This is our second time staying here and we love it. Very quiet and safe area in a gated/guarded community. We tried a different place closer to where we were doing business but came running back to this one it’s really great for us. Aircon on every level, water dispenser, washer and dryer, WiFi is fast. We will be back

Tom and Rose are perfect hosts. They take time to ensure that what we need are provided. They are responsive on our requests and offered us a flexible time for check out since our flight would still be late in the afternoon. We will definitely go back to their place. Arno und Carmelita betreiben kein gewöhnliches Airbnb. Anders als bei anderen Unterkünften bekommt man hier ein geräumiges, voll ausgestattetes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Dazu gibt es unkompliziert Frühstück und auf Wunsch auch warme Mahlzeiten. Kurz ..hier hat man alles was man braucht, muss sich um nichts kümmern und kann einfach ein paar Tage zur Ruhe kommen und sich umsorgen lassen #Staycation Sauberes Wasser kommt aus dem eigenen Brunnen und Strom wird über die Solaranlage bereitgestellt. Hier funktioniert alles, es gibt keine Engpässe. Arno zeigt mit seiner ausgeklügelten Wohn- und Ferienanlage wie komfortabel man nachhaltig leben kann. Bei Interesse zeigt und erklärt er gerne die gesamte Anlage. So etwas lässt sich im Grunde überall umsetzen ..und hier kann man live erleben wie einfach es geht. Danke Carmelita, Arno und dem gesamten Team!

Loved everything about this home. Very clean and spacious! Hosts are responsive and act quickly. Walkable to Matina Town Square where there are several dining options including my favorite Halo-Halo place Aling Fopings. It was maybe a bit large for only 8 people but it was nice to have all that room. Price is right if you have 12 or more people. Kinda pricey for just 8 people.

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Very nice and clean house. Close to a big SM Mall and also a main road where you can find different markets selling meats, fruits and vegetables, along with little stores, a laundromat, etc. It’s not in a sub-division but still quiet and peaceful outside as it’s not so close to the main road where you will hear any of its noise (I also don’t recall much dog barking or early morning rooster noise). The host Norma was also so nice and pleasant.

Our stay was such a lovely experience. The host was super responsive to our needs and let us checkout a little bit later than the designated checkout time, leaving us ample time to relax and rest before our scheduled flight. The house was near the airport and was conveniently located near all the places we wanted to visit in our itinerary. The place had plenty of space for me and my family and had plenty of entertainment options. Would definitely recommend this place for friends whenever they visit Davao. You get a lovely place for good value. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Ms. Eugenia's place is a gem. It is very near SM Lanang where we had our convention. The unit comes with a spacious parking. The house is very big. We are a group of 5 and there's still plenty of space left. The house is very clean and I love the personal message of Ms. Eugenia upon our check in. The place is very easy to find, Ms. Eugenia's instructions are very clear and precise. The host is very responsive. Will definitely be back if given the chance.

Had a great stay at althea’s place, the place was very cozy, living room very spacious, it felt home away from home. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely book again.

We had an incredible stay at Kembali Vista! The stunning view offered a serene and private escape that felt like a tropical paradise. The property is nestled within the Kembali Resort subdivision, which provides excellent security and peace of mind. We even went for a run at 4 AM and felt completely safe. The nearby beach was fantastic, with pristine waters and beautiful coral reefs that made for an amazing snorkeling experience. Just keep in mind that a car is necessary to get down to the beach, as it’s a bit of a distance from the house. A special shoutout to the caretaker, Damie, who was so accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Since the house only has 2 bathrooms (a bit of a challenge for our group of 10+), Damie even graciously offered the use of their personal bathroom, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, this stay was a wonderful experience, and we’d highly recommend Kembali Vista.

I booked the place for my parents and siblings. They were able to find the place easily. It was a very good place to stay. The location was ideal for trips outside metro Davao. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay at Floro's place! Late check-in was no problem since they live right next door. Booking a Grab to and from the Davao International Airport (or to anywhere you want to go, like the Philippine Eagle Center in Malagos) was also really easy and quick. The place was really clean, cool, and comfortable to stay at. It's also located in a quiet and peaceful subdivision that is nearby restaurants, a wet market, and a mall with a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a coffee shop. Definitely a home away from home.

We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

We had a great stay. Our car did not fit in the parking area of the house since it's big but good thing there's a basketball court 20 steps away from the house so we parked it there. thank you ma'am Mercy.

Our group was composed of 3 sets of parents who accompanied our children for a convention in Davao City. We appreciated the fact that the place was located within the compound where our children and their teachers are staying and this made our presence readily available to assist them with their needs. The unit had water available and electricity was not an issue. Its internet connection is high speed and the smart TV allowed us to monitor the US elections. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to prepare healthy meals and snacks for the kids to consume. The location was strategic to the convention’s venues so we were saved from a lot of trouble dealing with the city traffic. A staff was on site to assist us with our needs and was quick to answer our phone calls. We are greatly satisfied that we stayed in this unit and this made our participation in the convention a huge success. We highly recommend this place for its completeness, safety, and comfort. 👌⭐️

We had a great stay there inspite of few issues. However, the owner tried to address them as best as possible. I would recommend that she gets the bathroom leak fixed because it is damaging the cabinets under the sink. We had Internet issues everyday; so once a better internet becomes available in the area I would recommend upgrading. Also upgrade the TV to a smart TV when and if possible. Otherwise we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the house. if these problems are fixed, I would consider staying there again even for longer than the 10 days we stayed there. Very comfortable house in a relatively good location and neighborhood for Digos City.

Although we only stayed for 1 night, the location is good. It is near SM City Davao and there are restaurants within the area. The host is very responsive; communication is very easy. The place could accommodate a large group of people. AC units were functioning. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
