This place was absolutely perfect. The location is great, the beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. They have great service and will make your room daily. Also, the cafe is wonderful, they have great breakfast and coffee. Em was super helpful and had her nephew drive us in a private car around town the whole day, was very helpful. Em is a fabulous host and you do not need anything else but Em’s Place! We look forward to coming back. 10/10 would recommend. THANK YOU EM’S PLACE!

Vũ is a truly wonderful and caring host. I was feeling under the weather and stayed inside for a full day and Vũ asked if I was Ok and brought us more water. He also offered to bring me to the doctor if I needed it. He was amazing! The apartment was also cozy and located close to the old town, which is beautifuly lit at night and very famous for its plethora of tailors. I recommend it!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this residence. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. Everything was meticulous and Anh was a fantastic host. The pool was beautifully maintained and a real blessing given the 30 plus degree temperatures. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation. 5 stars all the way.

I had an amazing stay at Ocean Villa, and I was truly impressed with the service here. The 4-bedroom villa was spacious, featuring a modern yet cozy design. Each room had large windows overlooking the lush garden, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The private pool was a highlight – crystal-clear water, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook, or you could opt for in-villa dining services. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist whenever needed. The villa’s location was also ideal, just a short walk to the beach. Whether it was a morning stroll on the soft white sand or watching the sunset from the villa’s garden, every moment felt special.

Touch Villa is not only beautiful but also has a convenient location near the old town. 10 spacious and comfortable rooms are provided above. The lake area is truly a paradise to relax and capture beautiful moments. Host Thao was very helpful and always responded immediately when we had any questions and she also helped recommend us great local restaurants. Highly recommended

Awesome place and great host

Xuan My the co host was very, very quick to respond. We check in to a Airbnb the night before that we had booked for 3 weeks but it was totally unacceptable. We had kept this listing in our wish list as it was one of the places we wanted to stay. We saw that it was available and booked right away for the next day. Xuan My let us check in early. She was great. Tonny the property manager checked us in. Unfortunately they only had room for 1 night. But the grounds and staff are so friendly we want to stay longer so tonny is finding us another place to stay for our next weeks. 😊

Thao and Eddy we so kind and welcoming. Anything you need, they are on it. Thao showed me around the area the first day so I was familiar with where to get local produce. As I was there for a week, Eddy arranged for me to get an electric scooter. It was just so nice to be hosted by such lovely people. As with all the other reviews, this place is ideal. The apartment is large, comfortable and well equipped. While I didn’t try out the pool, it looked inviting for on a nice hot day. As its a little ways out of Hoi An or An Bang beach, which is a positive attribute, your own transportation is ideal, however Grab is relatively inexpensive to easy to arrange. This is by far one of the best accommodations I have stayed in. There were no surprises, only good ones. I would not hesitate to stay again, in fact have already made plans to do so.

Eine unglaublich schöne Wohnung ganz oben im 11. Stock mit einem fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Es gibt dort oben keine Mücken und man kann mit offener Balkontür schlafen, schon alleine das ist ja in Vietnam eher selten. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt, mit zwei großen Pools, die sehr erfrischend sind. Am Strand gibt es kostenlose Liegen und im Garten noch einige mehr gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. In der Nähe kann man auch günstig Roller mieten, um dann die Strände und die bezaubernde Stadt zu erkunden. Harley ist als Gastgeberin sehr sehr herzlich und bemüht, damit sich der Gast wohl fühlt. Sie hat immer ganz schnell geantwortet, wenn ich etwas gefragt hatte und hat mir einige gute Tips gegeben, was in Hoi An zur Zeit los ist. Ich komme sicher wieder und kann die kleine Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

The apartment is very spacious and located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. It also offers access to a pool, which was a nice bonus. The host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. It's a bit further away from the center, so there are fewer dining options nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space is spacious and very comfortable. Their patio area is very beautiful and well kept. Tram and her daughter (and whole family) were very kind and helpful. They helped us reserve transportation to and from the place- which I would recommend as we struggled to get a Grab out there (but this may be because of the Tet holiday). The food that they offer is some of the best we’ve had in Vietnam and very fairly priced. They have filtered drinking water with was great. The showers were nice with hot water (have to wait about 3-5 mins to get hot). Would definitely stay again. It’s a nice change of pace from being right in the city.

We spent 15 days in the apartment with my wife and 5 year old son, and had a wonderful time. Apartment building is facing the pool at the Ocean Suites, which is a calm and secured environment. The apartment is matching the description : well equipped, clean, functional and cozy. Lily and the staff are always very responsive and happy to help on many topics. Access to the beach is 5 min walking max. Ocean Villa/Suites also has a restaurant, which we have often been to, +2nd pool with sea view right next to the beach. The restaurant is very practical and offers all kinds of options, from Vietnamese to western dishes. We have Overall, we are very happy with our stay. Some points of improvement: - having a convenience store at Ocean Villa (like a 7-eleven) would have been great, as we had to take a taxi on a regular basis to buy some simple things. - the ventilation system in the bathroom needs cleaning - the smell in the bathroom from pipe is strong

This was the perfect spot for a one month stay. It is on a quiet street, away from the hustle of Hoi An which I appreciated; however, folks who are looking for easier access to restaurants with Western-style food might not appreciate the 20-30 minute walk for this. If you are into Vietnamese food, options are nearby and plentiful. Likewise, there is an abundance of coffee shops in the area. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the market for fresh produce if you want to prepare your own food. I look at this as opportunities for exercise. Since the kitchen is shared by nine different apartment dwellers, it is probably not a surprise that some folks are cleaner and tidier than others. An excellent feature of this stay is that Nam is very fast about responding to messages. For instance, the hot water kettle broke while I was there and he replaced it the same day it was reported. There also needed to be a minor repair in my apartment and the handyman was sent right over. Thank you!

Wonderful apartment and rooftop, and incredible staff! The apartment was perfect, one of the best places we stayed, and the staff were kind and helpful and allowed us to extend our stay without moving. Really recommend.

My parents stayed here for a week. They loved everything! The view from the balcony is purely amazing! Everything is close by so you can just walk around the area. The apartment is clean and fresh, no mold found (like in other places in dng). The only downside is elevators (wait time is crazy in the mornings), but it’s all good if you don’t wake up too early or use it during rush hours Recommend 10/10

Very nice and responsive host who tried to be flexible and allowed us to do early check-in and late check-out. The location is great and the ocean views are beautiful for both bedrooms. All the rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely recommend.

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.
