it was chilly, the view from the balcony was probably my favorite. I am looking forward to staying with Jenny and Ania again and/or checking out their additional listings. Great hosts make these getaways such worthwhile. We thank you Jenny and Ania. Great place. Very clean. Lots of beach chairs. Pool was warm! Patio was just right- own table and chairs, and umbrella. We will definitely recommend this place to friends

Loved staying here for long weekend with my dog. Accomodations were clean, quiet, comfortable. Tina was very helpful and friendly. Location was peaceful yet close to many restaurants, walking trails, the beach. We would love to stay again!

Really cute and nice place! Would have been nice to know that one of the beds was a child bed since we had to have a guest sleep on the couch but otherwise, really quaint place for a getaway in a beautiful area!
