Marti’s place was wonderful, perfect for my husband & I on our last trip before we welcome our first baby. The close proximity to the beach is very ideal. Unfortunately we were dealt very poor weather but Marti’s cozy studio was the perfect place to relax. We would love to come back another time to be able to enjoy the beach & pool! Marti was an extremely kind & responsive, we would definitely stay at one of her properties again!

It was a pleasure to stay at this location. It was a beautiful location and peaceful overlooking the lake. The house was updated with new furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment as well as updated remodeling. The hosts was flexible with our check in which was very helpful. I would be happy to return for a longer stay.

Wonderful stay in a relaxing environment. Simple sweet touches like matches and incense and Te lending us yoga mats made this stay really wonderful. And of course the garden is just wonderful!

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the Welcome greeting and box of chocolates. Loved having coffee out in the sunroom in the mornings. Enjoyed it enough that will like to go back next year.

Listing was as described. Was near the highway so some sound cut through but overall place was beautifully kept and felt right at home. No one bothered me as well so that’s a plus. I would return.

Nice, quaint place. Perfect value for the price point. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to and on a cul-de-sac street. Pam was very responsive.

A great place to stay! Pictures accurately portray the apartment. Well stocked with everything needed. Appreciated the use of beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach towels. Hosts made us feel very welcome. Backyard & deck are lovely to hangout & relax. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Venice.

We had a wonderful weekend with the family. The only bad part was it wasn’t long enough! Great view, the beach was super close and the room was very fresh and clean.

Debra and Debs are 2 very kind, respectful ladies and they made us feel at home the moment we arrived. The house is big and nicely decorated and both the bed- and bathroom are very spacious and comfortable. The fact that we could use the kitchen anytime as well as the washingmachine/dryer was a big plus. The heated pool, with vieuw on the lake, was just wonderful., Off course we can't forget to mention Bella who's such a lovely little dog. We had a great time and can only recommend their place if you're looking for a beautiful and relaxed home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is located in a very peaceful and private setting. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Kendall was a terrific host that was available if needed. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

This has been the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The space is beautiful, and has nice country scenery right in the back yard. Durrell is a great friendly host with perfect communication. We have never stayed at an Airbnb that is as accommodating as this one. There was breakfast in the fridge, snacks, and very thoughtful useful things left all over the place for guests to use. Just when you think you needed something or forgot something, this Airbnb seemed to have it! This showed us that Durrell genuinely cares about his guests, and their vacation. The spa pool is also a very good touch, and we highly recommend future guests to use it. This truly is a great Airbnb that has personality, and we highly recommend it! Thank you for a great stay Durrell!

Durrell might be the kindest host we have ever had the pleasure of staying with! He was always responsive and very kind! He even left goodies for us from the local coffee shop that he owns. The baked goods provided were so good that we had to check out their store just to buy more! We really appreciate everything Durrell did for us! The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless! We are already talking with other family members about coming back and staying at the house again in the coming months! If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and beautiful home while traveling to/through Arcadia, you don’t want to pass up an opportunity to stay with Durrell!

The location has a perfect beachfront view to enjoy coffee outside in the morning. The area was still recovering from the hurricane but walking on the beach was still enjoyable. All of the amenities and items available for use in the condo left very little to be needed.

Clean place, close to everything, exactly as described.

I thoroughly enjoyed the ARBNB . It was very clean and I felt like I was right at home . The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances worked perfectly . I loved the washer and dryer! It was close to restaurants and beaches . The location was quiet and close to beaches . Would highly recommend property to anyone traveling. Plus the pool was clean and close to unit !

My sister and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The beach was just steps away, and the pool was conveniently located across the road. The condo provided everything we needed for the beach. It was very nice, although the door lock and code could benefit from improved security. Additionally, the ice maker was not clean and had a slimy residue inside. It may need cleaning after each check out other than that it was a great place to stay and would stay again Thanks Debbie & Katie

Trevor was an awesome host! I reached out to him with some questions and he responded immediately. He also gave clear instructions on what was to be done and expected. His place was very clean and tidy. We loved the view from the balcony. There were some very nice sunsets. It is practically right in downtown and very walkable. I definitely recommend staying at this location if you’re going to be traveling to Sebring or the surrounding areas.

The pictures do NOT do this condo justice. It is beautiful and uncluttered and so tasteful. I was so comfortable . The complex is gated and quite nice and level and very easy access to different areas. Our family myself, husband , 22 year old son and 19 year old daughter had plenty of space and areas to move around . Condo was well stocked and Rachel even supplied extras like coffee pods and many misc. other items that most places don’t provide. Will rent this condo in a heartbeat again.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Lori was a wonderful host. She was very quick to respond to any messages. Her place was very clean and well kept. The community was quiet and peaceful with some things to do within walking distance of the house. Would absolutely consider staying again.
