My wife and I stayed at Wendy's place for a month. The house is located in a nice quite area surrounded by similar one family homes. The poeple in the area were very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and communication withour host was easy. The home has a nice in ground pool in the back heated by solar. The home also had a nice lani in the back with a grill and table. The yard was very large and private.

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

Everything about the house is perfect!! Beautiful, spotless, high quality, quiet & safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area! And recommend it to anyone! Oleg is quick to respond to any questions.

Both of the hosts were very accommodating and responsive. The home was very clean and in a quiet area, we felt truly relaxed. Will definitely be going back!!

Leyla's property was perfect for our stay. Came to visit our grandkids who lived in North Port and gave us a great spot to relax at the end of the night.

Paul’s house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We found the house clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were nice beach chairs and beach towels to use and the pool was well heated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Paul was quick to respond to our question we had. It’s definitely a place we will stay again.

Our stay at Darryl’s place was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect for exploring Arcadia and the house was even more charming than the pictures. Darryl was an incredibly helpful and responsive host, making our trip incredibly smooth.

Nice, clean place that was easy to get to. Exactly what we needed for a long weekend since central Florida. Ana is a great host!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sly Gator House. The space accommodated our young family plus grandparents comfortably. Our 3 year old was very taken with the animals and zoo next door, and it was fun to walk over to the river to watch the airboats and swamp buggies. We had a tour booked to go search for fossils in the river, and this location was the best for that. We just strolled over for check in and walked home for a shower after a long day of hunting for megalodon teeth. We would happily come back and stay again!

Very clean and well appointed house in a very quiet neighborhood. John was very helpful throughout the stay. I could easily drive to everything nearby. I wish I had walked in the lovely park on the Peace River.

David is a great person, his house is well located and has all the amenities, I would definitely come back again.

This house is the perfect cozy space. Very comfortable & close to restaurants. We stayed here during our visit to peace River and it was perfect, the outdoor space was cute & cozy. The pictures simply do not do this place justice for how cute it is decorated with all the vintage furniture and decor. We would definitely stay here again.
