Ashley’s place is just as described. Lots of room. The basement and upstairs bedrooms all remolded and very well appointed. It was great having a hot tub. The views are amazing with all the new windows. Great location right off of 70 but far enough away that you don’t hear it. Very clean. Ashley very responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

Okay first off, pictures do not do this air bnb justice!! It exceeded our expectations. Tricia was hands down one of the best air bnb host I’ve ever had. She brought us aloe and made us home made cookies our last night. I know people might get nervous with a large group when host is on site. Do not sleep on this air bnb. Tricia made this bday group trip amazing.

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

This space was great for our needs and was close to everything. Leadville is not a large town, so everything is in a 5-10 minute drive or walk. The place had all you would need to live there for weeks. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and cozy yet spacious accommodations. The home was immaculately clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfectly located—just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge while still feeling like a private mountain retreat. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring our stay was seamless. Whether we were enjoying the place and space, relaxing in the hot tub, or exploring the beautiful nearby restaurants, every moment was memorable. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking scenery, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

It was a great house to spread all 10 of us out. Never felt cramped. The kids loved ping pong and foosball! Adults loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked. Very clean. Great location! Minutes from town! Would highly recommend to anyone!

One our favorite Air BNB properties! What a gem. It’s super cozy and spacious. Exactly as described/pictured and even better. We will definitely be back!

Our month long stay in Silverthorne for March skiing was incredible! The location provides easy driving access to many ski resorts, has lots of hiking in the backyard, and the place was perfect for two people working from home. Buying a month pass to the amazing rec center is a must. We had issues with some heating pipe noise, but Chris was prompt at addressing it and I believe it will be fixed after we left. Thankfully we were able to stay in the other room to avoid the noise. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay for the ski season and enjoy multiple resorts.

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

Great place to stay on 4 o'clock run. Easy checkin and close parking. There was some building maintenance/construction (April 2024), but was not loud or very noticeable in the condo.

Jack and Jerrod’s place was exactly as described in the listing! The condo was well stocked with basics such as coffee, toiletries, spices, etc. The view of the mountains and reservoir were beautiful! Jack and Jerrod were quick to communicate with all necessary information, and the condo was comfy and homey. If you are visiting in the winter, be careful walking in the parking lot as it turns into a sheet of ice.

We had a great time at Hayley and Mike's condo in East Vail. It was super close to the frequent (and free) bus shuttles to Vail Village. It fit our needs perfectly--we enjoyed the fireplace, large screen TV, clean and well-equipped kitchen, and the proximity to local trails such as Vail Pass Ten Mile Canyon Recreation Trail and Vail Pass Winter Recreation Area as well as Vail Ski resort. We were in town for the Taste of Vail festival in Lionsheadl which was really easy to get to from Hayley and Mike's place via the shuttle buses. Communication with Hayley and Mike was excellent; we had a couple questions and they got back to us right away. We loved staying here and would come again anytime, at any time of year.

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

Dina’s place was clean, comfy, and very close to town where we were attending a wedding. The views from the balcony are very nice. we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

The location of this unit was perfect for walking into town, and just a short walk to the snowflake lift. You can ski-in across the street from the building from 4 o’clock run. The unit itself was well appointed. It’s a little run down, as are many places in ski towns, but the price matched the quality of the unit. I’d recommend this unit.

10/10 would recommend this unit!! Super quiet and relaxing after a long day of skiing. The views from the balcony are hard to beat.

Couldn’t have picked a better spot! We parked the car once and didn’t touch it the whole trip. Snowflake lift is just a 3-minute stroll across the street, and we literally skied right back to the apartment from the lower 4 O’Clock run. Pro tip: look for the basketball hoop—that’s your turn-in landmark! Plenty of parking, so we just left our skis in the car after skiing in. And the best part? Just a 5-minute walk to all the fun on Breck’s Main Street. Denise was very responsive to any inquiries.

We loved Blake and Angie's condo! It's clean, has a wonderful kitchen with all the amenities and it's only a short drive to the mountain resorts of Summit County. It also has a gorgeous view of Dillon lake and the surrounding mountains. Thank you both for your hospitality!

Loved our stay! The condo was clean and cozy and in the perfect location. The kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed to make breakfast. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the gas fireplace. And Gordon and Amelia were excellent hosts. Very accommodating and had great communication.

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!
