Very cute place just 25-30 minute walk or 2-3 minute drive outside of Killarney. The house was very clean and quiet. Would recommend! Would stay again!

Enjoyed 3 days in Kenmare as a home base for exploring Southern Ireland. We were very happy with our choice. Very comfy setup for group of 4. We had all the comforts of home including fresh baked bread and a huge bowl of fresh fruit. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Ann in person due to our full schedule, but she was very responsive and pro-active with communication. We felt right at home and enjoyed her home as a great place to recover from 3 busy days traveling about. Highly recommend!

I think our best holiday ever. Unforgettable stay in a one-in-a-million home from home. The house, built by talented carpenter Simon, stands on a small plot 5 minutes from Ballydehob. It's bigger and more beautiful than it looks in the listing. Cosy, too. We were surrounded by nature - wrens woke us at dawn, bats flittered by at dusk, and the beautiful sky changed constantly above us. It was so quiet my husband couldn't sleep the first night, but after that we slept like babies and felt rejuvenated after just a week in this stunning place. There are endless wonderful places to visit within 30 minutes' drive, but if you're like us you'll head home each evening a little earlier than you feel you should, and hunker down joyfully in this very special haven of peace and tranquillity. Thank you to Simon for being helpful and available but completely unobtrusive. We can't wait to go back.

Les was a great host, who responds within ten mins of messaging him. Always polite and clear with his messages. House was great for me, my wife and 4 kids. Two tvs in different rooms, two well finished bathrooms and great wi-fi for the kids devices at night. House located within walking distance of pubs and the main town and easy to navigate. It is also handy to Banna beach which would be a 20min drive and other activities within 5mins drive or 10-15min walk. Only issue we had was on street parking with locals living there, but this was a minor issue and no fault of the hosts. Everything was well suited for what we needed and would recommend to families if visiting Tralee again.

We were given a warm welcome by our hosts. Groceries for the first breakfast were supplied (given that the next store is a 10 min drive). We never were at a quieter place before. Just the waves of the lake, the wind in the trees and a most beautiful view of the mountains. No better place to calm down. We made some short drives to the coast and further into the mountains. We felt the Ring of Kerry would not provide better experience than a walk on Rossbeigh Strand or on the Bridia Circuit. We just loved our stay at Rosarie's home.

Sheilas place was a great spot for us and our two young kinds. The house had everything we needed and she left us some food for breakfast and snacks which was very helpful. Everything seemed brand new and was spotless. The place was warm and the shower was lovely. Great location for Tralee shops too.

The accommodation was really great, clean, with everything you need inside! Neilie is very friendly and welcoming, and recommended several places to visit. Thank you very much !

Kathleen and her husband were fabulous hosts. The location is extremely peaceful out in the country, thus we enjoyed fantastic sleep each night. Right from the doorstep we enjoyed walks around the countryside and over to the local pub. As we are quite familiar with the area, we can truly say this is very convenient to Clonakilty and other lovely West Cork towns and beaches. In particular, there is a top-notch chocolate atelier/coffee shop (The Hungry Crow) a 5-minute drive / 40 min. walk from the property that we visited each day of our stay! Note there is not a full kitchen so I would not plan on doing any cooking other than heating to-go or freshly prepared items in the small microwave. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday!

Sehr schönes altes Haus mit teilweise moderner Inneneinrichtung. Alles was man braucht - vor allem genügend Platz! Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich. Speziell für Wanderer wird wie schon häufig beschrieben frisches Brot gebacken, Milch, Eier und Joghurt stand uns auch zur Verfügung!

John and Hilary's place was beautiful and so clean. exactly like photos. they left us eggs bread and milk for breakfast. we would highly recommend to everyone.

Great place and location. Gorgeous view from the rooms. Shower is a little weak but nice and hot. Immaculately presented apartment.

I was very happy with my stay at Miguel and Colette's in Ballydehob. They are situated very close to the village, down a quiet road, and the village itself is lovely. I ate well both nights. Communication was great, breakfast was yummy, and I felt well looked after. Next time I'll book a facial or massage with Colette. Her skill was mentioned and praised by one of the locals I spoke with. Thanks Colette and Miguel!

We loved our stay in Ballyheigue. apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4. Comfy beds, good powerful shower. The kitchen has everything we needed. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the bay. The location is fab literally 5 mins from the beach. Caitriona is a lovely host really friendly and is on hand if you need her. would highly recommend if your looking to stay in Ballyheigue.

Die Unterkunft ist abgelegen in den Bergen von Irland, umgeben von Seen und Schafen. Die Aussicht ist traumhauft, was die längere (30min) Fahrt durch kleine Landstraßen es wert macht. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht zum Kochen. Gerard war ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Ein Ort zu dem wir gerne zurückkommen!

Marie et son mari ont été adorables. La roulotte a tenu ses promesses, même si il faisait froid . Attention à bien spécifier l’absence de réseau (utile pour gps, etc )

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont charmants et accueillants. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Ce fut un très bon moment. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

We felt very comfortable at Jane's. Every morning it smelled of fresh croissants, which Jane served us in an annexe that we could use in addition to our room. The muesli she prepared herself was also very tasty. The surrounding area offers many opportunities to go hiking and spend a great holiday. There were also plenty of tips.

Margaret and Liam were the kindest hosts! We have stayed at many Airbnb's in many different cities and countries and Margaret and Liam made us feel more at home and spent more time helping us understand Ireland and the culture than any other place we have ever stayed. Our bedroom/bathroom was in their home, but our room was very separate from their living quarters so there was complete privacy. Breakfast each day was delicious and they gave us space if we wanted space, but they sat with us and shared lots of information about their community and helped us plan our adventures each day. Their home is clean, very updated, and out of town just a few kilometers (so you are out of the tourist crowd in town). We would definitely stay there again if we came back to Ireland.

Absolutely obsessed with this place. Not only amazing, with typical Irish landscape, but the room is beautiful, with a lot of space. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is wide. Juliann is the sweetest, talked to us and gave us tips. Amazing breakfast. Felt at home, wanted to stay more. Easy to reach if you are by car. Totally recommend!

O h my gosh! I loved our stay and our views couldn't have gotten any better. The breakfast was not too bad. we got to pet and feed baby lambs. My daughter and i were blown away. I just cannot say enough about this b&b. Aedan thank you for these sweet memories. we hope to return one day.

Mary's hospitality is unsurpassed. She is friendly, open and extremely generous. She makes an effort with every guest and the house is a home. Mary and Michael were excellent and thoughtful and breakfast was delicious with home baking. The location of the property is stunning . Its difficult to say which is a better view from this warm house...sea view and sound of the waves at the front or sheer mountain views and birdsong at the rear!! Can't go wrong!!
