Great place. Looks exactly like the photos. The 2 king beds were perfect for my group of teenage girls and the screened in porch was perfect for me and my co-chaperone. We didn’t have the best weather but the fireplace and some blankets were just enough to watch tv out there, comfortably. Carmen was super responsive and warm.

Sheila's place was amazing. The perfect place for a beach getaway; comfortable, great outdoor area and so close to the beach. Sheila and Scott were great with communication and problem solving. We look forward to staying again.

Paul and Janet were amazing hosts! They thought of everything from beach toys, children’s books with a Narwhal theme, to bowls for the dogs. My entire family had a great time at the beach (only a few min walk) and in the quiet neighborhood walking the dogs. If you are looking for an amazing home that is pet friendly by the beach definitely consider staying at Paul and Janet’s place!!!

House was plenty big enough for our crowd. Heated pool was a nice touch as evenings are cool in October. The rooms had the feel of their own privacy which was a nice touch. Kids loved being able to hang out upstairs in their own area. It is not a quiet house you can hear a pin drop but great location we walked right up the side walk to the beach and it’s just a few minutes drive in either direction to shopping and restaurants!! The beds and pillows !!!!!!! You will get excellent sleep they are so comfortable !!!

Very responsive host. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and gave us tons of things to do. Tons of amenities. Very short walk to the beach.

Beautifully appointed home within a long walk/short golf cart ride to the beach. Plenty of room for our group with ample seating for dining and lounging. Homes are built very close together with the windows overlooking the neighboring pools which was slightly awkward when the crew next door swam topless… otherwise- family friendly, lovely place to stay close to the most beautiful beaches!

Loved the place. Like the little extras little seasonings, oil and flour that was available saved us from having to go buy some stuff. Loved the fact we could bring the dogs! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here. Great view and value. We had a hard time locating the it. The building is on the other side of the Olive Garden restaurant, opposite of Building A. Other than that, everything was great!

We had a great stay at Clay's place. The unit was nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful view of the gulf. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and splitting our time between the beach and pools. Check-in was a breeze and Clay was a fantastic, super-responsive host. We would be more than happy to come back.

Olivia was very responsive, lock had a weak battery, she responded quickly and sent someone to replqce it, it was awesome, everything went as expected, I would sure love to come back for a longer stay, may be the house cleaner should leave an extra toilet paper roll , also needs a fixture in unit E.

We LOVE this place!! Rick and Sylvia made us feel like part of the family. More then everything you need!! Fishing , restraints, beautiful natural surroundings. They gave us helpful tips on restraints, attractions , helped us fish and became good friends. The sweetest hosts we have ever had!! Very friendly but private. They provided everything!! And then some!! Helped us out soooo sooo much on sooo many levels. We came for a rodeo and just wanted a cool place to stay. This is definitely a gem of a place!! The space was super clean and equipped with everything. They also provided a lot of fishing equipment and a kayak and hammock for hanging out in between time. We got to hang out with them a bit, we are social . They are very cool!! Super sweet, helpful friendly, would give the shirt off their back kind of people!! This is what we look for in an Airbnb. They truly care about their guests!! Above and beyond for comfort!! The stay was incredible!! Thank you!! Can't wait to come back!!!

We had a great stay at Heather's condo. Someone else mentioned it not being walkable to the beach and thats not true. We have a 2 year old and a 7 year old and walked there multiple times. It's less than 10 minute walk. You do cross the main drag, but if you know how to use a crosswalk it's perfectly fine. Our kids really enjoyed the pools. It's very walkable, we walked to Walmart a couple times, the alligator attraction/restaurant, beach, couple other restaurants. The shuttle service is fantastic, very nice drivers we took that a few times to the boardwalk area, Henderson Beach, and one night we didn't feel like walking to the beach across the street. The condo itself is just like the pictures, was nice having coffee in the morning on the deck and relaxing. I really don't have a bad thing to say about the place if you're on the fence just book it.

We enjoyed our stay at John’s place. The days we were there it was a bit chilly so it was a nice surprise that the pool is heated! PCB is beautiful! Directly in front of the hotel, there’s a storm drain thats kind of an eye sore but otherwise it did not bother us. There was an issue with the clothes dryer, but John was very quick to respond and sent someone out quickly to fix it. I highly recommend this spot!

Apartment was in an amazing location next to the beach and the community itself had everything you look for a vacation. It was really a great location with a very competitive price. No complaints. Loved it. Host was very easy to connect with and communication was easy

My friends, my boyfriend and I spent most of our vacation in the unit! It was perfect for all the nasty weather we had! Very peaceful, clean, and accessible! We were a hop and a skip from the pool. Definitely will be staying here again!

Close to all attractions yet far enough away where you are not stuck in a tourist trap.everything is pretty much on one road so it was very easy to navigate in a town we were not accustomed to. We always sleep with a fan so the traffic noise was not an issue. Will definitely book again.

Everything was as described. Very peaceful location. Lots of space to enjoy and really great outdoor area. Would definetly stay again.

If you're considering, book it! Peaceful gounds, and the house is big, beautiful, and lots to do! The grounds, the game room, sitting in the rocking chairs, it was a great few days. they have boats but we didn't use them. I hope to be back

If I could give 10-stars I would! I am an airbnb host and can be quite critical on bookings I make. I read so much about Ms. Theresa and was a little hesitant because some reviews made it seem like privacy was an issue ...NOT AT ALL!! I can honestly say that SHE was a HUGE part as to why we enjoyed our stay so much and will ABSOLUTELY be back!! She made us feel at home, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even made my husband a homemade birthday cake! We shared so many laughs and stories together. It was peaceful, serene, and certainly private. The property was gorgeous, had breathtaking views, and so many wonderful things about it that pictures and description don't do a justice! We enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor kitchen area on the lake.. but laying down on a bed, under the cabana, watching a movie, next to the fire, on the lake, was THE best part..next to enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast our last morning!

The place was amazing. My family loved it and it was so neat. Every day we were greated with wild turkey and wild deer on the property and it wasn't a far drive to the beach or springs.

the place was just as described if you like a cabin in the woods with few neighbors this is the place! Janet was a great host with very attractive and polite! she took care of all the issues we had! Thank you Janet!
