I recently stayed for almost 2 weeks, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming and ensured I felt right at home. The property was exactly as described—clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable; plus allocated extra things I requested like an iron/ironing board. One of the highlights was the balcony with a beautiful view. The location was also ideal, near great restaurants, Century Mall, as well as many bars and nightlife within walking distance. Communication was seamless. They were quick to respond to any questions. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I would definitely return for another visit.

Place was well located, with lots of shops around . Big super market just opposite . The building has a lovely pool and garden aria, really nice and pleasant to spend time there, with a lot of space . Angelica is very friendly and helpful and her place is very convenient and close to everywhere

She's a good landlord . Very nice I'm very responsible. If there was a problem there she took care of the problem without any hesitation..

We had a good stay to Sonia & Francis place. Its clean, at the heart of Ortigas. The unit is easy to get into via access code, wifi is fast and reliable. The parking is at the basement, and not included on the listed pricing of the unit, but you can always try the public parking nearby or just message them to avail. The building has security all the time. Their unit and hospitality is on my top 5. I’ll definitely book here again.

Overall a great experience and I can highly recommend this property. The building is great with a comfortable lobby and in general very clean. The unit was quiet and serviced during the stay and had all the accessories you might need as a leisure or business traveller using the unit. I really appreciate the host’s willingness to keep high-quality hospitality. The wifi was fast and reliable which was important for me when I sometimes had business web-meeting.

This was my third time staying in this unit. It’s a bit pricier than other condos at The Beacon but also much bigger since it’s a 1-bedroom. The location is great, the condo clean and the host was easy to communicate with. I especially appreciated that they quickly helped me out with a request I had as soon as I checked in. Overall, I can definitely recommend this Airbnb and will be staying here again!

Loved the furniture and layout of Mai's space as it made us feel right at home. It was on a low floor so the time spent in the elevator was never too long. Beautiful, unobstructed views of the city skyline from the balcony. If you're looking for a homey space - this is the place to be!

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly approachable, quick to respond to any questions or inquiries, and went out of their way to accommodate any requests or changes. They were genuinely kind and helpful. The place was spotless, which was especially important to me as I'm particular about bathrooms, and it exceeded expectations in that regard. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed, including towels, toothbrushes, toilet paper, trash bags, and a fully equipped kitchen. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. It was definitely worth the stay, and we’re grateful for the hospitality, especially during such a difficult time when we needed to be close to a funeral. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The place had absolutely everything I needed—it was thoughtfully equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable (I didn’t want to get up!). The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from the MRT station, making it super easy to get around the city without any hassle. Grab and Angkas pick-ups were also a breeze since the unit is right along a main highway where rides are always available. The convenience, comfort, and overall vibe of the place made it an easy favorite. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

I've stayed multiple times, and next time I'm back in Manila, I will look to stay again at one of Mark's places. He and his team make the stay seamless as possible. The condo is a great little space with every that is needed for a stay. The place is clean and tidy. The area is also convenient, with lots of malls, restaurants and night-life close by.

The place is great and clean. It feels like home. I love how they have branded body wash/shampoo/conditioner and not those cheap ones that cannot clean your body. The view in the balcony is a bonus point. Randal is very responsive and hospitable in all ways.

Kuya Samson is very responsive to all our queries and concerns. Overall experience is superb. Will definitely boom again if needed. Just an addition, convert your TV into Smart TV and it will be perfect at all.

The place was very clean and organized. A lot of food places around the area! And the owner was very friendly and understanding. 100% recommend to people looking for a place to stay in valenzuela!

Villa Sophia is a great home away from home and the perfect staycation spot. You have a great view, all you can need in a staycation, and enough space for the entire family and your friends. This is the best value per dollar of any villas and private resort in the entirety of rizal. The caretakers were very responsive and accommodating, they made our stay that much better. Definitely will come back for any friend/family trips
