Had a fabulous family break, able to accommodate the whole family to be together for New Year for the first time in years! The cottages are perfect for a homely break, cosy and well equipped. The pool and games room are fantastic - better than the photos and able to keep teenagers entertained and adults relaxed! Loved how dog friendly it was which meant they had a great time too! Would highly recommend Fox Valley Cottages

The Hartland peninsula in North Devon is one of the most awe inspiringly beautiful places in the world. The peaceful location, the character of the gorgeous farmhouse and the endless opportunities for countryside and coastal walks make this a perfect location for amazing landscape and seascape photography. Amazing weekend in a fantastic airbnb.

We stayed for a long weekend as a family of 4 plus dog. Our stay was perfect. The view out to sea is incredible. The host was brilliant in welcoming us, sharing local attractions and even taking the kids to feed the chickens. The hot tub / sauna were the icing on the cake. We feel completely recharged. Will definitely be back again.

A brief but wonderful stay, Annie is such a lovely friendly host. Facilities great, loved the spa and sauna. Close to lovely walks and scenery.

We had the most wonderful week in our lovely Cheristow Cottage. Annie is a wonderful and kind host ready to help and make you feel so very welcome. The views are so beautiful and it is utterly peaceful. My girls loved feeding the pigs and chickens. Having use of the hot tub, sauna and play park feels like an amazing bonus! We are planning out next visit!

Great place to stay in ideal location near the coast, garden seemed good but in Feb we didn't make any use of it. Clean with very comfy bed. Would happily return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linda and Gerard's cottage, which is in such peaceful and stunning surroundings. From the first moment of being welcomed with Linda's tasty homemade treats, to the quiz night at the Blisland Inn with its local ales, fabulous walks from the doorstep across the moors and across footpaths and country lands to nearby villages and cycling along the Camel Trail, we had a wonderful and relaxing break. We would recommend a trip to the pub at St Tudy and the local community shop. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Linda and Gerard's cottage and hope to return.

Beautiful cottage, had everything you would need,very modern but homely and cosy. Great views, fantastic to be right near the moors. Friendly,approachable, helpful hosts. Lots of places to visit nearby, we had a lovely stay, we would love to stay again but longer next time.

This was the second time we have stayed at Toms lodge and once again had a lovely time. Tom is a great host very responsive from start to finish. The lodge is spotless and has everything needed for a home from home break. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved the place - so many lovely little touches like the cream tea on arrival, great lighting, comfy seating, a warm and cosy space. Everything was good quality and stylish. Great having a private dog proof garden. The wood burner was perfect and there was plenty of wood. Great walks nearby - we would definitely love to come back.

Very spacious lounge/kitchen area with an homely and comfortable feel. It was exactly as expected, the main bedroom was also spacious with lots of storage space, however the second bedroom was good for children but a bit small for adults as my brothers legs were hanging out at the end of the bed. The only other minor things were that the sun did not shine on the balcony due to other caravans/trees etc, but it could have been due to time of year (last 2 weeks of September) as we did have sunny weather for time of year but it didn't reach the balcony. Additionally the road was behind where the bedrooms were so you did get road noise quite late at night.

Had a wonderful time and Vicky is very responsive. Never had problems and place was worth every penny

Very nice cottage that is within walking distance of all local shops, pubs and restuarants. Easy walk to the Valley of the rocks. Tougher walk back from Lynmouth, but worth it. Combe Martin, Ilfracombe and Woolacombe beaches within a short drive. Lovely walks to Heddon Valley, Woody Bay all very local

Accommodation was absolutely spotless and very well equipped with everything you could possibly want and need Bed was super comfortable Proper comfy chairs and settee in the lounge area Super soft and fluffy towels in the bathrooms Lovely surprise of the treats of brownies and cakes on arrival for us and also treats and a towel for our dog Location is brilliant and so close to the coastal path for fantastic walks Thank you soo much We will be back again please

Had an amazing stay with 9 friends, the place itself has such amazing amenities and we just loved the heated pool!! We will 100% be coming back, so great!

A beautiful property in the heart of Appledore. Great for families with Chelsie providing travel cot and high chair upon request. Clean, well equipped and beautiful house. We will be back! Thank you

We had the most lovely weekend staying at this property. It surpassed even the photos! Particularly loved the open plan kitchen/living area and also having a large utility room so we could stay clutter free. Our boys had the best time in the darts den, it really added to the excitement for them. Fantastic location, easy to walk into Lyme Regis. Parking for 3 cars is tight, I would only park 3 if smaller cars. We would love to visit again in the future!

Beautifully decorated house with the most incredible views. Every night (apart from 1 as it was raining), we enjoyed the sun setting over the sea. The house was really practical for our family of 3, with a fully functional kitchen, comfortable living area and two very good size bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The house is located no more than a 10 minute walk in to Woolacombe and super close to the beach. Would highly recommend the fish and chip shop in Mortehoe and the Sri Lankan curry from the beach hut on Barricane Beach. Julia was really helpful and great at keeping in touch if we needed anything. We would love to come again. Thank you for having us. x

Little Nod was the perfect place for a winter getaway. It was a little chilly so we made good use of the extra blankets and electric radiators. It was a great base for exploring sections of the coastal Footpath and the pub next door served a great roast.

Place was clean and tidy Loved the Devonshire tea and clotted cream Great to use the new washing machine and dryer Bruce was very accommodating giving us an early check in

The Granary is spacious and beautifully appointed inside. It had everything we needed and the views over the duck pond were stunning. There are plenty of places around the site to walk dogs and the beach is in walking distance which is a real feature of the property. The site itself is very pretty and well maintained. The facilities are excellent from the swimming pool, which is next to the property, thee onsite shop and bar and the recycling facilities. We would definitely stay at Home Farm and the Granary again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is very special - full of history and thoughtfully decorated/finished to a really high quality. The rooms are very generous with lovely bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. There was ample space to accommodate 12 people. The outside space is also amazing - huge garden, table tennis, badminton, tree house, trampoline, fire pit, BBQ. The location is great - only 20 mins to the coast. One thing that really stood out is how helpful and accommodating the host Rob is. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
