Very nice place and stay. Very nice and friendly and we could have our luggage after checkout. Host was so sweet and Helped us get a package delivered. Very very nice stay and people.

Ha has been very responsive and provided the necessary information to answer all my queries. The villa is located just a quick 5 minutes drive from the old town and our family of 7 had a comfortable 6 days stay there. Breakfast was included and all the basic amenities we needed are provided. Our little ones also enjoyed the pool. 100% will recommend to anyone who are looking for a peaceful accommodation with easy access to attractions.

By far the best service we’ve ever received! Felt like we were welcomed by our own family and the meals for breakfast were so delicious. We absolutely recommend for service, location, and welcoming!!!

Beautiful top floor room. Aesthetically decorated. Can easily accommodate 4 adults. The best part was the location. Very near to the main market area. They even provide free cycles to ride around town which we enjoyed a lot with our kids. The only thing missing was a cooktop in the room, but it was a miss from our side that we didn’t verify before booking. Although it was not much a problem since they have an open kitchen to use in the basement of the building. Everything was perfect and we would totally recommend this place to stay!

Very responsive to needs. Love how breakfast is included. Very close to the main action but without any late night noise to keep you up. Good fast laundry facilities. Overall we had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Thanh Luan homestay. Mrs Trinh made us feel very welcome and the breakfasts were lovely: I particularly enjoyed the banana pancakes and fruit salad! Recommendations of a nearby restaurant and a tailor were very much appreciated, as was the bus she booked for us at the end of the trip. The old town is nicely within walking distance and it was good to have the use of the bicycles to go further afield. I would definitely recommend staying here, particularly if you are new to Hoi An as Mrs Trinh gives such helpful advice.

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen, die Vermieterin konnte sehr gut Englisch und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns spontan Touren gebucht und hat uns gute Tipps für Hoi An gegeben. Wir konnten auch nachdem wir ausgecheckt sind, noch den ganzen Tag unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft lassen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Können das Airbnb sehr empfehlen!!

Chỗ ở rất sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và đầy đủ tiện nghi như mô tả. Phòng rộng rãi, thoải mái, và được chăm chút cẩn thận, mang lại cảm giác như ở nhà. Vị trí căn nhà cực kỳ thuận tiện, chỉ cách Phố Cổ Hội An một quãng ngắn, rất dễ dàng đi dạo và khám phá thành phố. Chủ nhà còn chu đáo chuẩn bị sẵn xe đạp miễn phí, giúp việc khám phá Hội An trở nên thú vị hơn rất nhiều. Đạp xe qua những con đường nhỏ hay ngắm dòng sông Hoài thật sự là một trải nghiệm khó quên! Chủ nhà rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. Đây là một nơi tuyệt vời để tận hưởng không khí yên bình của Hội An. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có cơ hội và rất khuyến khích mọi người nên chọn nơi này khi đến Hội An!

Very cute little place right next to all of the action. Nice family, very welcoming and accommodating. Borrowed one of their bikes to get around town. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben uns bei Hoa nach seinem persönlichen Empfang sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war top ausgestattet und schön. Außerdem haben er und seine Schwester uns coole Tipps gegeben, was wir unternehmen/essen können. Alles in allem war es sehr schön!

This is a lovely family to stay with in Hoi An. You’re a 15 minute walk from the city centre or a short bike ride. The room was very nice and the family was lovely. I also enjoyed the breakfast provided.
