We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We used all the facilities apart from the outdoor pool. For two families of 4 we felt the accommodation was lovely, clean and homely with enough space to spend time together or separately. Great location for travelling out to other towns and activities and a handy tesco just up the road if you want to cook in the very well equipped kitchen. The owners were on-site, and very friendly. We would highly recommend this holiday home. Superb!

Matt and Chloe were great hosts, communicative and helpful. The house was lovely, modern, private and set amongst the trees. There was a great welcome basket waiting for us with visitor information, scones, jam and clotted cream, tea, milk in the fridge. The bathroom was great, with a good power shower. The beds were very comfortable with lovely bed linen. The weather was not so good but we did manage to use the pool, which was clean and a nice temperature. We visited: Port Isaac, Padstow, Rock, Bodmin jail. A great place to stay, we would not hesitate to book again in the future.

Fantastic find, we will be back for sure! The place was immaculate, I’ve never stayed in such a clean place. The children enjoyed feeding the animals, and playing on the slides and swings. We bought some burgers and sausages on site and they were lovely and very reasonable. Cottage had every essential you could need, very very well stocked in the kitchen with quality utensils and pots and pans (makes such a difference). An absolute gem of a place, will be sure to recommend to friends and family

We had an amazing stay at Sally’s property. Very communicative host and kept us up to date and lots of useful information and instructions about the property and local area. Felt like we were staying somewhere really private and peaceful, idyllic surroundings! Access to China Fleet for swimming and golf was also a brilliant addition to our stay! House was well equipped with everything you need, down to Tupperware, which sounds like a small thing but ever so useful and made it feel homely! We would very much like to come and stay again! Thank you!

Pear Tree Cottage was simply divine. We loved the scenery and the amazing view. Selina very thoughtfully provided us with milk, bread, eggs, biscuits etc - we felt super cared for. She was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive about the area and knew all the best spots. We will definitely be back!!

A lovely clean, bright, modern property with all the essentials you need. All rooms were a reasonable size and the house was lovely and warm. There is room for two cars to park at this property. The hot tub is a lovely extra (although it is tucked round the side of the property) and we enjoyed using it along with the indoor pool. We also made use of the BBQ and outdoor seating with some late afternoon sun. The location is ideal for exploring the local amenities, towns, villages and beaches and having Talland Bay beach, cafe and the hotel (food is a bit pricey) near by was great.

We booked Chloe's house as a base for our engineers who were working in the area for the month. Communication was fantastic and Chloe made everything so easy. The house itself was so comfortable and homely and had everything our engineers needed. Thanks Chloe

Sarah was just the best host. We had fresh baked sourdough our first morning which was so nice & a bottle of wine waiting on arrival. The place was amazing & so quiet. Truffles the family dog was a welcome visitor everyday & our 3 dogs adored him! he's very special. Location was great, we visited Bude, Tintagel, Port Isaac & Boscastle. Accommodation was fab, massive comfy beds, clean & very modern. We both loved how it had been decorated, really quirky. All in all we didn't want to leave & we miss Truffles already. Highly recommend & we'll be back x

Thank you for the great stay, we were soaking wet in the rain and was worried we will ruin your place but there was everything ready for us to be at home. Dehumidifier and a dryer rack did the trick. The neighbours were lovely and definitely had a peaceful nights rest. Highly recommend.

Amazing location, with a great view. We had a great time. Couple of nice restaurants / bars in walking distance which was great. Beach was also walkable. Frederika’s place was also really nice, clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

Staying at Daryl’s was perfect, he always responded to any messages I had sent to him within a short window, and was kind enough to leave us some Prosecco and chocolate as a welcome gift! The place was immaculate and exactly like the photos, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

We had a wonderful stay at the old Sunday school house! It has been designed and decorated beautifully, the hosts have thought of everything! We arrived to a very generous welcome hamper which was really thoughtful. We brought our dogs and baby and all had the best time, we would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Miranda's property. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was great for the dogs (stone flooring in the entrance and kitchen meant we didn't have to worry about wet paws). The Molton Brown toiletries were a lovely treat. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long walk. Miranda was very helpful and we appreciated the recommendations for local places to eat. A beautiful part of the world and easy access to Dartmoor park.

Perfect Easter stay. Very comfortable, welcoming and well equipped home. We felt relaxed the moment we got there. Comfy beds, great views, smart bathrooms. Living space bright with views over surrounding countryside. So peaceful. Robert was very kind and accommodating with our rather late arrival. And his welcome cake was impressive. The whole family wished we could have stayed longer - We really hope to be back again one day. Top tip - We walked to local pub the Who’d Have Thought It Inn - excellent food.

Quite simply, in a decade of staying at Airbnb's this was the standout best. Essentials - lovely linen and towels, plentiful loo roll and nice temperature. The place is utterly quirky but wholly functional. The kitchen is everything and more you could want. The seating areas, including the dining area are spacious. As has been mentioned, getting into the drive for large cars could be challenging but it just needs care. I think I can sum the stay up by saying on one day the rain was torrential and we cancelled our outdoor plans. Spending the day in the house was a delight rather than a chore. Finally, Lindsay and Fiona are brilliant hosts, they curate the place in a well thought out manner, are approachable. 10/10 from me.

Lovely home, nice and clean, the bedrooms were spacious and had everything that we needed. Richard was very welcoming and instructions were very clear. It was a less than 15 minute walk to the aquarium. The only small thing was having to park a few streets away from accommodation due to permit parking on the street.

Great stay at No.1 Beachdown. Everything we needed for a perfect stay and amazing views. Had a very relaxing week and so many great places to visit.

This is a great place to stay. It’s got everything you want - spacious, secure parking, comfy beds, great kitchen. There is a supermarket 4 minutes away and you can easily walk into the city centre. We’re walking the south west coast path. This place is perfect as it’s right by the ferry across to Cornwall. We loved it.
