One of the best option to feel Saigon spirit. Located on the 1st floor in a typical Vietnamese house. It was clean and quiet despite the fact it's 2 min from Bui Vien street :) I enjoyed the experience and I recommend it to everyone. Chi is very friendly and suppotive <3

I had a fantastic stay at Lyn’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was great, close to everything. Lyn was a wonderful host—very friendly and always quick to respond. I truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our 6 days stay here in Saigon at our apartment. Thao was always responsive and the apartment has everything we needed. It is walkable to many restaurants, our favourite is Bun Cha Xuan Tu. We felt safe walking back home even late at night, and the alleys were kept clean at all times. Highly recommend ☺️

Appartamento davvero spettacolare, pare di dormire in un locale trendy notturno. Situato al primo piano, scala a chiocciola per accedere ma immersa nel verde tropicale. Zona tranquilla, c'è anche la caffettiera a piano terra. Super consigliato!

응답은빠르게처리해줍니다. 베트남한달살기여행에서 차우의집에 머무른것은 베트남 현지인의 모습으로 베트남전통가옥에서 생활해보길원했던 저에게 최고의만족이었습니다. 느끼고싶은부분을충분히느낄수있었으며 시내와가깝게위치에 유동성도아주괜찮고좋습니다. 베트남에 처음여행을온 저는 이정도면 너무나만족하고갈정도의 현지의숙소경험이었습니다. 다음에 다시볼기회가있다면 다시볼수있으면좋겠습니다!

Truc's place was extremely spacious, well-designed, and the artwork made us feel like we were truly at home. Especially loved the big dining table where family or a gathering of friends could have a meal. Self-check-in and check-out was also flexible and easy. We had an issue with the wifi which was swiftly resolved the next day. Location is just a little ways out of the main city center making it slightly less walkable, but it was also more peaceful. The only thing I did not expect was to have to climb up so many stairs, as I believe the upper patio is on the 5th (or 6th?) floor. This probably comes with the territory in Vietnam's architectural plots, but knowing this, I might have selected a more easily accessible place due to having elderly folks with mobility issues in my group.

Had a nice stay here and really enjoyed the hospitality of Fu. The bed is really comfortable and the apartment was clean and just like the description. The check-in and check-out process is easy and quick. Fu even offered me to check-out a bit later. Since it is not my first time in Vietnam, the location which is quite local and hard to walk around, was not a problem for me. I would suggest first time travellers in Vietnam to consider if the location is not a problem for you. Nevertheless you can take a Grab and get to the main attractions and sightseeing spots in Saigon in a matter of minutes

Had a great experience! Clean and cozy, and check in and out was a breeze. A man named "Mr T" met me on day one, escorted me to the unit and gave me instructions and the door code. He was super friendly and super responsive to my texts too. Unit has AC in it, which is a must as Vietnam is really hot/humid. Also, the hot water was intense, lol. I normally take hot showers but the hot water in the unit was on steroids!! I had to put the shower on medium to get the temperature I like. Location is great, as many things are super close by and within walking distance. Cafe Co Ba is a great cafe, and is located at the base of the building. There are also three separate convenience stores at the base, to include a 711. The building also has security, and the guard named Lam is a wonderful and helpful guy. If I was to give any negative it would be that the unit is on the 16th floor of the building, which just required a little bit more time on the elevator. I recommend this place!

The apartment was very modern and very clean. Pillows are comfortable and bed as well. Supermarket downstairs. Close to city but still quiet area. Would recommend. The host was very nice too.

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

Excellent stay! The value was really good lots of space good location. The building is centrally located but designed in a way that is quiet and relaxing. It gives a feeling of a resort but leaves you super close to the action. The linens and beds were comfortable I think the softest bed in Vietnam! The host was kind and helpful. Great stay after staying several places in Saigon this is by a landslide the best.

Trinh's place was lovely. Located close to the markets and larger shopping centres. The place was clean and had all the amenities for a longer stay.
