Our family booked the entire building for a week, occupying both units. The layout features multiple staircases (one without railings), which worked for us but may be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. We absolutely loved the location! Right across from Chợ Bến Thành, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the city center. The property was clean, with cleaners visiting during our stay, and the dual washer/dryer was a bonus. Our host Qui was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner in the lower unit was non-functional, and despite a technician’s visit, it remained unrepaired, causing uncomfortable conditions, poor ventilation, leading some in our group to seek alternative lodging. Also, one bathroom in the upper unit lacked water pressure, limiting us to one bathroom. We recommend confirming these amenities before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and responsive host. A great spot for city immersion!

Great stay, the hotel it's in is lovely and the staff are really friendly. I had no problems finding the place and check in was simple. I only used it as a pit stop, but it has everything needed for a short stay.

Not only words can describe how AMAZING this place was during the stay in HCM! The interior is fabulous and we loved the space of the shower. Austin is a great host who also made a list of streetfood nearby. Oh and the Coffee of the neighbor across the place is so so so good!! Definitely had every morning. 10 ⭐️🌟💫 deserved!!! See you soon when I come back to visit 😄😁

We stayed at Truong's for a week and never once regretted our choice of accommodation. the house is located on a quiet street, opposite a beautiful Buddhist temple. While we lived in the house, we were never disturbed by anyone. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen next door had everything we needed to cook on our own. In general, we felt at home! A huge thank you to the hostess for staying in touch and helping us in every way possible. If we go to Ho Chi Minh City again, we will stay at Truong's again!

Great place. The most outstanding feature is that it is extremely easy for taxis etc to pick you up. There are pretty great food spots nearby and convenience stores. Just ask the host to recommend

Ngoc was very responsive and hospitable host, also very delicate. Her place is designed with a very special Sagon's vibe, and it was soo innstagramable. a sweet spot to remember

호치민이 갈 때는 나는 항상 chip의 숙소를 예약합니다. 그는 늦은 시간 까지 연락이 되며 빠른 답변과 세탁 및 청소 등 요구하는 것을 아주 빠르게 처리 해 줍니다. 매우 신속하고 여행자에게 편안함을 주는 그는 여행자의 마음을 매우 잘 이해합니다. 다음에 또 호치민에 가게 된다면 나는 그의 숙소를 이용할 것이다.

Great location, clean, simple accommodation. Netflix already logged in. Reasonable size for HCMC. Host was lovely and allowed us to watch the new years fireworks from the 33rd floor rooftop. Very proactive, we didn’t have to ask for that, s/he simply offered.

And the guard was amazing !

Friendly host, I was able to check in very early in the morning. This airbnb feels like home, highly recommended

Great stay at a beautiful property. As a group of 10 friends who were travelling from 5 different countries for a reunion, it was smooth for us to check-in at separate times. The staff was helpful, and always prompt in responding to our requests. They helped arrange everything we needed. The property was beautiful, and we utilised the swimming pool, gym, badminton court, tennis court, golf driving range and karaoke room. Grab was convenient to find cabs and order food. All in all, it was a great property with great staff and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!
