Excellent location, very clean house. The host was able to drop by when we check in (as we wanted to) the place felt homey and lovely. Very friendly host welcoming us to the airbnb! Location wise, this airbnb is a hidden gem. Right smack in the middle of everything. Matched the description listed on airbnb. It was easy for us to get around everywhere and it doesn’t feel far at all! Grabdrivers always dropped us near the entrance of the airbnb so don’t worry! Very convenient for a group of us. My friends and I had our daily breakfast right opposite the airbnb (little hanoi egg coffee). There are plenty of cafes nearby. The house is very clean and spacious. We had a great time spending at the living room, watching netflix and chatting away. Best of all, the washing machine and dryer was the best thing we had!! Overall experience was excellent! We didn’t want to leave 😭

Our family booked the entire building for a week, occupying both units. The layout features multiple staircases (one without railings), which worked for us but may be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. We absolutely loved the location! Right across from Chợ Bến Thành, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the city center. The property was clean, with cleaners visiting during our stay, and the dual washer/dryer was a bonus. Our host Qui was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner in the lower unit was non-functional, and despite a technician’s visit, it remained unrepaired, causing uncomfortable conditions, poor ventilation, leading some in our group to seek alternative lodging. Also, one bathroom in the upper unit lacked water pressure, limiting us to one bathroom. We recommend confirming these amenities before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and responsive host. A great spot for city immersion!

Super spacious and very aesthetically curated space! Conveniently located above an equally aesthetic cafe where you get coupons for drinks too. The AC here is a lifesaver (and maybe it's something about the set up of the room but sometimes it can even get too cold! A great problem to have as this was the only place throughout Vietnam where we found ourselves turning up the temp instead of wishing it could go down more). Can get a little noisy during the day if the cafe is busy since the window faces the courtyard where there's outdoor seating, but that is to be expected. Also, be aware that the spiral staircase going up is as narrow as it looks in photos! A bit of a struggle bringing larger-sized suitcases up, but it can be done. Overall an amazing stay with responsive hosts.

Truc's place was extremely spacious, well-designed, and the artwork made us feel like we were truly at home. Especially loved the big dining table where family or a gathering of friends could have a meal. Self-check-in and check-out was also flexible and easy. We had an issue with the wifi which was swiftly resolved the next day. Location is just a little ways out of the main city center making it slightly less walkable, but it was also more peaceful. The only thing I did not expect was to have to climb up so many stairs, as I believe the upper patio is on the 5th (or 6th?) floor. This probably comes with the territory in Vietnam's architectural plots, but knowing this, I might have selected a more easily accessible place due to having elderly folks with mobility issues in my group.

If you are looking for a decent place to stay in District 1, Lucas' place could be a good option to consider. The apartment was very spacious and it really felt like home. Location is in the center of District 1, which worked well for us to walk back home after getting drunk in Bui Vien st. Hosts were great, kind, and extremely understanding, and we would definitely want to come back.

Very nice location close to shops and restaurants in the city center. Rooms are clean and very quiet.

동생부부가 거주하는곳이라 근처로 묶고자 숙고를 잡았는데 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔처럼 수건도 필요시 갖다주시고 청소도 전반적으로 잘 되어있습니다. 주변편의시설이 잘되어있어 불편함없이 잘 지내다왔습니다

We had a super stay here. The appartement is at a great location. Annie is a very nice host and always reachable if you need anything. The Check-In is very easy and everything is well organized, you even have a Netflix account you can use :) Yes the waterpump can sometimes be loud, but it wasn't disturbing our sleep, since there isn't a lot of water usage during the night. We would really recommend this appartement!

We had a great stay here! The location was nice, close to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage after checkout free of charge, which was a huge help. The place was equipped with all the essentials, making it comfortable and convenient for our extended stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh.

30일동안 Evolet님의 아파트에서 지냈습니다. 베트남에 도착한 첫날부터 빠른 체크인을 도와주었으며 늘 신속하고 명쾌한 답변을 하여 항상 도와주었습니다. ^^ 숙소는 14층에 위치해 있으며 그렙택시는 호출하면 2분안에 도착하는 위치에 있고 걸어서 5분거리에 위치한 큰 길가 버스정거장에는 시네로 갈수있는 버스들이 많습니다. 주방 도구부터 욕실용품 그리고 스마트Tv와 플레이스테이션 까지 준비되어 있습니다. 그녀의 아파트에는 아주 작은것 까지 세세하게 다 준비되어 있어서 그저 옷몇벌만 챙겨가면 됩니다. 빠른 엘레베이와 친절한 1층의 가드 들까지도 이 아파트의 매력이네요~ 30일동안 너무 잘 지내다가 갑니다. 깨끗한 Evolet의 아파트에 다음 베트남에 올때에도 다시 연락드리겠습니다. 감사합니다 ^^;
