We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The communication was smooth and easy from start to finish. The apartment itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location—close to everything I needed. Highly recommended!

Great value, stayed for 38 nights for work. I paid 15 euro per night. Weak wifi, I bought a Sim. The building communication staff, Naya was perfect, always replied quickly, clearly and she is kind. Free weekly cleaning. The flat was never cleaned well because cleaners don’t have proper tools such a vacuum cleaner and clean mops. I always found long hairs in the apartment after the cleaning. I could not trust concierge. When the dining table broke by an accident, I immediately called concierge. They run away from the apartment and refused to speak to me. One evening, a concierge said that workers had to make a cable hole above the entrance. When I came back to the flat, a new cable line was buildt above the desk which was the end of the room. My passport, visas, PC and work documents were covered by dust and many cables. The Petch tower location is excellent. I went to Cambodia, Chiang Mai, Sukhothai and islands. Easy airports access. Good local transports. Food places, a 7/11 nearby.

Absolutely gorgeous appartment in Bangkok, we were there only 2 nights and it was not enough because we could literally live there. Everything seems brand new and is perfectly clean. The room and private patio are so confortable that we relaxed there during our 2 days of stay instead of visiting the city. Sasimanas and her parents are amazing hosts, they are welcoming, proactive and helpful, they allowed us to early and late check-in. We definitely recommend the Banana tree garden to anyone who want to stay in Bangkok away from the crowd.

Perfect location, very close to all public transport. All Bangkok's shopping malls are easily accessible Unit is clean and spacious, very quiet block. Host was very responsive and allowed me to check out late which was a bonus!

Liz's apartment was great for our stay. It was very comfortable and clean and perfect for the two of us. We where 3 adults who really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, well equipped with nice balconies each side. There is 24h security. The host was helpful. We asked one thing and it sorted in 10 minutes.

J'ai pu laisser mon bagage le jour du check out au restaurant, ce qui m'a permis de finir mes visites l'esprit tranquille. Je reviendrai sans problème !

Very spacious clean house that can accommodate a lot of people. The beds and sofa are not very comfortable but other than that we liked the house. Clean pool. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Recommended

完美的民宿，完美啊，各方面都很赞，曼谷住过的最好的民宿，或者是我住过的最舒服的民宿。床头的柜子都可以给手机无线充电，投影电视，按摩椅，桑拿房，客厅沙发还有个腿部按摩器，车库，独栋别墅，2层4卧室，乳胶床垫，乳胶被子，乳胶枕头，咖啡机饮水机空气净化器，洗碗机风扇，3个洗手间2个厨房，超大客厅和阳台，真是一个很安心的曼谷度假房子，五星酒店都没这里舒适，曼谷五星酒店比上海北京还贵。曼谷住过的最好的民宿了，位置也非常市中心，去哪都方便，关键晚上特别安静，我最烦曼谷的摩托车和突突车的炸街声音。居然还有个汗蒸房，真的硬件和软件都没话说，装修的材料都是好东西，格局也很好，超透气，设施设备特别完善。总之，我希望再次带家人或者好友来入住，谢谢房东。

We had the best stay at Ohm's canal house - there is a reason it's always booked out! You'll get the real experience of living on the canal with local people in a beautiful location. The neighbourhood is vibrant and surrounded by a large temple complex that only adds to the serenity. We spent our mornings on the balcony watching monitor lizards swim the canal, followed by walks to major landmarks (Wat Pho & Grand Palace), then back for a rest in the ice cold air con rooms of the house! Each evening finished with great food, company, and even karaoke (currently on Thursdays) at the remarkeable Baan Ploen Dee restaurant! There are a number of great local shops along the way serving food and coffee (we loved Priscilla's for ice cream and fried dough on the corner). Alice and everyone on Ohm's team were extremely responsive and caring, helping us arrange a must-do sunset boat tour. We had the pleasure of meeting Ohm and his colleagues and couldn't ask for a better host and stay!

It's the first time I am bringing all my staffs to Bangkok for company trip. And everyone was extremely worried due to earthquake happened during our trip. However, Tak is a nice and helpful host, who ensure us the safety of us traveling during this shocked period and offering helps if needed. Besides that, the location of this property is very convenient, centralised and easily reachable to many eateries, convenient shops and shopping malls. It is walking distance to platinum mall, central world, Big C, BTS and etc. It is highly recommended for family vacation stay with kids or group travellers.

Isra and his wife are amazing host. They really look after you no matter of the time. They are a lovely couple. Just for future stayers be aware that going back and Doherty always needs to be arranged in advance. Once, there make sure you have everything you need. Walking around the island is not very easy as from the place there is no route to just walk and go and explore. If you just want to stay in one place, this is ideal. My only negative is the mosquitos. You get bitten a lot. Maybe more things available to combat it like insect killing lights. More sprays, etc.

This was my favorite place so far in Bangkok because it’s a home, not a condo unit. It’s spacious and spartan, which I like. It’s quiet especially with the hum of the ac despite being in a busy area in Bangkok. It feels like an oasis.

It was a nice and quiet place and it is good for those who want to stay isolated from the downtown areas. Fit our family of 8 however just one thing is bedrooms will be perfect with King beds.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement dans la résidence The Room à Lad Phrao. Accès facile et rapide aux transports en commun. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et les rideaux occultants n'occultent pas... La seconde chambre est une chambre aveugle. La piscine de la résidence est absolument somptueuse. Un endroit à recommander.

Ein tolles Appartment welches sehr gut an einer MRT Haltestelle gelegen ist. Das ist, meiner Meinung nach ein sehr großes Plus. Ansonsten kann man auch vorort fußläufig Märkte besuchen. Das Appartment selbst überzeugt durch seine Ausstattung und dem Pool sowie Fitnessraum im Gebäude. Muss man mal erlebt haben. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist ein Traum!

Was great experience in bangkok. I took grabs so a little bit far from other famous sites but if you take bts, it will be great location. Everything was clean and above all, the hosts responded so fast with kindness. Love to stay here again

The condo is very cozy and bright. We lived for more than a month and everything was wonderful. Everything is clean, new furniture. The condo is suitable for long term, we felt at home. We will definitely come back. The best and most comfortable place we stayed in our long trip 🤍🤍🤍

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and 7/11. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in. For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely book it again in the future!

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.
