Our four week stay in Andrianto’s Nusa Dua Novotel condo was fantastic. This well decorated two bedroom two bath accommodation was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The location of the condo is close to the pool area and to the restaurants, but not that close that you’re interrupted by the activities below. Being able to use the facilities at the resort is a plus. The spa is fantastic and we found the food to be great as well and very reasonably priced. The short shuttle ride to the beach was appreciated and the beach so beautiful. There is also food/drink service at the beach as well with lots of loungers and umbrellas. There are bikes that can be rented very cheaply with beautiful bike/walking paths outside the resort. While there, Resort housekeeping came in twice a week to clean. There are several fantastic restaurants right out the back entrance to the Resort. All resort staff were the friendliest. Nasu Dua is one of the safest areas in Bali.

Getting to Samuels apartment posed some difficulties, mainly the last 100m. The outside view of the apartment was a bit older looking (but not old) than I expected from pictures on Airbnb but the inside was exactly as described. The apartment was clean and tidy with no smells. The kitchen and lounge rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have a lounge upon which you could actually ‘lounge’. The TV and internet were good and efficient: Netflix and Prime I think as well. Internet was fast and reliable. It was nice to have HOT as well as cold water in the kitchen sink. Beds were comfortable and showers hot in both ensuite and bathroom. We used the bedroom AC overnight and it was OK but lounge one struggled whenever we used it. All need re-gassing but new ones are evidently on order; not a big deal for us. Pool directly outside was wonderful, 10 x 3m x 1.3, not deep but SUPER CLEAN, for units 4 and 5 use only. Die Wohnung war super: sauber, geräumig, in einem guten Zustand. Ich hatte Probleme mit dem Internet. Man teilt sich die Leitung mit anderen Gästen. Der Wlan Empfang war in meinem Zimmer schlecht. Als ich in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln durfte, war das Internet sehr gut. Die Anlage ist super: ruhig, schön grün, der Pool ist super! Es waren viel andere nette Gäste dort. Carole war sehr nett, hat sich täglich um ihre Gäste gekümmert. Nicht gefallen hat mir die Umgebung. Ich gehe gerne spazieren, aber hier war es zu laut mit all dem Verkehr. Auch muss man auf der Straße gehen, während Autos und Roller direkt an einem vorbeifahren. Es liegt überall Müll umher. Wenn es regnet sind die Straßen überflutet. Die Straßen sind in einem schlechten Zustand. An allen Stränden, an denen ich war, gab es viel Plastikmüll. Dafür waren die Leute sehr nett und es war insgesamt alles sehr günstig! Die Massagen auf Bali waren auch super! Ich habe daher die meiste Zeit in der Wohnung und am Pool verbracht.

Great place to stay if you’d like to be near all tourist spots and beach! Kuta is very busy though for me. The hosts were responsive and the place had high ceilings. The location was safe and secure and very walkable.

Really beautiful place and has a lot of amenities. The host is also very helpful and kind. I forgot my wallet when I left and he was kind enough to tell me before I got too far. Thank you Aditya. I will be back

This place is centrally located with all amenities near it. The hosts were great. The space is great too-has everything you'd need. I'd stay here again!

Отличное жилье, которое полностью соответствует описанию и фото. Все новое и чистое. Есть все необходимое, даже отпариватель. Охранник на парковке. Очень внимательный хозяин. Уборка каждый день. Из минусов: иногда немного шумно с улицы и пол в ванной слишком скользкий, нужно быть осторожным. Мне понравилось, однозначно буду рекомендовать 🙏

Amazing place to stay for shorter or longer stay. The apartment is comfortable and equiped in necessary amenities. Hosts are very hepful and you can reach them very fast if you need any help. I definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay ,the apartment was clean ,the resort facilities were great .

A lovely little hidden villa. Handy having the access to the Artemis facilities. It did what I needed it to do for me. As per other reviews the water did had an odd taste. However, you don’t drink tap water here anyway so it didn’t really phase me. I did find anything in the cupboards needed a clean before first use. However, again as expected in a high humidity country where utensils might not be often used. A nice space and I’d recommend it to people. Not far from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops on the doorstep.

Simply a great option for your money. it's worth every cent. The apartments are located in the Oakwood complex with its own swimming pool, complex reception, security and maintenance of the surrounding area. The territory has rules prohibiting smoking in the pool area, the pool has its own 4 sun loungers in a slightly tired state. Despite the small number of sun loungers, we did not encounter any problems with the location, since the guests of the complex practically do not use their own pool due to the proximity of the beaches and the low occupancy of the complex itself. The complex itself is a single completed building which consisting of 3 buildings at all. 2 buildings of the complex are idle. In the apartment you will find all kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories, a private terrace on the ground floor and all the necessary services within walking distance. The owner is always in touch and organizational issues are resolved quickly, friendly and efficiently.

Would highly recommend for any digital nomads looking for a longer stay—the WiFi was very reliable and I am on and off video calls throughout the day! Host was very responsive and provided complimentary cleaning services every other day during my two week stay! Plenty of restaurants and mini marts within walking distance and only a short motorbike ride down to the beach area!
