Die Unterkunft entsprach der Lage. Das Sofa ist allerdings nicht mehr zu gebrauchen und auch sonst brauch die Wohnung eine Sanierung. Lou hat mir versprochen alles zu renovieren bevor sie die Wohnung wieder anbietet. Sonst denke ich kann man für den Preis nichts anderes erwarten. War trotzdem alles gut, weil die Kommunikation gut war und sie zuvorkommend war.

Maam Richel was very responsive, Instructions were very clear. Its just that the hot shower was not available during our stay and they do not have iron for clothes, but nevertheless, our stay was very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again someday. We absolutely loved the city of Davao and all the kind people that make Davao so wonderful! The airbnb was exactly as described. It’s clean, comfortable beds, hot shower, cold ac and strong WiFi. The property is very safe with guards at the entrance. The host was very responsive and made the check in process very easy. Place was small but it was cozy. They maximized the space which works for me, interior was clean. Dinah was responsive and had someone on standby if you might need anything that they can accommodate . Would visit again if I need another staycation!

If you stay here make sure you wake up once during the crack of dawn to see the sun rise over Samal island that is visible from tha balcony, the clouds turn the sky into a vibrant red and you will never see a sunrise like that again! aside from that, everything was well kept. Gloria was able to help asap when I locked my keys in the apartment that completely my fault! I'm so glad cause it could have take alot longer if it were other host. I recommend it whole heartedly!

Sir Roland was a great host, always made us feel right at home and if we had any needs. Sir Roland is a very polite and quick to respond if you had any extra needs. I always love my stay at Genevieve's place! Have stayed here a few times and the place is very clean and peaceful. If you're a solo traveller looking for a place to stay near cafes and restaurants, book this place. It's also a walking distance to laundry shops, banks, churches, and malls. Excited to stay here again next time I'm in Davao.

I stayed for 10 days, and even before check-in, I received prompt information and replies, so everything went smoothly. I was on a high floor, so it was quiet, and I was able to stay comfortably. The facilities were as described, so I was able to cook and do laundry comfortably. There were some minor issues, but they were dealt with promptly. I would like to use it again next time.
