Cannot fault Angie as a host as she was very accommodating 10/10. The only downside was that the house could have benefited from a deep clean, this would have made our whole experience perfect! We would definitely recommend!!! Thank you Angie!!!!!

10/10 would definitely recommend! I felt at home and was at peace. Very beautiful modern decors , beds and couch were comfortable and access to the pools on the property was a huge plus. Instructions to find the property was clear and easy with the self check in , property was equipped with everything a washer , utensils to cook, etc. Every room was air conditioned I could go on and on but overall it was great and I can’t wait to return.

Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure our stay was comfortable. Her thoughtfulness and excellent communication made our experience seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!🥰

We loved this place! We were a group of four, plus my sister who lives in the area stayed one night as well. The house is huge. The bedrooms are comfortable with firm beds. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is stunning and my favorite part of this place. We spent a lot of time back there swimming in private, listening to the birds. The beach is a 10-15 min walk away and free to access by staying here. We went multiple times. It’s shallow with some coral so we saw lots of fish. Robert the caretaker was friendly and super helpful. He cooked for us one night and his shrimp curry was amazing. We’ll be back for our next group trip for sure!

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Truly a hidden gem! Coral Hill provides the ideal space to rest and restore. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Very happy we stayed here!!

The property was difficult for our driver to find, but Nicole provided detailed instructions for finding the place. It is incredibly private and quiet, which was great. There is not a lot of seating for relaxing, just a kitchen table with 4 chairs, two chairs on the patio, and two pool loungers by the pool. Would be more suited for a couple than 4 like we had. The pool was clean the first few days we were there, but the filter was not left on so some biofilm began to develop over the course of our stay. We were told the pool cleaner shows up on Wednesdays, but when he was there, the power was off for tree trimming, so he was unable to turn the filter on. This is not their fault at all, just unfortunate timing on our part. It’s close to the attractions in Ocho Ríos so if you’re looking for a clean, safe, and private place to stay, it’s a great option. Overall, I’m very pleased with the experience.

Booked with my grandson for 10 days it was a really good stay, check in was really easy no hassle whatsoever and so far everything was good can’t complain

Where do I start? This property is immaculate. The surroundings and tranquility are unmatched. The privacy, security, and transportation made me feel right at home. My birthday decorations were beautiful and I must say this birthday was one for the record books. Donavan and Shantel were both great and accommodated all of our needs. I do have 1 regret and that is, I only utilized the chef for 2 days. His food was amazing, I should have used his service every day! Overall this was one of the best stays utilizing Air b&b. Second time staying there and i feel just as i did the first time. I think i will make this my go to spot whenever I'm in ocho rios. The host is great. I highly recommend

The location is perfect, it’s away from the hustle and bustle and it’s 5 mins to the beach, restaurants and some attractions. When I checked in the manager met me by the main and escorted me to the property which was amazing because I usually get lost easily. They have a cleaner, a round town driver and a cook!! All the staff were amazing, responsive and friendly. The cook did her thing and made me a delicious meals and that made it feel like home, It did come at a little extra cost but it was worth it 100% . In the morning I woke up to gentle bird singing and when I went outside I saw a bunny rabbit just being simple and beautiful. I enjoyed this stay because it brought me inner peace and reminded me that the simple things are what makes life beautiful. This property brought me peace! I’m definitely booking again. Lets just say the pictures does not do this place any justice!! The property was well kept, spacious, and the view of the caribbean sea is absolutely breathtaking. Getting there was easy, self check in was very convenient and Tyrone was always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this property believe me you wont be disappointed.

When I first booked this place over two months in advance, I heard from Jason within a day or so of booking. We spoke briefly through WhatsApp, and he let me know he'd be in touch in the future. Jason contacted me again prior to the trip and asked if there was anything specifically I needed for him to do. I did ask that all the windows and doors be closed, and this is when he informed me that the place had window mesh, or what we call window screens. He even mentioned that the doors had screens as well, which is great for keep bugs out. When we arrived, he left the key for us, but I'm going to mention this here that he has a lockbox listed, but there is not one on the property. I think a lockbox would be much easier and safer for both Jason as well as any guests arriving in the future when leaving keys. We were in a rush to go out and get food, so we quickly looked over the place and left our belongings, and we didn't come back until the evening, which is when we were able to observe everything, and I always take pictures of places I'm staying at. I mentioned a few issues to him, just to make sure this wasn't blamed on myself or my brother after our stay. The only issues that really bothered me was the fact that there was an ant infestation in the hall bathroom. We did use Raid on the problem 3 or 4 times before they finally went away completely, but that took about two weeks to become successful. Honestly, I was surprised to see that there were a bunch of dead ants in the tub as if no one had cleaned the tub prior to us coming, so we had to clean it multiple times because ants were constantly being killed in there. The only real issue I had with the place personally was the air conditioning. I picked the room that had the bathroom, and the AC wouldn't turn on at all because of an error code. Jason had someone come and fix it within two days, but just about a week later it started dripping water to the point where it soaked the dresser and floor, so he had to call out the AC Tech again, and the tech kept putting us off. The tech literally took 1 week and 5 days to finally come out and fix the issue. Jason is a saint because I can't imagine being this patient with someone who was so irresponsible and wouldn't even keep his appointments much more answer the phone or text messages! This also was an issue for me because the room gets extremely hot in the daytime, and even though I would only run the AC in brief periods, I wasn't able to run it more than 15 minutes at a time before it began leaking. The things I enjoyed about this place was the location. It's very close to Falmouth, there is shopping and gas close by, and the security is so strict that you better have your papers in place, or you may not be able to get into the complex. Many people talk about the safety issues in Jamaica, but this is not a problem for me, and staying here made me feel even more safe than I normally do. The place has grills on the front and back doors and all windows, which may seem like overkill, but it definitely gives you a safe feeling as well. There is parking in front of the home, but a vehicle that was previously parked there was taking up one side, but we were able to use the other side to park when we rented a car. The AC in the hallway would quickly cool the living room, so we didn't have to run it very long to keep it cool. Another amazing thing about this home are the fans! The fans are so powerful it's like having a helicopter over your head, and I can't say you can go completely without the AC, but the fans definitely makes it less necessary to run the AC for long periods of time. There are two fans in the living room that are fantastic, and even the small standing fan that's mounted to the wall can help to keep you cool if you sit on the largest couch. The fan in my room would help to keep me cool and even allow me to sleep through the hot morning because it was so powerful. I also love that he has chosen to put such large TVs in each bedroom. I'm used to my 55 inch TV at home, and I even shipped one out to make sure I would have one to use in my room, but I didn't need it because the 50-inch TV that's mounted high on the wall in each room is perfect with great picture as well as excellent Wi-Fi, and both are smart TVs. There is even a cable box in each room as well as the living room, which allows for you to watch many channels. I did bring my own Roku and media player, so I didn't use the cable box, but it's nice having this provided for us. The living room entertainment system is really loud, and there is even additional speakers if you want to play music, but I kept it quiet as I'm mindful of the neighbors. The kitchen was great as well. I really loathe gas stoves, but I was easily able to use this one. It's a new stove and very clean, and when I finally learned how to bake in it, I was able to crank out some wonderful treats for Christmas. Home away from home!!! This was my second stay at Tranquility Love Bay and what can I say, the atmosphere was so peaceful, very clean and very relaxing. I was on business this time around and was able to have access to a work station and good WiFi connection. Host is very responsive, professional and friendly. This is without a doubt my place of choice to stay whenever I am in Jamaica. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

I don't even know where to start. It was fairly easy to find. The place is very nice and immaculately clean. The listing states 1 bedroom but it's two. It's conveniently located about 5 minutes walking distance from the beach which has a bar and food. A local grocery store and a gas station are within walking distance as well. The area is quiet, neighbors are friendly and it has a pool too. Also with the place you have access to a private beach that Conrod can get you access to. The host oh the host. Conrod was "The Best" host hands down. Conrod was very responsive to all of my needs and concerns. I felll sick while I was here. He would check on me periodically to ensure that I was good and if there was anything he could assist with. That alone spoke volumes. Conrod is very professional and just shy of perfect. I'll surely be back and would recommend this place to all.
