2nd time staying here, very clean and perfect for my group of 6. Recommend to anyone looking for a good deal!

You need to read the directions or you will miss the turn (especially at night) but as long as you’re looking for it it’s easy to see. Don’t forget to close the gate behind you. The area was very calm and the horses are friendly.

Magnolia Manor was a great choice for our group who were in the area for a wedding. Everyone had their own space but plenty of room to eat together and relax in the lounge. Only made one meal but the kitchen was well stocked for a large group.

We absolutely loved this property! The setting was perfect, with peaceful fishing ponds on one side and cows grazing in the pasture on the other. The farmhouse-style decor was beautifully done, and it made the space feel so cozy and welcoming. It had everything we needed, including trash bags, laundry soap, and coffee—thankfully, since we forgot to pick those up when we went grocery shopping. The bathrooms even had shampoo and conditioner, which was a nice touch. We also appreciated the extra amenities, like the fishing poles, BBQ grill, and chairs by the pond. It was the perfect private and tranquil getaway. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a unique place to stay in Latta, this is the place. It has a wonderful layout with lots of wonderful antiques. It’s big enough for two couples to stay and have their own bedroom and bathroom. It’s easy to get to local wedding venues.

Great place to stay, very secluded, will 100% book again. Only negative is there is no WiFi and phone service was spotty at best.

This place is next level. The barn, the animals - such a unique experience coming from Rhode Island. The host was so sweet - she was responsive, friendly, and we could feel her love for her home and her town. You should stay here and experience it for yourself 😃
