Chic home in a great location! I was busy during my trip, but the home was so cozy that I almost wished I would have stayed inside more! There is a Whole Foods around the corner and I felt comfortable walking there after dark. Parking was easy! I will definitely stay here again and explore more of the neighborhood.

Jim was a great host and so accommodating. It was great being right downtown and just a two block walk to the lake. :-) There's a lot of places to grab coffee, baked goods, and resturants for dinner within walking distance. My stay was perfect for me and what I needed in my room with lots of charm. Thank you Jim!

We had a great stay. The place was clean and cozy. The three of us were able to explore the city and then return to relax in the garden unit. Many great places to eat in walking distance. The free and plentiful street parking was a bonus. Thanks for hosting us.

David's place is one I personally would highly recommend. It was much larger than we were expecting – it very comfortably held two adults, a teenager, and two younger boys. The space is nicely organized and there are some very nice spots for relaxing. Bedrooms are a good size, kitchen and dining room were bigger thane we expected, and while we didn't cook in, the kitchen was very well stocked with the essentials. Shower is excellent and the front sun room is glorious. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. We had no issues finding parking on the street and we easily got the Brown line downtown from the station a few blocks away (to avoid worrying about parking down in the Loop). To top it off, we felt like we completely lucked out with an amazing dinner at the small Amano Bistro, a short walk just a few streets over (highly recommend if you enjoy Italian cuisine and a cozy, happy atmosphere). I would be extremely happy to be able to stay here every time we come to Chicago.

It was a very cozy home! Everything was in great condition. I ended up cooking every night that I was there and found the kitchen to be well stocked and all the appliances worked well. I definitely would stay there again!

Host was great a communicating with us. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was close to numerous restaurants and bars. The L was a 5 minute walk if you want to go downtown.

This place is beautiful. Tons of amazing high end features, and almost like new feel. Location isn’t the most convenient in my opinion, but it makes up for the privacy, and luxury feel!

Elena worked hard to make it easy to get to her place, park and get inside. She was very attentive and responded quickly. Great place for 1-2 people.

We stayed here for a staycation and it was delightful. Such a beautiful apartment and no need for a car! Everything is super walkable. Wonderful stay!

This was a great home base for a weekend of activities in the north suburbs! The kitchen had been recently updated and there were nice homey touches throughout - extra blankets, coffee maker, etc. I might have to return in the summer just for the adorable backyard space!

My group and I enjoyed our stay at Jie's place. The location was perfect for us. Jie was very helpful and communicative.

I was here for two months with one more person for a medical rotation at the Swedish hospital, which was at an easy walkable distance. The airbnb was spacious and clean. It was in the basement, but it had enough space for the 2 of us or even more people. The beds were both queen beds, together with the fact there was an air mattress, I don’t think there would be a space issue. Kitchen was fairly large too with all the amenities. All the amenities for the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were also present. All I needed to do was purchase a few more cleaning supplies (like a swiffer) but that’s because I was there for 2 months. Eric is an amazing host! He is so responsive very quickly and kind. Whenever I had an issue with anything, he’d offer a solution to fix it right away. He was very helpful. The neighborhood felt safe even at night, with supermarkets at a walking distance. Street parking could be a challenge when you come home late at night, but you could eventually find space across.

this place was amazing. it was everything and more than what the pictures showed. the view is great. the parking is the only issue that we had but that's just a Chicago thing I think.

I had surgery at the hospital around the corner and stayed here for few days as I couldn’t climb the steps to my apartment post surgery, highly recommend. There are two steps down into the apartment that I was easily able to handle, the shower in the back of the house has grab bars, and overall the house was very accessible and easy to navigate with my walker. Would stay again!

Let me just say, the pictures don’t do this cute, cozy place justice! I’m big on hospitality and customer service, and Johana and Akos were beyond accommodating and communicative. I would dare to say this is the most accommodating place I’ve experienced so far! The space has such a good energy and flow to it — cozy, inviting, and with a beautiful sunset view from the kitchen window that you can enjoy right from the living room sofa. The views are stunning, and the building itself is upscale, clean, and even smells great! I enjoy playing some of the games that were pervaded( Uno and Jenga) and I appreciated that the TVs had all the apps, HBO, Disney, prime, Netflix etc. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The only con would be some city noise, but it didn’t bother me at all. There’s a nearby train that doesn’t pass often, and again, it wasn’t an issue for me. I would definitely recommend this place!!

You can’t go wrong with David’s place. Everything you need is there in a comfortable space. The train is so close. The beds and pillows and blankets are so comfy! The fireplace was nice because it was cold one day and we loved the washer and dryer because we ran the marathon. We loved everything about it!

Celebrated my sons 15 year bday party at Nassas place. Kids and adults enjoyed every room. Kitchen was clean and came in handy for warming up food and making breakfast. The area was surrounded by great restaurants and all the stores we needed. Plenty of beds for sleeping. And some extras that came in handy, baby chair and baby playpen. Thanxxx for hosting!

I would’ve gave a 5 all around but the no tvs in the bedrooms kinda threw me off… But everything was great
