We enjoyed Jan’s house. It was a quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking the dog. Short drive to restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, Shamrock Park, Brohard dog beach, pretty much anything we wanted to do. The lanai was a nice area to sit in the shade. Wish I had a way to post a recording of all the various birds chirping away! Home was clean and Jan was a responsive host with any questions we had. Yard was private and fenced in nicely for our dog. Appreciated having laundry soap, body wash, dish detergent, & paper goods to get through our stay. So often all you get is enough for a few days, if that. Comfortable beds too! We would stay again. We stayed one month at Annette’s home. She and Stephen were friendly and quickly responded with any questions we had. It was a very quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping and restaurants. We were able to take walks every day, as well as enjoying a local park, Ollie’s Pond. We especially enjoyed the backyard patio area with plenty of room for our dog! The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. We would be happy to rent this place again!

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was clean, with a great, well outfitted kitchen and comfortable and roomy living room. The bedrooms are small but functional. The pool and lanai were lovely. The pool isn’t heated but we were able to have fun swimming in February. Our kids had so much fun fishing off the dock into the canal. We loved going to the beaches at Manasota Key, Gasparilla Island, Nokomis and Siesta Key! It’s a great little house if you just want to relax around the pool or if you’re looking to explore the local beaches. We found lots of beautiful options within an hour drive.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was neat and clean and in good working order. Responsive host and a great location with quick access to everything. I would stay there again.

Lucky was a great host. Very responsive and extremely accommodating. The house was a great place to stay with your pet and your furry friends will feel right at home.

The house was very clean & stocked. Pool & Fenced yard was a plus. Very private and quiet. No issues at all & felt like home. Will definitely plan to return.

My wife and I stayed at Wendy's place for a month. The house is located in a nice quite area surrounded by similar one family homes. The poeple in the area were very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and communication withour host was easy. The home has a nice in ground pool in the back heated by solar. The home also had a nice lani in the back with a grill and table. The yard was very large and private.

This well appointed home in Port Charlotte was a pleasure while I was down for work. Unlike many other Airbnb homes this one was well appointed, nicely decorated and had everything available that you could want or need. The heated pool was a real pleasure after work every day and I enjoyed the large master bathroom and dining room. I would recommend this home for anyone visiting Port Charlotte .

Melissa made my family and I feel right at home! My kids had an absolute blast and her responsiveness was quick and very knowledgeable. Don’t let the hurricane deter you. There was plenty to do and not enough time in the day to do it. 5 stars all the way!

Mary is a great host with a wonderful home in a nice neighborhood. Everything is neat, clean and updated with all the essentials that you might need for your stay. We felt right at home. The pool and screened area are nice when you want to relax outdoors without leaving the property. Everything else that you need is only a short drive away. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

we were going to rent near Naples but decided to stay closer to airport since we arrived very late and didn't want another hr drive also our return flight was very early. we are so glad we chose Toms place. perfect place for getting around,close to restaurants. stores and within 40 minute drive of several places we wanted to see. Venice Beach, Boca Grand to name a few. wish we had stayed longer, Tom's place is super comfortable, all the furniture inside and out, and the beds! The pics really don't do it justice, it is so much better! not an uncomfortable spot on the property. Pool felt great to relax in and the hot tub is ready anytime, plenty of outside chairs which were comfortable as well. we don't have 1 single complaint except we should have planned to stay longer. I have to add there were plenty of linens and the kitchen was equipped better than any we have stayed it!

Great home! Great pool! Great location! It's about halfway between Venice Beach and manasota Beach. Those were our two destinations so this worked out perfect! The backyard is fenced and was perfect for our dogs. Lots of beach chairs, toys, coolers and everything else you need for a day at the beach. Beach. We also really enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage.

Very large home for a family vacation. We booked it for the large pool and 4 bedrooms. We loved it had all the we needed for a 16 month old. The beach supplies(chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and beach toys) were a plus. We also had many pool floats and toys. Kitchen had everything needed to cook our meals and the grill worked great. Highly recommend and host was very responsive.

Perfect for a get away from the hustle and bustle. Feeding the farm animals was a bonus!

We had an amazing experience staying at Amanda and David’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The location was excellent, convenient while still offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It was clear that Amanda and David put a lot of thought into making their guests feel comfortable. The amenities were fantastic, providing everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living spaces were cozy and inviting, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. One of the things we appreciated most was how responsive and helpful Amanda and David were. Any time we had a question, they replied quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even better!Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place with fantastic hosts, this is it! We would absolutely stay here again

Absolutely love gramping in this serenity acres place, we had to come back a second time while the Florida weather was perfect for this type of get away, off the grid and so peaceful. The birds singing above the tent in the morning was an amazing wake up call. Time alone with the wife here is priceless.

My buddies and I stayed the night after the fall rodeo in Arcadia. We were blown away by the hospitality and kindness of Norman and his family. We had such a great time hanging out with all of their farm animals and it was such a relaxing, peaceful getaway. We loved hanging out in the lounging room and appreciated the provided firewood. We will definitely be back for the next rodeo!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Macy’s. It’s was very clean and quite private. The location was perfect for us, very close to our family we were visiting. Our dogs felt right at home as well, and it was easy to walk them on their quiet country road. Thank you to Macy for our wonderful week!

This house is the perfect cozy space. Very comfortable & close to restaurants. We stayed here during our visit to peace River and it was perfect, the outdoor space was cute & cozy. The pictures simply do not do this place justice for how cute it is decorated with all the vintage furniture and decor. We would definitely stay here again.
