This house was clean, organized and very close to shopping. Robert was very responsive, and the house was well stocked with everything we needed (pots, pans etc.) We were very happy with our experience.

we loved his place and will be back, on our next trip to Southwest Forida!

This house was perfect, clean, and accurately described. Great proximity to baseball parks and to the coastal towns for dinner. Very nice and new, modern, and spacious. Easily fit my group and all utilities and amenities worked perfectly. Quiet area and great hosts. Would stay again!

The house was lovely, beds were comfortable. Hot tub was gently appreciated after a long day of cycling. Garage access was fantastic for safely storing bicycles while we went out and about in the surrounding area. Thanks, Christine!

The house was very nice and clean. Joe was extremely responsive to any communication. Minor issues with the electronic lock but it was handled quickly. Make sure to bring your own water / coffee etc. That was one thing that would have been nice but certainly not a problem. We did not cook on our short trip but it looked like the necessary items were there. Overall, great experience, and the hosts are super nice and accommodating.

Justin was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Setting was private and spacious. Plenty of yard for our dog to roam.

It was a cute place. Just right for our little family. Perfect spot for us. We traveled to Ft . Myers, Englewood, Naples, North Port, and Cape Coral. It was perfect for us to see our family and do things. Also they had little wild bunnies playing in the backyard, so cute....even a stray tortoise stopped by. Very peaceful.

My husband and I have the same birthday and this year we decided to rent a place locally and have a (stay-cation?). Mrs Yainley let me know that it was available for an early check-in and I happened to be right around the corner when I received the message, so i decided to go check it out. I showed up and Mrs Yainley was in the house preparing a birthday surprise for us ! She felt bad that she was in the house when I got there and I felt bad that I popped in and caught her setting it up the birthday surprises!! In any case, she was so sweet to do that and it just added another special part to our birthday trip. We were very happy with the home, it was well kept, the showers are awesome, I loved the feel of the master bedroom! There's a coffee bar with a Keurig and an espresso maker which was great. The pool table kept everyone busy and having fun and it was large enough for both our families to come by on our birthday for cake and ice cream. Expectations exceeded! Thanks again!

Marti’s place was wonderful, perfect for my husband & I on our last trip before we welcome our first baby. The close proximity to the beach is very ideal. Unfortunately we were dealt very poor weather but Marti’s cozy studio was the perfect place to relax. We would love to come back another time to be able to enjoy the beach & pool! Marti was an extremely kind & responsive, we would definitely stay at one of her properties again!

Beautiful place to stay, we absolutely loved it!! It seriously felt right at home and we enjoyed every second of it! We slept amazing, the shower was our favorite part 😂 it was BEAUTIFUL! We felt like we were staying at our own private getaway! We were competing at TerraNova Equestrian Center which is literally 4 minutes away! It was incredibly convenient and we could not have loved it more!!! The instructions and guest book was phenomenal and the place was SUPER clean and cozy! Couldn’t be happier with our stay!! ❤️❤️

Michael’s place was just what we needed. As stated in the listing it is a small unit but was perfect for two people. It was neat and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was a plus. It was very peaceful sitting out by the canal looking out over the water. We really enjoyed our stay.

The accommodations and hospitality were fantastic! Everything we needed and more was readily available for our short visit. We felt like we were home; cozy, clean, quiet, with all of the amnesties of home. We will certainly return again if we are back in the area.

This unit was everything I needed and more. Everything was so clean, the views were amazing, easy to find and the host were very friendly and communicative. I will definitely stay here again. Amazing find!

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

Te was AMAZING!! Loved the quaint unique space. The Oz has been our favorite home away from home! Close to the beach, bikes, breakfast stuff there! It was 100 perfect. We will definitely be back.

As I indicated in the earlier part of the review, the location, grounds, and cabins were amazing. We had a large group of canoers stay in what we called the lodge - with 5 bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. Though there are only 2 showers in the same bathroom for such a large number - we made it work. Megan and Marc left each cabin (we rented the lodge and 2 tiny cabins) with a half dozen or more organic, home raised fresh duck and chicken eggs. Nice touch! Launching from there and paddling was amazing on horse creek providing solitude and peace. They worked with us on a complicated checkout with some staying on while others left. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a country experience.

Glamping at its best ! Was here for the rodeo with friends and family . We had the boathouse Cabin. Very pristine and clean with a super comfortable mattress. I loved waking up to the sunrise overlooking the river with my morning coffee. Hope to return here again,

We had a lovely stay and my youngest daughter is already asking when we can go back. The home is beautifully kept. It was well-stocked. The kitchen is amazing! The property is enormous. The farm animals are really fun. It was a total success. There were only two minor things that don't even qualify as negatives. One, if you aren't used to well water, it may be a surprise. But, listen, the home is on a farm. Of course it's on a well. The other thing is that the bedrooms don't have real curtains so if you are sensitive to sunlight in the morning, then don't plan on sleeping in. But honestly, it's so nice there, I'm not sure why you'd want to waste your morning sleeping.

Awesome place to stay ! Really peaceful. Has plenty of room for a boat and trailer and was able to use the dock as well for the boat.

Lovely little weekend stay at the Cabin, very relaxing place. We enjoyed the chill vibe on the farm, meeting and chatting with the owners and hanging out with the friendly farm animals! (And getting fresh eggs in the mornings!) Overall would definitely recommend. great place to relax and unwind.
