A beautiful home and location. The views and garden are so relaxing. Lots of room for people to relax and share the space. The hot tub and outdoor area are clean and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed exploring the area and being so close to Narawnpatu National Park - a hidden gem of Northern Tasmania. Would highly recommend this home for at least 2-3 nights to enjoy all that is special about it. We'll be back!

Just an amazing home, and that is how it felt, Home. Great view from the front door. Beds comfortable, lots of seating options. Kitchen well stocked. Easy to cook in if you like or a great cafe just down the road. Definitely on the radar to come back. Just take note there will be a new house being built next door, not sure when construction will start. Tasman Taxi is local if you need a couple of wineries to visit.

We as an extended family make this a regular family getaway. We have always had such a great time and thoroughly enjoy all the activities on offer. Some fierce 8 ball is played. Cricket and football in the huge yard. A spot of fishing nearby and swimming in the beautiful pool is always a highlight. An added bonus this year was getting a message to say we could check in early. Thank you again. The memories we get from our stay are beautiful. A trip to the Beaconsfield mine was also a highlight this year.

An absolutely stunning property. Was the perfect place for us to unwind before the end of our Tasmania trip. The host was very responsive and very understanding and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

We had such a great girls little wellness retreat at Villa Donini over the long weekend. We popped up from Hobart, the house was so BEAUTIFUL, we felt like we were in Europe. It was a very hot weekend but had a little 'Aus Open' tennis tournament, went swimming a lot, pilates/stretching in the front yard next to the Fountain, board games night, etc (so many activities). The marble counter tops in the kitchen was perfect for making pasta / pizza dough. We were a large group of girls but all felt like we had our own space because the house was so big. We planned to visit some wineries but cancelled this as the house was too beautiful to leave. We had the best time ♥️

Bee was amazing! We were a big group from Perth travelling for rowing nationals. She was so great at communicating, helping us find local food, an extra mattress… highly recommend this location and Bee! Thank you for making the trip so special 🙏

This Airbnb is great value. A fully equipped kitchen, a nice size, very clean and very quiet. The host, Scott, was just lovely. We had everything we needed for a lovely breakfast and a few special chocolate treats after dinner. Burnie and the surrounding towns on the coastline were just superb. Made a great base for us to head to Cradle Mountain.

House was very cosy. Everything you need. View was spectacular. Beds very comfy. Fabulous location

The house is beautiful, clean and well facilitated, which has stunning view from the backyard. The host is very responsive , friendly, and thoughtful and provided us very useful recommendations on where to go. Worthwhile second visit if go to Launceston again.

Wonderful host with a wonderful stay. Home was neat and tidy and the location was perfect for us. An easy walk to the local Woolworths if needed. Would highly recommend this host and her home.

Wonderful home when you have multiple families staying The place lacked for nothing it was well stocked in the pantry with all spices, salt ,pepper, sauces etc which is very convenient and rare I have found. Multiple living spaces gave us room to relax. Highly recommend

Lou was amazing host! The house was just perfect, we had everything we needed even some children toys. Garden outside was great too. This is a great location within easy access to all tourists attractions Louise put the Xmas tree for us, we loved it so much and felt like having Christmas at home House is very clean and well looked after Thank you

As a group of 6 adults and 3 children this house suited us perfectly. Quiet location just off the main road with great north facing deck. Easy drive into town. Well equipped for our short stay with some kids toys. (The visiting wallaby to the backyard was a bonus.)

What a wonderful place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at Lark's place - looking out the expansive windows to the glorious views, cooking up a lovely meal in the well-equipped kitchen and being together in an extended family group. It is truly a lovely house and we will definitely return for future stays. Lark is a great host - nothing is too difficult and she was very responsive to every approach. Our engagement with her could not have been easier.

this is our third stay here. great location & room to spread out. Easy walk to muddy creek & beaches. there's a great fish & chip shop a few blocks away & a cafe over the road with great coffee & scones. we had a beaut stay.

Celia was an excellent host, making sure we enjoyed our stay and everything in the house was perfect. Excellent local recommendations and suggestions. Highly recommend the onsite massage clinic and bike washdown.

We had an amazing stay at Carleen’s gorgeous period home. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to the lovely personal touches throughout the space. The house is in a fantastic location, high up on the hill in West Launceston, offering breathtaking views across the city—especially at sunset. It’s also conveniently close to Cataract Gorge, which was great for exploring. The house is spacious, with plenty of areas to relax and spend time together, and the bedrooms are comfortable with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we found ourselves cooking more than expected simply because the home was so inviting that we didn’t want to leave! Carleen was a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. She went out of her way to source a high chair for our little one and was flexible with check-in, which we appreciated. Overall, a lovely stay in a beautiful home. Would definitely recommend!

It was our first time in Boat Harbour and we can’t wait to get back! This would have to be one of the top accommodation picks in Boat Harbour. Great outlook and lots of sun. Ideal for the cooler months. After a day of exploring the amazing coastline at the back door, it was a pleasure to return to the warmth of this sun drenched home! Would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone looking at staying in Boat Harbour.

Not flash but very comfortable and room to move. incredibly quite and peaceful.
