Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

The apartment was in a great location & the building was nice. Tim was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had.

Place was great! Used this unit for a month with no issues. Definitely will keep in mind when staying around that area again.

Cute little apartment that was definitely worth the price! Host was quickly responsive, lots of stairs getting up to the apartment but it probably says it in the listing and I wasn’t paying attention bc it was so cute and a great price! Would recommend if you need to save some money and just want a clean place to stay!

We traveled to Memphis for a quick girls get away. Location was perfect! Easy walk to Beale Street and all downtown has to offer. Private garage was amazing and made parking a breeze.

Very beautiful and clean home. Nice and peaceful, exactly as described. The owners are so nice and very responsive. The airport lost my luggage and the host was very helpful with making sure I had my personal needs so I can still shower and get fresh. I will definitely only choose this place when returning to Memphis!

The location couldn't be better, especially with free provided parking. 1.5 block from the Peabody and 1/4 mi from Beale. Felt very safe. was very clean and well apportioned. Will save the listing for our next trip.

My husband and I stayed here for almost 3 weeks. We were very comfortable & felt right at home. The kitchen & bathrooms are well stocked with everything we needed. Kaneka was very responsive & accommodating to all of our needs. We’d definitely stay again if in the area in the future.

Great host enjoyed my time there everything in the house works great. Plenty of space as well. The closet is in the bathroom loved that the most lmao. Master bathroom about the size of a room tbh. Entire home was nicely cleaned as well worth the stay.

My boys and I had a great stay at The Cozy Miss! It was just as described and pictured. Super clean & nice decor. It smelled so good. The host was friendly and very responsive. She even let me come back after check-out to look for an item we thought we’d left. I definitely recommend her place to anyone.

Great spot for what we needed, 5 minutes from family, and had everything we needed for our trip. Quiet little neighborhood and Isabella was very responsive to any of our questions.

Vertanya was truly a marvelous host! The home was truly a home away from home. When there was an issue with the refrigerator she resolved with no issues. We will definitely book any of her locations again!

Tommy was so nice. He made sure everything was as it should be. He was worried we had not checked out and rather than be mean about it, he was so nice. It was just that my team left a car parked on the street and was coming back from it.

This place had it all. Perfect location for all the things we'd planned to do in Memphis that weekend, many of them walkable. Situated right between downtown and South Main Arts District. Apartment itself had all the amenities we needed, and more. Secure parking. Pro-active and clear communication from the beginning with JR and Stephanie, making sure we knew where to park (with maps/pix), how to get in, how to check out. We would highly recommend to anyone, and would definitely stay again.

unique Memphis location. close to Hotel Lorraine, Beale street and downtown beautiful place with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. only drawback is the stairs to access the living area a little hard for older people.

This was my second stay.... And I love it! .... It's like my home away from home! This will be my spot every time I come back to my hometown of Memphis. I LOVE IT... I would like to ask that Andrew add a cherry on top of stay and add a floor length mirror so I could see my fashion ensembles when getting dressed...lol

Pristine, comfortable, with all the modern amenities we could want and then some (bathroom and kitchen well stocked and good appliances, appreciate the ability to make coffee first thing in the AM!). Roomier than expected. And location can't be beat, with plenty downtown within easy walking while also managing to be in a quiet, secure area. The gated parking spot was a big draw but then it turned out we didn't even really need it, plenty of good eats and things to do literally within a block (including the best fried chicken in the universe and one of my favorite bars in town, in a noodle shop of all places), and stuff like the Civil Rights Museum, Orpheum, Peabody, scenic riverwalking, and Beale St all easily walkable too. Would def. stay again. One thing to note, not criticism just heads up for anyone who might be planning to take a bubble bath or soak in tub: technically there's a tub but as far as I could see no way to use a stopper for a bath.

Love Mallory and Tripps place. Great spot in Memphis. Access to soooo many entertainment places. My husband and I really enjoyed our Valentines getaway.
