We had a great stay at Linda' s place. Everything was ok.

Very comfortable stay with Jakey and Lala. They were always attentive to my needs and were there to help with anything I needed to. Apartment is just like the pictures, with the hot tub being the key element! Not too far from District 1 and very walkable neighborhood. Had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here at this property. Host was very responsive even before we've arrived. They were incredibly communicative, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The check-in process was seamless, and the place was just as described – even better in person! The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We are provided with sufficient amenities. Linens and beddings are remarkably clean. The location in District 1 was ideal -- Just a few minutes rides away to HCMC tourist spots. Easy to explore.

Nice villa and good for group

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is very convenient, just 10-15 minutes from District One. The view from the apartment is stunning, and the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The gym is well-equipped, and the infinity pool offers a breathtaking view. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming stay.

The location was perfect for our needs. Great rate and services! Hosts always responded to our questions fast. Circle K across the street. Very easy to get a Grab car from there. Was close and convenient to get around the city/downtown. The place looked like the pictures for the most part and was visibly clean. Some furniture needs a bit of dusting. I’m a bit picky so personally it wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. There’s stuff available around the house to clean things myself though so I’m happy with that. The host did offer cleaning service once for free but I decided to do it myself instead. But it was appreciated! Must watch out for the ants! They were everywhere. Need to use bug spray on them right away before it gets too bad. The host offers sufficient amenities, silverware, cookware and whatnot making our 2 week stay quite comfortable. The building feels very secure and private. Somewhat new building but no AC in the elevator. They also have trolley for luggage.
