We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!! The photos don’t do the house justice—it’s gorgeous!! Impeccably clean and Andrei is such a welcoming, responsive, and accommodating host. There was tons of space for us, and everything in wonderful condition. We so appreciated the check out process was easy and thoughtful—no hours of chores like other Airbnb’s. All we had to do was lock the door. When you’re a mom with little ones to manage, it makes the biggest difference in the world to end your vacation this way. We had such a great trip with our families and would definitely go back again!!

Had a great family vacation for my sisters wedding. House was perfect for our toddlers with kids room in basement. Stunning home and amenities, the perfect Cape Cod vacation home!

Beautiful house and very clean! The layout was perfect for our family gathering of 13. The bonus room on the 2nd floor was fun for the kids. The hot tub was large and super clean and the cover was very easy to remove. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. We were there in the winter so we didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Quiet neighborhood yet close to local beaches and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and friendly in the app. Could use some more kitchen supplies, soaps, towels (not exactly "fully stocked" as the description said). And it's unfortunate that there's no recycling (I think this is an issue with the town, not the host). Definitely recommend this house!

The home was really great just as advertised and my family members felt right at home. Many family memories were made the back yard fire pit and grill was perfect for relaxing and laughing in the evening The beach and beautiful scenery just added to the experience two thumbs up from our littlest family member of 9 months who looked forward to his stroller ride to the beach every day Location was terrific close to Falmouth shops restaurants and ferry to Martha’s Vineyard Tam was very responsive and a great host We really enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend to other families

This house was perfect for our large group getaway. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and the detached pool house apartment was a nice option for those who wanted to be a bit more separate from the big group. The yard/pool was beautiful and Renaldo was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was so cute and perfect for my girl’s trip. Jenn and Alex went above and beyond to welcome us to their home. The house was SO clean and in perfect condition when we arrived. The outdoor space was incredible too. I had lots of questions for Jenn and Alex about local recommendations and they always got back to me. Would definitely recommend this house.

The cozy venue is beautifully located, offering all the comforts of a small Cape Cod cottage on the salt marsh. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring that everything was available for a comfortable stay and making themselves accessible at any time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a super unique, peaceful retreat that has convenient access to endless activities. The property is situated in a unique, serene location with easy walking access to local parks and a variety of quality restaurants. The water is perfect for paddling to explore the large area of connected coves. It’s a short distance to the Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge and the canal trail. There's little need to leave the property but there is much close by to explore. I'm looking forward to returning to experience everything again, and maybe, experience and discover even more next time.

Thank you to our wonderful hosts at the Onset Compound for an incredible stay! The home is located in a picture perfect waterfront setting with all of the amenities a beach house offers. The hosts recommended some great restaurants and things to do that kept us busy all weekend. The home is sparkling clean and we felt right at home!

The view out the window to the ocean was spectacular and the accommodations were very pet friendly, my two dogs were very happy hanging out on the two couches in the living room. Perfect place to serve as a home base for exploring the quaint restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth. Full kitchen if you want to cook, and plenty of furniture to have guests for dinner with a good size kitchen table. Ron, was very available and friendly, and I will definately go back!
