Our family booked the entire building for a week, occupying both units. The layout features multiple staircases (one without railings), which worked for us but may be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. We absolutely loved the location! Right across from Chợ Bến Thành, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the city center. The property was clean, with cleaners visiting during our stay, and the dual washer/dryer was a bonus. Our host Qui was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner in the lower unit was non-functional, and despite a technician’s visit, it remained unrepaired, causing uncomfortable conditions, poor ventilation, leading some in our group to seek alternative lodging. Also, one bathroom in the upper unit lacked water pressure, limiting us to one bathroom. We recommend confirming these amenities before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and responsive host. A great spot for city immersion!

Had a great stay here for about 1.5 weeks. Location is in a quiet alleyway that felt very safe. There’s a kitchen available for you to cook your stuff as well as a washing machine and dryer. There’s no elevator so if you have a big suitcase it could be an issue. Room was good and host was responsive and friendly. Only issue I had was probably the loud music coming from a nearby bar or club but fortunately for us we are quite deep sleepers so it wasn’t a big issue but if you were a light sleeper it might be an issue for you. Wifi was great. There’s a GS25 right out the front so that was quite nice. Some food around but not as much as some other areas but it was quite easy to walk to the more busy areas. There’s lots of cafes nearby which was nice. Overall I would recommend this stay.

Great stay, the hotel it's in is lovely and the staff are really friendly. I had no problems finding the place and check in was simple. I only used it as a pit stop, but it has everything needed for a short stay.

Great place to stay and definitely great location ! i can just walk to most of the famous places such as The coffee Apartment, Saigon center and many other places . There were also a lot of local foods and nice coffee shop down stair. i will definitely consider this place again for my next solo trip .

Great place. The most outstanding feature is that it is extremely easy for taxis etc to pick you up. There are pretty great food spots nearby and convenience stores. Just ask the host to recommend

Great place to stay, great value

The place is conveniently located in the center of district 1, close to tons of shops and restaurants. The building has 24/7 security and other amenities, however the walls in the unit has some stains and could use a paint job, the chairs in the kitchen are somewhat dirty and there are small ants all over the kitchen counter, the place would be perfect if those issues are taken care of.

Our host waited for us and met with us outside the building unit even after a 2-hour flight delay! That was past 2am! But every step of the way, during and after, our host was communicative and helpful, always making it easy and comfortable to ask for any help or suggestions during our stay in HCMC. Definitely will come back in the future! Thank you for allowing my group to have a home away from home!

Host is such a lovely person and her house keeper was very helpful and super friendly. The place sit perfectly to everything you need. walkable to the pink church and delicious bánh xèo around the corner. Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Would love to stay here when I’m visiting again!

Host was very responsive and lovely. We had caterers and vendors come decorate for a Hens party. Host allowed the vendors to arrive the day before to plan out their decorations. Host is very friendly! Airbnb is as pictured on the site. Very spacious and in a safe location. Highly recommend - also near Elgin restaurant which is a 10/10 restaurant! Please do yourself a favour and eat there!

Great stay at a beautiful property. As a group of 10 friends who were travelling from 5 different countries for a reunion, it was smooth for us to check-in at separate times. The staff was helpful, and always prompt in responding to our requests. They helped arrange everything we needed. The property was beautiful, and we utilised the swimming pool, gym, badminton court, tennis court, golf driving range and karaoke room. Grab was convenient to find cabs and order food. All in all, it was a great property with great staff and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!
