Nice place that’s walkable to D1 by using pedestrian bridge. Nice grocery store and 7/11 apart of building as well.

Das Zimmer ist toll, es ist groß, sauber und hat einen schönen Balkon. Die Küche könnte etwas mehr Ausstattung haben z.b. eine Pfanne aber ich glaube wenn ich gefragt hätte, hätte Viktor sogar eine organisiert. Letztendlich habe ich mir immer essen bestellt oder war draußen. Das Angebot an Restaurants und Geschäften in der Umgebung ist genial, man ist komplett mittendrin, gleichzeitig weil es ziemlich weit in einer Gasse liegt ist es Abends relativ ruhig. Manchmal z.b. Samstag Nacht kann es schonmal lauter sein. Viktor kümmert sich um alles und antwortet rasch wenn man Fragen hat. Klimaanlage etc. hat gut funktioniert. Insgesamt war alles zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ich hätte mir gewünscht dass die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher etwas sauberer wären, sie rochen etwas modrig. Gut wäre es auch wenn man auf dem Balkon eine gemütliche Möglichkeit hätte zum Entspannen, eine Hängematte wäre Ideal. Danke Viktor und alles gute Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

It’s amazing experience, the home which in photo was not ready although but host have arranged some other place which was really nice and that also in time ( good two flat in high rise building ) I really appreciate for the quick response and action He is really was help in all tracking and communicating before arrival I strongly recommending this place

Great stay in a terrific neighbourhood, walking distance to many attractions and right in the midst of local restaurants and market vendors. Host has excellent communication, very flexible allowing us to check in early with no extra charge. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Huong and Chi have been very helpful and easy going. The location was great. Down the street from bui vien. Everything was in walking distance. I would suggest everyone to stay here if you want to fully experience Ho Chi Minh City! Thank you again Huong and Chi. Can’t wait to come back!

특별한것은 없지만 깨끗하게 유지되고 있는방이다. 청소는 하루에 한번씩 해주신다. 몇년 유지된 방이다보니 조금 낡은듯한 느낌은 있지만 전체적으로 깨끗했다. 숙소 위치도 푸미흥 중간쯤이라 좋았다. 가격대비 만족할만한 곳이다.

단기, 장기 모두 지내기 편안한 숙소입니다. 편의 시설이 도보 5분 이내에 위치하여 이동하기 편리하고 타카시마야 백화점, 사이공 스퀘어, 벤탄시장 등 숙소와 가깝기 때문에 택시를 타지 않아도 괜찮습니다. 24시간 1층에 경비원이 계시기 때문에 안전하며 엘리베이터를 이용할 수 있어서 무거운 짐이 있어도 편리합니다.

excellent location, able to walk to just about everything. The bed was very comfortable, the WIFI was excellent, Hanna responded proactively with information of places near the condo. I felt very secure here. Thank you Hanna
