One of the best option to feel Saigon spirit. Located on the 1st floor in a typical Vietnamese house. It was clean and quiet despite the fact it's 2 min from Bui Vien street :) I enjoyed the experience and I recommend it to everyone. Chi is very friendly and suppotive <3

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

Katy's was a beautiful place to stay for the 2 first days in the country. good location and wonderfully maintained.

We were very impressed with the accommodation - it was just as described. As others have said, you need to be prepared for quite a lot of stairs and there is an annoying rooster next door that crows at all hours! But overall a very comfortable stay in a great location.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

從入住開始就非常友善，且房間跟照片一樣，房間內有Netflix、YouTube、Marshall 音響、微波爐、電磁爐、浴缸，非常齊全，床也很好睡！不過可惜沒有全身鏡，且浴缸熱水是儲熱型，出一次水是30公升，要放滿整個浴缸的熱水是一個挑戰，如果喜歡泡熱水澡，可以再考慮，民宿可以租借機車一天150000越南盾，非常方便！地理位置也很好，去哪都在附近而已，還有洗衣機與烘乾機在公共空間！非常推薦大家入住！很喜歡

Great unit with all we needed and as described. Fantastic location, walkable to many major points of interest. Victor is a terrific host, very responsive, helpful and kind. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

I really love this spot. The owner had great communication and everything was really nice. It matched the description perfectly. You really can’t beat this location. It’s right in the heart and lots of nice coffee shops. Very organized. Part of the city has a Starbucks in the building. It’s on a very high floor so you have beautiful views all in all I can highly recommend. Thank you so much for agreat stay.

The homestay is incredibly amazing! This is too much perfect if you’re staying short-term and I think even more in long-term. Mr Nhien is consistently accommodating and considerate from our arrival at midnight to our late departure. Rating the place 10 out of 5. We’re looking forward to book this again when we go back in Ho Chi Mihn.

Nice place , looked more spacious in photos than in real. Apartments were neat and clean, all amenities were provided as well . Good location can walk around and explore city centre.

Central walkable to traditional market , all kind of restaurants and foods tall. bus to and from airport right in front street , very quiet at night and early morning , stay last year and this year , will come back again.

My group & I had a wonderful stay at Le’s Apt. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was in a safe neighborhood and had many great restaurants and coffee shops as well. There is a rooftop pool and a gym as well. Thank you Le!

The place is in front of the ben thanh market and easily accessible. There are local stores nearby as well as cafe shops and money exchange. But the unit we rented is in 4th floor, since we are young it is easy for us to go up using stairs, but others might think otherwise. It was a good cardio anyways. Safe as well because there are always people around and locals are very friendly and nice. The unit is so clean and it is more than you expect from the outside. Annie is very accommodating and helpful to us from how to open the heater to borrowing clothes iron and asking other things. Definitely a good stay here!

Very comfortable flat. It was easy to find and taxis were easily available to go to our destinations. Le was slightly flexible with his check in and check out timings which helped us. There are good restaurants nearby as well. Enjoyed our stay there.

Wow.. what can I say about Uyen's amazing unit that surpassed all my expectations. Firstly the neighborhood is filled with affordable and delicious Vietnamese street food. The highlight during my 7days stay was the opposite economy rice hole in the wall shop, the Bun Ca shop, Beef Steak and Cha Ca La Vong. There are no shortages of cafes as well for the morning coffee fix. As for the unit itself, the place was so well equipped with everything you will need including washing machine, microwave and fridge. The only thing missing I would say is a pair of scissors which I hope they will include in the near future. The water pressure is sufficient and finally the bed, super comfy. First place I stayed that provided a nice bolster too.

Great location and apartments have everything we needed. Rooftop pool is spectacular. Great host - super responsive and informative.
