This place has everything you need for a great stay in Saigon. Motorbikes for rent in lobby and also nearby. Great coffee shop in lobby. Supernice hosts and family run the place. pharmacy and grocery very close. Washer and dryer available when i needed them. AC worked great

베트남에서 일주일을 잘보내고 갑니다 처음에 하루를 예약했고 방에 체크인후에 추가날짜모두를 예약했습니다. 빨래도할수있었고, 현관문도 자동열쇠로 언제든지 열고닫을수있게 되어있고 엘레베이터도있고 위치도 좋습니다 다만 침대가 좀더 푹신했으면좋겠어요

would highly recommend this stay. 24/7 friendly securities, amazing pool, spacious and big apartment, rooms were big, and great location with local foods around esp during at night. Location: great area to stay if youre looking for local foods, 10min drive to the city, at night there are street food and smoothie shops that pop up after 7pm til 3am right in front of the apartment. Price: great price for its worth Atmosphere: Felt safe 24/7 as there were securities and the people living there seemed high status also. Did not feel weird being there. I felt like home. Stay: The beds were a little hard, but comfy, sheets clean, had one or two stains but seemed clean. All necessary equipment was provided like a hair dryer and iron. basically, everything listed on the description. Con: only negative is there are stains on the top ceilings and when showering the water takes time to drain. BUT don't let it stop you from bookiny, cos it wasn't much of an issue for me and my family.

Very nice and cozy apartment. Host and Co-hosts are easy to communicate and always response promptly to my needs. Just one thing I'd like to mention is the noise at night from the neighbors upstairs, which I think Management can improve by advice guests to be mindful of noise at night time to consider other guests in the building. When booking transportation by Grab, make sure you mention Zenity because the app hasn't updated the info but instead displaced “Subgate” which confused the drivers. Overall it's a lovely place and convenient to explore to city center.

I really enjoyed my stay here, Hannah was so welcoming and kind, and was always available if needed. Hannah even let me leave my bags there after I checked out, as my new accommodation would not allow me to drop bags off early. the location was great, walkable to all the places tourists want to see. comfortable space and lovely little balcony. would stay again.

best place in district 11, very good design and spacious 3BR

Wir waren mit 6 Personen in dem Apt. Und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren alle wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Tolle Lage und ein atemberaubender Ausblick über die ganze Stadt aus allen Zimmern. Der self Check in verlief ganz unkompliziert mit Foto Anweisungen. Rose hat auch auf jede Nachricht sehr schnell reagiert. Es gab nur 2 Kleinigkeiten wegen dem fehlenden Reinigungsservice und dem versprochenen Wasser aber wir haben direkt eine Entschädigung bekommen. Alles in einem war alles dennoch sehr gut und wir würden gerne wiederkommen! ☺️
