Villa Hibiscus is a lovely place, walking distance from lots of restaurants. The pool is a great size and was nice and clean. The air conditioning in the living area appears to have been improved from previous reviews as it was nice and cool. The master bedroom A/C is slightly underpowered for the space but this is a very minor issue it still cools the room down. Last but not least was Fempy who was helpful throughout our stay and is an absolute credit to the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Excellent host! Had to check in last min at night, Damien and his team were very responsive and helpful to make sure we checked in without any issues. Very responsive throughout our stay and answered all our questions. We had a great time in Bali thanks to their recommendations. Thank you Damien and team!

The host accommodated me in many ways! I was able to rest in this area so not much noise and the bed was comfy / fresh. The bathroom is a great touch and for the price it’s a great place to stay!

The villa is nice. The pool even better. The place is conveniently located between 2 main rds. Walking distance to shops and eatery and 5 minutes away from main shopping and bar strip in Kuta by taxi or scooter. There were complementary bing tangs and water and snacks which was great on arrival. The villa does not have a full blown kitchen but does have have rice cooker, kettle and other amenities however we ate out or ordered food mostly. As food is low cost and very budget friendly. Chappie is the main staff / security who we met upon arrival and was happy to help around particularly with laundry as he helped us to a local laundry service that was a 2 minute walk from the villa. Gates to the villa are closed late at night so you don’t have to worry about people coming into the villa, chappie Is in the security building located by the gate. So he can open up if you come back late in the night / early morning. All in all I had a great time here and would come back. Thank you

It is great to have this place for a family stay, had an awesome 5 night stay at Nana’s place. Fear not, the address match exactly where it located. Loved the surrounding neighbourhood. I had a great experience with Nana through all the process, she will guide you all the way to all the necessary thing that you need and not forget the staff, Thea, very friendly and always comunicate with you. They are very friendly. Hope to see you again Nana & Thea.

Beautiful villa for a peaceful stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Really suitable for big families or groups. Swimming pool was well maintained, cleanliness was good. I highly recommend this Villa to others and would love to stay there again🥰🥰❤️❤️🥂

Very spacious and good for large families travelling together. (we travelled in a party of 8) It had what we needed - kitchen, living room with TV and good wifii. Aby was always very responsive and that helped a lot as I could ask questions to clarify my doubts or have my requests met efficiently. Recommended!

Отличное расположение (для нас), территория зеленая, тихо, встречали каждое утро с пеньем птиц. Отличный большой бассейн, вода в нем обновляется, регулярно за ним следят и убирают. Рядом протяженная набережная Sanur, где прекрасно бегать, гулять, кататься на велосипедах. В квартире, Дэвида есть все необходимое для длительного проживания. Уникальный бонус от Дэвида - включена уборка 2 раза в неделю, 1 раз смена белья. Электричество оплачивается отдельно, о чем есть уведомление в объявлении, но даже при постоянно работающих кондиционерах, плата по счетчикам при выезде оказалась вполне приемлемой. Дэвид - очень отзывчивый хозяин, всегда был на связи, помогал в решении вопросов, если возникали. Отдельное спасибо персоналу отеля, которые на любое обращение реагировали оперативно, приходили точно ко времени (!), устраняли быстро.

I booked this unit without realizing it didn't offer Wi-Fi, which I discovered only after arriving and spending the first night. Since Wi-Fi is essential for my job, this was a big issue for me. I reached out to Sri (The host), and she was incredibly understanding and accommodating, agreeing to cancel my reservation without any problems. Aside from the Wi-Fi situation, the unit itself is really lovely. The space is beautifully designed, the bathroom was spotless and modern, and the neighborhood is wonderfully quiet—perfect for relaxation. I really appreciated the Sri's prompt communication and kindness, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t need Wi-Fi!

Villa is big. The pool looks green but once u inside, u know it's only because the colour of the pool's floor. The water really clean, u can see ur feet and the floor really clear And not much chlorin, which is I like it They provide wifi, tv cable with very complete chanel. The bath up are massive. Both bedroom has same big bath up. And ENOUGH water heater to fill it up. Sam is very quick response. U will have everything that u need when u stay in this villa. Want to come back again in another chance.

Great stay!! Nice and private, great pool to cool off in after a long day of activities. Local to everything- cafes, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Friendly and helpful staff with drivers always available to get to your destination. Highly recommended 👌

Отличная вилла в центре. Светлая и зелёная. Очень уютно оформлена терраса и открытая кухня, я проводил там большую часть времени. Однако стоит иметь в виду, что она находится прямо на дороге – полной тишины не будет даже ночью

Asti was very accommodating and the staff were great. Always there if we needed her and never too much trouble. Very friendly and would definitely visit again.

Notina was an amazing stay and great hosts. They really took care of our every need and the villa was so private. Location was great too as we were walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. Do not hesitate to stay here ! Great place !

The sunrise is beautiful from the villa. I also liked how easy it was to walk to different restaurants and beaches in Sanur. The villa is spacious inside and outside and was a perfect seaside getaway with my dogs. Thank you to Randy for all your help.
