Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

Wonderful house. The pool and easy access to the beach made for a very comfortable and fun stay. The pool was a hit for the kids and is the perfect depth (only about 5 feet). The beach offered clear water and white sand and the walk was super fast and easily. Our family had a great time. Would love the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

This house is a gem and we have been so lucky to stay here twice. Elizabeth is an amazing person who communicates quickly and is so helpful. If anyone is on the fence about this house don’t be because it’s worth it!

Richard was awesome! He was crazy fast at responding and helpful with any questions/requests we had! We loved staying at his place which was immaculately clean, nicely decorated and super convenient to the beach. What a steal!!!

We are from the state of Georgia and when we want to enjoy the beach in summer we come to Destin, we have been renting beach houses for more than 8 years but this time we can say that it has been the best stay we have had, the house is super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, very comfortable beds, close to everything. Recommended 100% we would like to rent with you again the next time we come.

Sherrie was a fantastic host! The house was the perfect size for our large family and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved having a TV in every room. The pool heating was excellent, and the beach essentials provided made our trip even more enjoyable. Sherrie was very responsive and ensured we had a great experience. My experience from the beginning until the end of this rental was wonderful. The home was immaculate and exactly as pictured. My family and I had more than enough room to sleep comfortably . We will definitely be returning next year.
