This house in Exeter Quays was perfect for our 2 night girls’ weekend. The house was perfectly clean, well-provided for and had everything we needed including comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. We enjoyed the conservatory for sunny breakfasts, and off-road parking was easy and safe. The house is a few minutes walk from the Quays shops, bars and restaurants, and we could also walk down the river to the Double Locks pub (30 mins). The neighbourhood was quiet but close to the centre, and we were delighted to have chosen Eniko’s house for our stay.

We had a lovely stay here, everything as described and smooth check in. Very quick replies to a couple questions we had, would certainly recommend.

This three story townhouse is situated very conveniently for Exeter city (10 mins walk), but with the added bonus of looking out onto the river. We enjoyed watching the swans and ducks. When we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean and there were plenty of amenities for our short stay. There is a short walk to the allocated parking and the stairs in the house itself are steep (18th/19th century house?), so this wouldn't suit all people, but we had a lovely stay.

Very good location and big house, just what we needed. Close to the centre of town so walkable to all the main spots and also to the various stations. Nice bathrooms. Easy to check in and out. Good facilities.

Steve and Kasia were the perfect host this is one of the nicest Airbnb by far I’ve ever been in. My daughter and I shared the lovely room. Steve and Kasia were always available and helpful and so kind, they answered all of our questions, showed us the best places and were just so delightful. We plan on coming back next year and staying. Everything from the bed to the bathroom to the small kitchenette area was exactly as described and just perfect for a short or long stay I highly recommend their Airbnb, they are two the nicest people we’ve ever met. It felt like home❤️

The house exceeded our expectations. Host was extremely communicative with excellent response time. Great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Extremely comfortable home to relax in and use as our base while in Exeter. Very walkable and quiet. Would stay there again.

Great house, great location; short walk to all the restaurants and cafés along Exeter's Quay. Plus, only a 10 minute walk to City centre. House was very clean and very well decorated. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Thoroughly recommend staying; my family and I certainly will be staying again next time we venture down to Exeter.

We had a perfect stay over the weekend, was in a great location close to Exeter centre and lots to do around. The apartment was spotless and looked exactly like the photos, the host was also very helpful with instructions for check in.

The apartment was perfect everything I needed was there and more. Absolutely spotless. The apartment is well set out to eat, sleep and relax. Close to all Exeter has to offer without being in the city centre. Eniko is a lovely host, helped me work the TV (I'm an old technophobe😂) and her response was within an hour. Highest recommendation 😃♥️

I am a returning guest. This is my happy place. It is spotlessly clean amd smells great. It's perfect. Feels very homely instantly. Cosy and extremely comfortable. Lovely refurbished shower room. Had a perfect night's sleep. Beautiful location with ease of access to North Cornwall. Beautiful Enfield Park on the doorstep. Perfect for a morning stroll. This is a perfect place. Very nice, well equipped flat with conveniant check in, however the building is currently being renovated and the sound insulation is not great so you hear a lot of noise from the works, the street, the hallway and the neighbors.
