Vuong was clear and communicative. Our trip was a last minute switch from another location due to a natural disaster there, and we weren’t as prepared as normal. They helped us with various other things to understand and see/do. The peaceful location by the river was nice - the only drawback being the nearby rooster that wakes up early and with some fanfare!

Hoi An offers a unique blend of local agricultural life and tourist attractions, centered around its beautiful ancient town. In addition to the town, Hoi An features peaceful, uncrowded beaches. Do River Homestay is ideally located between the ancient town and the beaches, both accessible by foot or bicycle. If you think Hoi An is just about the ancient town, you're missing out on its serene nature and lush rice and vegetable fields, which offer an experience rarely found in big cities. For a deeper appreciation of Hoi An, I recommend staying longer in a place like Do River Homestay, where you can closely observe local village life. The homestay provides functional facilities, cozy rooms in a separate building from the host’s house, and renovated, well-maintained bathrooms. The host is very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about what guests seek. I stayed for a month and enjoyed a very comfortable and enriching experience.

The service and hosting were fantastic—welcoming, flexible, and made my stay truly enjoyable. The space itself was great—clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood was amazing, with easy access to restaurants, coffee spots, bars, and the beach. Recommended.

전반적으로 좋았습니다 장점 1. 시설은 신경써서 관리 하는구나 싶은게 느껴질만큼 깔끔해요 2. 각 방마다 에어컨과 욕실이 있어 여럿이 와도 좋을거 같네요 3. 모기가 있긴 하지만 살충제가 넉넉히 비치 되어 있어요(긴 우산도 있습니다) 4. 침대는 넓고 적당히 푹신해요 5. 호스트가 답장이 빠르고 머무는 중간에도 블편 사항이 없는지 체크해 줘서 좋았어요 6. 빌라단지 내에 수영장도 있고 이용하는 사람이 없어 즐겁게 물놀이 가능합니다 7. 빌라단지 입구에 경비원이 상주하고 있어요 8. 냉장고에 돈을 지불하고 먹을 수 있는 음료와 맥주는 현지 마트에서 파는 가격과 거의 같아 따로 사러 나갈 필요가 없습니다 9. 숙소 주변의 식당 음식들이 맛이 있고 저렴합니다 10. 셀프 체크인과 숙소의 청소가 마무리 되면 예약시간 보다 이른 체크인도 가능해요 단점 옆집에 사는 사람들…. 키우는 개 두마리는 밤 낮을 가리지 않고 심지어 새벽 4시에도 짖어대며, 그 집의 주인은 밤이 늦도록 음악을 크게 틀어 숙소가 울리기 때문에 숙면을 할 수 없습니다

This place has been by far an outstanding place to stay super clean and stylish! Staff was nice although kind of slow in responses though but everything else was great. Cheap stay as well.

Nice apartment, a lot of space. The area around is close to main restaurants, coffee shops and bars (~700m). Air conditioning is OK, hot water is the shower is OK. Phuoc Quoc is a good host, polite and pleasant to talk to. We met for signing contract purpose only (this is a requirement from Vietnamese police). Check-in was by ourselves, the keys were in the locker with a code.

Logement très spacieux, très approprié pour une famille par exemple 4 personnes. La propriétaire est très réactive, il y a un personnel présent du matin jusqu'à 16h pour par exemple emprunter les vélos ou pour toutes autres demandes. Je recommande ce logement.

The place is clean, quiet, and centrally located. Communication was excellent. Our host allowed us to drop our luggage off a few hours before check-in so we could wander around town and enjoy ourselves.

Superb location, easily accessible to restaurants, grocery stores and other points of attraction. Room precisely as described with strong WiFi and Netflix (big plus).

I spent 10 nights at Nafala Homestay and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is great, and easy to walk to all the main sights, my room was large, comfortable and clean with regularly changed bed linen and towels, and Thao (Na) and her family could not have been more helpful, arranging airport transfers, various trips and even doing my laundry! I would recommend borrowing one of the Homestay bikes and riding the short distance to Hidden Beach, which is glorious.

We loved this place, we even came back! The host is super helpful and friendly, service was super great. The free usage of the bicycles was amazing! Thank you so much

Good location with a very responsive host.

Linh is a very friendly host, initially there were some temporary entry issues with the key and digital locking system, but Linh came over to sort it out. Thereafter entry and exit became very smooth. Her place is very comfortable, all electrical gadgets, kitchen equipment, room inventory, bathroom and the living room was excellent. I can not hold myself to appreciate that small cute looking oven. This size, never seen it before. I wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy the roomy bedroom and the living area. Keep it up Linh. I strongly recommend this property.

Nice home stay.

We stayed here with our 3 kids and it was wonderful. Beautiful place, nice street, tons of stuff around and still close to the beach and downtown. The riverside area has an amazing kids playground too. Will for sure stay again!
