Vincent’s 4 level home was nice. Convenient location and close to family. Private gate access away from general public in the alley. 1 or 2 blocks away has good coffee shop called Xoai Coffee and sandwich/pho stand. Easy access for Grab taxi anytime.

The room is exactly was described, Wan was also very welcome and helpful, we enjoyed staying at her place! Thanks Wan for her hospitality!

Really nice accomodation. Nice and clean. Close to airport and have nice restaurants and convenient store. City center not too far and accessible by grab. Host reactive, i recommend this stay!

I would definitely stay here again. Check in was very straightforward and Tam (the host) was super responsive to messages. If I had any questions I could message her and she would reply super quick. The apartment was lovely. It was very clean and spacious and the pool area was lovely too. We are planning to visit Vietnam again next year and we will be booking to stay with Tam again. It is very close to Thao Dien which has a lot of nice restaurants. If you want to go to District 1 it is only a short taxi drive away.

This stay was perfect -great value for money and brilliant location! We really enjoyed it and found no faults with the place, Manuka was so helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions in a timely manner! Would highly recommend staying here.

The host provided clear instructions and was very responsive. Cleanliness: The place was spotless, well-maintained, and smelled fresh. It truly felt like a home away from home. Amenities: Everything I needed was available—every appliances. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept great! Location: Perfectly situated in hcmc. It was close to everything. . Host’s Hospitality: it was incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to help with recommendations and quick responses. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

This property was in a great location and in a safe building. We stayed here again when we returned to Vietnam from Thailand as we thought it was brilliant. The host was very helpful and responded to us when we needed it. There was a beautiful rooftop pool which is free to use. Overall a great stay and would recommend!
