Katharine went above and beyond, making our family’s Christmas stay a wonderful experience. She furnished the home beautifully with tasteful Christmas decorations and comfortable furniture. She had also put up a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. She personally greeted us with a basket of cookies, and she showed us the important details about the house to make our stay pleasant. The house had just about everything we needed for a wonderfully memorable trip. There’s room inside the house and outside on the grounds to spread out. Lots of places to explore for kids. We very much appreciated the serenity and quiet, which we have at our own home. We loved seeing a bald eagle fly by several times daily, beside the geese, ducks, and loons. If we are ever this way again, we would stay here in a heartbeat.

This was a last minute trip for my “Favorite Aunts passing” It was my husband’s and my first time ever staying at a BNB, when we usually stay at my aunts. They were so welcoming and answered all my questions quickly and were sympathetic to my anxieties. The bed upstairs and pillows were so comfortable, I finally had a full nights sleep, it was AMAZING!! We have told all of our friends especially the ones that travel to MT regularly, and we plan to visit yearly at this time, as our new family tradition! We are hoping to see how it is with er the summer but if this time of year was this amazing, I can only imagine how the summer will be! I cannot recommend this place more for anyone truly wanting to get away and relax on the lake!

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely lake front home. Very beautiful property, so quiet and peaceful. Large, clean and spacious home. Loved the deck! Gorgeous sunrise views from the deck each morning while sipping our coffee.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our family of 11 ranging in age from 3 months to grand-parents. The big dining room table was perfect for family meals and games. And I'm not sure who had more fun in the game room – the kids or the adults. The tree house was also a big hit for the kids. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!

Very responsive host and great house. Amenities were in great condition and the house was very comfortable.

Great place for a family get together of all ages. Lots to do without ever leaving: swim, paddleboard, yard games, hang out on the deck watching the osprey and bald eagles. Hope to get back.

Waking up to the gentle sounds of the river, enjoying coffee on the dock, and unwinding by the bonfire under the stars were just a few highlights of our stay. I stayed at Dan's place for 2 weeks and I was very cozy and comfortable here. It is just the right size for one or two people. It is an older cottage house with a couple of quirks......tiny bathroom and the floor in kitchen is not quite even. The bed is super comfortable! The cottage is on a little bit of a busy street and backs up to an alleyway. Any street sounds were not disturbing except on trash day, because trash cans are right outside bedroom window in alleyway. This place is close to downtown Couer d'Lene and walking distance to a lot of cute places on 4th street. I had the privelege of meeting Dan one evening. He is the most kind, condsiderate, warm, and responsive person. A window happened to break during a big wind storm 2 days before I arrived. When I walked in and noticed the damage he had someone out there right way to fix it. Me and my two little dogs were very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay.

My partner and I stayed here for her birthday and we absolutely adored this cabin. With the hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, and the spacious kitchen inside, we felt so cozy. We loved slipping into the hot tub after a day in Sandpoint, when the temperature dropped. The lake is stunning, especially during the winter, and we walked down to the dock to sit by the water. During the warmer months, I know we would've spent hours swimming in the lake. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay here at Allison’s home. This was more like a B&B experience and Alli is an amazing host that goes out of her way to help you feel at home, relaxed and comfortable while still giving you total privacy. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. Great water pressure, lovely den and kitchen area, fast internet and great TV options. We loved the hot tub and sauna. A must if you visit- indulge! Honestly, we wished we had booked more time here as it was the most relaxed we had been our entire trip. We will plan to come back when we visit Idaho again in a few months without a doubt. Don’t hesitate to book your time here. You will be glad you did!!

Mandy was an incredible host and flexed in both check in and check out. It made our trip and work meetings so stress free. Her communication and hospitality were incredible. Not to mention the house was so well designed. Definitely will book again.

By far one of the best places we had stayed in, peaceful, relaxing, tons of space for all of us and the host is VERY kind. Definitely appreciate the approval to be able to rent out the home when we had given a short notice.

Kelsey and Greg's place was truly wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm, the house was very clean and very well appointed. We had an infant with us and the home had all the items one would need, it made travel much easier not having to bring along as many bulky items! Kelsey was very responsive and you can tell they truly care about your experience. We would certainly recommend the place to others. Thank you again!!

We had a fantastic winter weekend here! Beautiful surroundings, lovely accommodations. Close in, but feels private with great natural views. We enjoyed watching ice fishing and our dogs loved romping on the frozen lake with us.

We stayed at Laurie's place for about two weeks and loved it for the whole time. The place is spacious and comfortable and situated within short walking distance of the Spokane River. The house is private and quiet, yet with easy access to all that Coeur d'Alene has to offer. Laurie's place is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items as well as extra linen. Laurie always responded to questions very quickly. Thank you, Laurie, for a great stay!

5 STAR STAY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ryan was a lifesaver. 4 days before my stay, a house management company canceled on me and Ryan came to the rescue. He provided my group with a very enjoyable stay on short notice! Spotless and extremely clean house. Home feels brand new. Ryan’s spot in Bayview ID is greatly suited for families looking for a nice relaxing spot with the best lake to boat on. Ryan the hostess has amazing communication skills and the quickest response time!! Ryan made me feel like a close friend and I have the highest of respect for him. We will be back!!

Place was clean and well cared for. Many Many rules but I knew that from the prior reviews. Master bed has a big depression where you sink down into the hole. Spacious home with alot of character with well stocked kitchen. Hawkins Point directly across from the home and bald eagle watching was enjoyable.

Very beautiful property. We are familiar with the area. Water access and toys are great; the extra gas fire table by the water is awesome for evenings. Clean, large enough for everyone to find personal space, and have fun gatherings with everyone. Owners were very communicative when we had questions. Will definitely stay there again for one of @liveatandres concerts next year! We really appreciated it!

Absolutely wonderful home, super peaceful and very well maintained. We had a wonderful time enjoying the lake and relaxing after our daily activities. We are looking forward to coming back again in the future and highly recommend this rental.

The photos are amazing but still don’t capture the overall feel and look. One of the few places I’ve stayed where I was blown away upon arrival. The hosts couldn’t have been more gracious, flexible, and helpful. Thanks for such great memories!!

Our entire family stayed at Sasha’s place for a week for our biannual vacation at Lake Pend Oreille. Everything about the stay was amazing. The house was impeccable. We spent so much time together in the kitchen around the big island cooking, eating, playing games. The views from the house and the deck were breathtaking. The lakefront yard and fire pit were a big hit. My son built a few fires over the trip so we could enjoy the s’mores fixings that Sasha left for us! The dock was impressive. We had three boats and lots of water toys and there was plenty of room for everything. Last but not least, Sasha was so accommodating and accessible when we had questions. We will definitely be back!

Our family had an amazing time at this home! It had everything we needed and it had an amazing view of the lake. Hopefully we will be back!

We rented this family getaway for our family, and it was absolutely beautiful. It was quiet and serene and the cabin “hardly can say cabin” because it was big and spacious was so perfectly decorated! It had a dock and anything we needed! Our bonus was Jeff next door was so amazing, he let the kids be kids and offered his paddle board and paddle boat and anything we needed or asked for he was great! He went out of his way to make us feel at home.
