Dipti was a wonderful host! She even organized a cab for me to get to the place. She responded quickly to all my requests and the room was very clean with an amazing view of the mtns! There are over 100 stairs to the street from the airbnb, but it keeps you in shape. Might consider a place with a few less steps if you are elderly :) Definitely enjoyed two nights there.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and the space itself had a beautiful view and got plenty of natural light. I also enjoyed staying a little bit away from the busy area of Mcleodganj, while still being conveniently close. My big thanks to the hosts for a great stay.

We stayed at Sandeep's place for 3 nights. Since the beginning, communication was clear and an exact location was given to us. The balcony view from this place for sunrises and sunsets is absolutely beautiful. The place is hardly 2kms from Mcleodganj. There are small tea shops that offer maggi, eggs and momos among other things on the main road which is a small walk from the bnb. There are places for breakfast and even ration shops in case you decide to cook as this bnb has rooms with kitchens as well. We faced a bit of issue in terms of utensils but that was it. Sandeep was kind enough to connect us to people who helped us with Triund Trek last minute. We were only able to get permission for the trek because of his help as we didn't know about the ever changing rules and regulations. Would definitely recommend this bnb. It's scenic and central to all the spots as well as economic.

Aditya is very supportive and responsive, we got late in our travel, he was available even at 1AM on phone to help us check-in. Very nice place he has created.

Calm, cozy and comfortable, the stay was just like in the pictures. The view from balcony is outstanding and the morning sun or absolute bliss.

We took a really rash decision to plan this trip to mcleodganj and booked Tsering’s place, and we did not had a single regret about it. The place was super clean, cozy and the host was so kind to allow us an early check in, the view from the room was exceptional and also the food at Jimmy’s Asian Kitchen was mind blowing.

We had a great stay at Sanjiv's property during the India v England Test match. It was in an ideal location, 30 minutes walk from the stadium and with a open rooftop giving stunning views of the mountains and over Dharamshala - definitely pop up there around sunset! Sanjiv was a most friendly and responsive host (who speaks good English) and helped organise travel for me to go trekking at short notice when the cricket finished early. One minor point to be aware of - the GPS location pin on AirBnb wasn't accurate so I took a while to find the house. It's up a lane that leaves the main road to the right of Hotel Sajan / opposite 7 To 9 Needs.

This place was wonderful. It was my first stop in India so the perfect place to settle in. It’s a short walk from McLeod Ganj and is surrounded by great amenities including a couple of great restaurants, a shop and a gym. The area is a great mix of Tibetan/Buddhist and Indian cultures. It’s wonderful! The view from the balcony is spectacular and the kitchen is well equipped for self catering. I was remote working so the work desk was ideal but trying to work without getting mesmerised by the view was hard 😂 The team couldn’t have done more for me including getting an Indian SIM card. Thanks guys. I’ll be returning and I can’t wait.

We were looking for a place away from busy Dharamsala that we could use as a base to explore the area and Ajit’s home fitted the bill perfectly. Located in Naddi, it is about 500m above Dharamsala and cooler. Accessing Dharamsala and McLeodganj was a breeze - if you have your own vehicle then no problem, else there are autos and taxis that ply from Dal Lake, which is an attraction close to Naddi.  The home itself is very nice. Very clean and neat and very thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction stove, gas, refrigerator, water filter, utility vessels and some common grocery items needed for cooking. The view from the unit is amazing - it looks out onto some village homes in the distance on top of a hill with terraced fields in between and the show capped Dhauladhar peaks in the horizon. The unit is located in the second floor - accessed by 2 flights of stairs. So, if you have seniors in your contingent or someone with mobility issues, it is something to watch out for.  Ajit’s family - himself, wife and 2 young boys were amazing and most helpful with some our specific needs. Since Ajit has grown up in the Naddi area, he knows the place inside out and is happy to guide and help out.  Connectivity was one of the best we have had in Himachal - Vodafone works great and so does Jio. All in all - great value for money for your stay in the Dharamsala area - we would come back to stay - for the place, for the view, for the convenience and of course, Ajit and family - amazing folks! 

We spend one night in beautiful and comfortable house of Ajay. We really liked his politeness and kindness. He recommended us places to visit and to eat in Dharmshala. Our host was flexible and was helpful. The house was cleaned and hygienic. The atmosphere there was pleasant and spiritual. We talk about many things and we learned a lot from him. I would definitely recommend you spend time there.

Rama is a kind, helpful host. I definitely plan to return to do another retreat here in Dharamsala. The residence is in a very central location but it is still quiet enough to do a contemplative retreat. The spacious grassy area around the room is a real treat and adds to a feeling of privacy in a place as busy as McLeod Ganj. My time here worked so well I stayed several months!

House is one of the best homestay in Mcleaodganj. Rooms were tidy and clean. Homestay is just 2 minutes away from main Mcleodganj Chownk with ample parking. We really enjoyed the stay. Rama madam and her family was very cordial and supporting. Really stay is best for family and friends get together.

We had a most delightful stay at Rama's place. The picturesque location is one of the best peaceful escape from the hustle bustle of daily life. Despite the compact size, the space was well-lit, making it perfect for the winters. If you like reading in the open space, this Airbnb is a perfect match! Rama's warmth and hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. She arranged for a cab to pick us up from the airport. She's incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend Rama's place. We can't wait to return and soak in the charm of this aesthetic place once again!
