Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Had a fantastic stay at Josie’s property - easy to find and perfect location for walks and wild swimming. Josie was bursting with recommendations for local restaurants (we loved the Rugglestone Inn which is just a short walk away) and even furnished us with milk from the local farm. The Airbnb was very clean well stocked with teas and coffees, and beautifully decorated. Wish we could have stayed longer and I’m sure we’ll be back !

Stayed for a weekend here for my birthday and was absolutely stunning. Toni was thoughtful and kind and left a happy birthday banner and kindly gifted me a card and chocolate - thank you again. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and felt like being at home. Toni was able to help and answer with anything that we needed help with Will definetly be coming back in the future. Tom’s place is so lovely. Our family had a great stay at his place. It was a short walk to the beach, which was an added bonus. Plenty of room, very clean and just as described. We would definitely stay again!

A lovely little house, immaculately clean and nicely furnished. All of your basic amenities are provided, including tea and coffee, and we were even pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine in the fridge. We would definitely be happy to stay there again

What a comfortable place! It was really well appointed and had everything we needed. Plenty of storage and well equipped kitchen. Wendy is very friendly and helpful too. I especially liked the eco friendly shampoo and conditioner provided (the bottles can be refilled too) and the availability of a compost pot for food waste. We really could have stayed a month if we did not have to get back. The view over the estuary from the bedroom is beautiful and constantly changing with the tide, light and weather. The place is really quiet too, I was concerned that there might be road noise from the nearby bridge but there was remarkably little even when outside the property and none at all inside

Our second stay at Braunds house and it was brilliant! Great location for coffees, pubs, takeaways and restaurants! The house is stunning - incredibly well equipped and just a beautiful place to stay. Emma was very responsive and helpful! Saunton sands and Croyde just a short drive away so it’s perfect if you want to get to both beaches.

We have just had a wonderful 3 night stay (2 adults and 2 children). The house was clean, warm and a good size for us. Lovely open plan kitchen/lounge area and large windows showing off the surrounding country side. Selina was very attentive in making sure we got the most out of our time especially with advising and providing detailed directions to local beaches and nearby attractions. We have thoroughly enjoyed out stay thank you.

As soon as we walked in the door we loved this place! What a gem! The living area has large windows overlooking a peaceful valley full of sheep and chickens - a truly beautiful view to enjoy at any time of day. The house was wonderfully warm - as was the welcome by Tiffany. We felt personally greeted and our hosts could not have been more helpful. The house itself is gorgeous! Spacious and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. I had the best nights' sleep - the beds are so comfortable! The place is quiet and peaceful - you feel hidden away - yet Lyme Regis is just on the doorstep. We spent a day walking around Lyme, drinking coffee and visiting the shops, and one day just relaxing in Little Winter's Cottage. We absolutely loved the place and we will definitely be back! Thank you Tiffany - you were a wonderful host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sam’s - place was as described and did not disappoint! The only slight downside was that the check in instructions were slightly confusing and we got slightly lost initially - we looked for an apartment labelled 30(1) on floor SF and eventually figured out after some time that it meant apartment 30 on the second floor. Other than that though, fabulous stay and would thoroughly recommend to all! We were especially impressed with how well-stocked the place was, amenities wise, and all the electronics and kitchen ware provided were top notch :)

We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

Anchors Away is a beautiful, very cosy and very quiet apartment. Communication with Julie ahead of the booking was easy, and responses very quick. I had the pleasure of meeting both Julie and Chris during my stay - both very friendly and helpful. Julie was kind enough to show me around the apartment on arrival. The apartment is fantastic, extremely quiet, and at the same time only a short walk to the sea, beach, shops and food outlets. The apartment was incredibly clean, and well stocked. The walk in wardrobe in the bedroom is a touch of class, and plenty of hangers provided! I worked during the week, and the WiFi was more than good enough to handle video calls. I had dinner at the Drum Inn, a good 20 minute walk if your up for it. The food is delicious and the staff incredibly friendly - Josh is a superstar. I used Torbay Taxis (number in the folder) a lot during the week - some smashing folk work for them - very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Cristian. Would highly recommend!

Five stars all the way. Described as a flatlet, but we have stayed in a lot smaller places with Airbnb! Peter has renovated the house to a high standard, this part of his huge dwelling is given over to rental units. It works really well. There is a separate entrance at the side of the property with keycode access for self check in. The apartment was spotless on arrival. The sleeping quarters and bathroom are excellent. You will be amazed at the tiny kitchen unit. It is really functional and well thought out. Hob, microwave and fridge, plus lots of pans and equipment. Decent coffee machine too. Walkable to the Quay and to town. Supermarket is 200m away. Brilliant.

Easy to find, great location right in the heart of the Barbican within easy walking distance of pubs, bars, restaurants and local attractions including the harbour as well as shops. The property itself self is very well appointed ted and spotless. Added bonus of free parking and an electric car charger if needed.

We had a wonderful stay in Woolacombe at Kathryn's apartment. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very comfy and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed using the pool and sauna. The location was perfect, very close to Woolacombe beach for dog walks and lots of cafes and restaurants. There are also lots of other lovely places to visit within a short drive away. Kathryn was very responsive and helpful and we appreciated all the local tips. Thank you, and we hope to return again!
