Great apartment for our 4 night stay. Included everything we needed. The host was very helpful, particularly in helping to replace the building access card which we lost.

Great stay! The apartment was super spacious, clean, and had everything we needed—including a fully equipped kitchen and comfy bedrooms. Being on the 23rd floor, the view of the bridge from the balcony was a nice bonus. The building is high-end with great amenities, including a big, pristine pool. The neighborhood was awesome—lots of cafes, restaurants, and a park by the bridge where people gathered for evening picnics. Super easy to get around with Grab or get food delivery. While there was some minor construction on the upper floor, it didn’t bother us. The host was responsive, and you could tell he had put a lot of thought into making the place feel like home-anything you might need was provided. Overall, a fantastic place at a great price. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Ho Chi Minh City. It was definitely a luxury experience, with beautiful furnishings and a stunning view. The apartment was exceptionally clean, which we really appreciated. The host was also very accommodating and helpful, providing great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. It was a perfect base for exploring the city, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at Annie’s place. Very easy to get Grab to travel anywhere in the city. Great local food options nearby. A convenience store downstairs was a big help. Apartment itself was exactly what we needed. Comfortable for 4 people. Kitchen was decently equipped. There was some issue Annie had to face with the apartment we had booked but she managed it well by giving us a similar place in same building for a day till our original apt was ready. Highly recommend.

That's a very good place) Location not far from District 1. 24/7 food stores in the same building) Friendly 24/7 security guards. Mai was very nice and provided me with weekly cleaning, which was very helpful :) Great view from the window. I would like to mark separately the high ceiling in the apartment, which gives additional good feeling of space (honestly it's first time I see such height in a new building)) Conditioner works like a charm. It can be a bit noisy with window open, with window closed everything's great :) Enjoyed my stay!

Incredible property for great value in the heart of District 1. Walking distance to everything you need and an incredibly attentive host. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely use the property again on our next visit to Ho Chi Ming City.
