The place was really nice in a quiet neighborhood, I wish we could have booked it in the summer to use the grill in the back, so a nice little retreat for my family it felt like home. My family would use this place again.

This was a great Airbnb and my family had a great experience. Luckily it worked out that we could check in a bit early too. The beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were really clean, cozy living room, no complaints! The location was great for us because my brother lives a couple blocks away and we were visiting. The only downfall is that it's not close to any shops you can walk to but a quick drive away.

Our second time staying with Lacey and had equally great experience. Lovely home with convenient location to Richmond amenities.

We had another very pleasant stay - this is one of our favorite locations and Alex is an excellent host. One thing I really appreciate is the flexibility with schedule changes and refunds. Due to icy travel conditions, we had to postpone our arrival by one day and received a refund even though it was reqursted just the day before. This is the sort of service you'd expect from a hotel, but staying at this home is so much more comfortable (like being able to lounge on the couch to watch TV) and convenient (full kitchen and parking right outside the door.) Plus, the large dining table is great for spreading out if you have work to do. We look forward to our next stay!

Our family needed a temporary home on short notice due to some damage to our home and Kay was incredible from start to finish - understanding, flexible and responsive. The home is beautiful - with an almost ski lodge feel, tastefully decorated, and cozy but spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The location is quiet, private, wooded and peaceful. We could not have appreciated Kay as a host more and loved the home! Thank you!!!

Sarah's place was perfect for our weekend in Richmond. We were running the half-marathon and brought our families. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with some great watering holes nearby. Sarah welcomed us with local doughnuts and everything worked and operated perfectly.

This was a great location to explore parts of Richmond on foot. VMFA was a fairly short walk and it was nice to have access to coffee shops and restaurants right around the corner. I appreciated having the designated parking spot and how responsive Comfort was to all of our questions.

This was a perfect spot for us being in town for an event at the convention center. Loved it!

Tanishia was a great host, super responsive, flexible, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place as it has great amenities, is close to everything needed, and is very convenient. It's a beautiful place, I will definitely be returning for future trips.

I booked this home for another party. It was a pleasure setting this up with Taryn! She was very responsive and kind. The person who rented the home really loved it!

Sue and the apartment were both as described, and Sue was very friendly. The apartment has everything you need for the stay, and Church Hill is a lovely location with coffee shops, cafes, and parks easily accessible. If you're staying with a larger/active dog like ours, it may feel cramped and the stairs are very steep, but we made it work! The apartment could use a bit of a deep clean, but was comfortable overall and a good stopover in Richmond.

We really enjoyed the property. It was close to our family, quiet, and the parking and backyard space was super nice. Clean, organized, and well-equipped. I definitely will return to the property when visit family, and recommend it to friends and family. Bryson was great and very responsive. Thank you!

Mr. Carlin is very attentive, there is no signal at all in the place and he was so kind to go and place a signal amplifier to be able to be connected, since I have a 9-month-old baby and it is not known what emergency is. Super recommended and very tasty the dessert he left us in the fridge

Once again, I had a great visit. I can’t wait till my next trip there!

The treehouse is in a nice quiet area and a convenient distance to Busch Gardens. Ruben is a wonderful host - he gives clear instructions and responds quickly to any questions. It was very clean, and check in was simple. The outdoor lights on the tree look beautiful at night. The playground is awesome (and I’m sure the pool is wonderful, we just happened to stay in the off season). There’s an additional bathroom downstairs as well as another room with bunk beds. Definitely recommend!

The stay was nice and the whole ordeal was very easy from getting there to checking in and then leaving. The fire pit and screen door were my favorite part of my stay.

We had a lovely stay and created wonderful memories with our friends and family at this beautiful log cabin. This is the perfect place if you are looking for a remote getaway that is still easy access to Richmond, which has plenty to do. Our favorite was waking up and looking at the 3 horses, taking walks down to the river, and our kids playing together in the playroom, which has all the toys a kid could ever want. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.
