Even though we had a short stay, it was a great unit rent. Spotless and very comfortable.

When we walked into Jacqueline's place it was like wow!!! Open concept,bright and loved the decor and the top to floor windows. Jacqueline was very accomadating and very responsive. Would highly recommend her place and we will definitely be back in the future!!! Thanks for being a wonderful host

Such a gorgeous property and stunning views! The main living area had views from both south and north views of the lake since it is on a point. Stocked with everything we needed. Was a lovely weekend to honour my late uncle with my family. Balsam lake was his favourite spot. We went up the weekend after the huge ice storm so the place was running on a generator, which actually stopped working for a bit but the owners were on top of it as soon as they heard. They were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again in nicer weather! 🙌🙌

Sarah was great! Messaged back with answers to any questions we had in a timely manner, quick even. We went with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Space was tight for us all but spacious at the same time. Hot tub and games room were great! Had a great time! Thank you so much Sarah.

This place was absolutely beautiful the second we walked in. It felt so cozy and homey. I believe it was even nicer in person than in the photos. Personally cleanliness is at the top for me and the place was spotless, and smelled so wonderful. You can tell they thoughtfully chose their cleaning products and body care products - which amplifies the stay making it almost feel spa like along with staying at a cute cottage! Brought along a young daughter, and she adored it here! Dmitry was so responsive too to our questions before hand and gave us so much added information to help us plan for our trip. They even surprised us with a special treat for celebrating my birthday while we were staying there. We hope to rebook many more times!

We absolutely loved Patricia's home. It's a gorgeous, huge, amazing space, with 2 huge living rooms which was great with many people. The views from the kitchen alone were just lovely. I could have stayed in that kitchen for weeks. Everyone had their own rooms and lots of privacy. The wood burning stove leaves a great smell in the air, and warms your soul. Loads of blankets everywhere. Lots of towels for the hot tub and sauna. And the kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could need. We made some amazing meals there. The town of Coldwater is a lovely little town with great shops. Everyone is so friendly. And I highly recommend checking out Em's Cafe for their amazing scones! Can't wait to come back again! We’ve been staying at Jessica’s properties for the past four years and always enjoy our stay. If you have a boat or other water vessel, this place provides a free slip for the duration of your stay which is great! Jessica’s properties are always extremely clean, free of clutter and provide all the necessities and more! The restaurant and general store at the marina (on site) are very convenient. If you do have a boat or rent one on site, be sure to visit Juniper Island! It’s always a fav of ours to visit.

Spacious unit with a great view of the water! Located so close to Haliburton and Minden. Located off the main highway so you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The condo has everything we needed to enjoy our stay and more. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Our host contacted us prior to check to provide check-in instructions - which was greatly appreciated. Parking spot is located very close to the unit. We would stay here again!
