we had a great stay at Cuong' s place. The apartment is nice clean with lots of amenties. Cuong was very responsive to our needs. The beds can be hard for some... besides that everything was great! Highly recommended

Very good location in the area, wifi was good, team was professional and room was comfortable. Walking distance to Ben thanh market and a lot of food places. Security was good. Checked with the team and they do change their passcode before. There is dryer and washing machine in the common area for anyone who wants to use it.

Huong is such an amazing host - super responsive and attentive, helped me with random issues I ran into, checked in on me after the myanmar earthquake 😳 the place is very spacious and it's a lovely neighborhood, highly recommend!!

I had an amazing stay! Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, but what truly made the experience special was the atmosphere. The host is incredibly friendly and sociable – in the evenings, we could sit around the table, chat, and even go out for dinner together. It felt like staying with a friend rather than just renting a place. For digital nomads, the kitchen is a great spot to work from – comfortable and with a good vibe. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and social stay!

Perfect apartment in HCM city. It was an upgrade from the 5-star hotel I stayed in, which I had to move from because there was no availability. I will return to this property in the future.

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

Our team had an amazing stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. It truly felt like a home away from home. we stayed here for about a week. the host & helpers were extremely friendly and helpful. they even got us highchair so my 1 yr old can sit and eat with us when we're are home. the place is nice and clean...amazing views and has all amenities as described. This is a great location, safe with 24 hr guards and restaurants and mini marts walking distance. I would definitely return here!

The place is in front of the ben thanh market and easily accessible. There are local stores nearby as well as cafe shops and money exchange. But the unit we rented is in 4th floor, since we are young it is easy for us to go up using stairs, but others might think otherwise. It was a good cardio anyways. Safe as well because there are always people around and locals are very friendly and nice. The unit is so clean and it is more than you expect from the outside. Annie is very accommodating and helpful to us from how to open the heater to borrowing clothes iron and asking other things. Definitely a good stay here!
