I truly enjoyed not only my stay but the customer service provided by Leslie. I would highly recommend. This will be my first choice every time I visit Trinidad. Leslie was more than accommodating and honestly this service was one of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I enjoyed the location as it provided direct access to the Savannah and its food and attractions. I was close to Port of Spain and will without a doubt I will return here whenever conducting business. I don’t often rate, but this stay was deserving. Thank you.

Really good house, spacious with all mod cons. Kitchen is well stocked, ample supply of towels and bed linen. Air con was particularly appreciated! Really good, clear communication with host and the whole process was very straightforward. The location is in a suburb but was very secure, peaceful and felt safe. The property manager recommended a driver who lives a couple of houses away and that was great in terms of showing us around and took the stress out of driving- reasonable cost too!

Ravelle is super polite and courteous. It was a pleasure to interact with him from booking to check out. The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, modern and like home. It is very conveniently located and close to all amenities. I will definitely recommend Ravelle and his apartment and if I have to stay in POS again, it will be my first choice once available.

My stay at Michael's place exceeded all expectations.....Michael ALWAYS responded to whatever questions /requests I had. The accommodations were extremely neat...and well layed out. I definitely plan to do business with Michael for my next visit to Trinidad.......I recommend his place 100%............

Staying at the River Sand Apartment for seven nights during Trinidad Carnival 2025 was the best decision, and I have no regrets, from the time of booking the reservation to check out. Kai and Kimberley were extremely accommodating, and they provided great customer care and communication via email and messages to prepare us for our stay. All areas of the unit, both inside and the outside surrounding, immaculate care for. The outside sitting area is very spacious, the swimming pool is well maintained, the outside furniture is beautiful, tropical flowers that complement the atmosphere, and of course, listening to birds chirping, so relaxing. Attention to detail is excellent, the host was very kind, helpful and caring and provided excellent and outstanding customer service above and beyond. That makes our stays very pleasant, I will highly recommend this Airbnb, my next visit to Trinidad, this will always be my home. I cannot find anything negative or suggest, overall, Perfect 10/10

Daniels place was absolutely amazing. It was clean, tidy and clutter free. There were basic amenities available for us to use too. We felt safe and secure staying there. The place is on a very steep hill, so the use of a car is highly recommended. The views of the City at night time were mesmerising. Overall, I would highly recommend staying there. Jamilah was very patient with me over the phone when I had additional questions about check-in; she stayed on the line to ensure that I was safely and comfortably inside. She also responded very quickly to two queries I had about the use of the property. The location of the property is ideal, as everything I needed was within walking distance. The street itself was also very quiet. I will definitely be back at this apartment in a couple of months.
